I need to preface this post with the fact that Im extremely lazy and I dont usually write reviews, that is unless the service is exceptionally dreadful or superior. In this instance, the service I received from PMC was spectacular.I was seen at PMC on Friday (24 SEP 21) as a walk-in. The previous day I had been seen by a competitor, who not only messed up my hair AND beard, but my whole day.When I arrived at PMC, I was greeted warmly by the owner, who upon hearing about the previous days incident, told me, “we’re gonna take great care of you!” And take great care of me they did. My assigned barber was “Bates”, to say he was simply a barber is an inaccuracy and an understatement, this guy is a TECHNICIAN!!! Bates sets the bar high in both his proficiency, AND attention to detail. He is a perfectionist of the highest order and it shows. Not only this, but hes also a veteran, and an all-around good guy too. When Bates finished my hair and beard, I was beaming with pride. I even got a compliment from a complete stranger, and my fiancee couldnt stop telling me how great I looked. I will definitely be going back to PMC for ALL my future cuts.If youre looking for a GREAT haircut, beard trim or just need a good positive environment to be in, I highly recommend PMC! As I scanned the room while sitting in my chair, I noticed that the entire staff were top shelf artists providing the same care and attention that I was receiving. In my opinion, PMC is the best barbershop in Denton, if not all of North Texas. One suggestion though, I highly recommend making an appointment. I was very lucky to get a same-day walk-in, especially on Friday.

Bates cut my hair today. Super clean and nice guys in the shop. Easy parking and right off 35E. There are only a couple barbers who take appointments so its mainly walk in. Overall great experience, I will be coming back!

Awesome old-school barber shop. Well-lit, clean, and oozing testosterone! They do straight razor head shaves with the full hot towel treatment for a good value. I have found my regular place to go! Outstanding service and value! I plan to take my grandson here for his first haircut!

I went in to cut all of my hair off to a street-style mans haircut. The owner first set me up with a first barber, but he called me back to ask to set me up with someone else, it’s been a couple months I believe his name was George, and the owner wanted to make sure I was happy in every single way!Everyone was supportive, extremely nice, and catered to everything I needed. They answered all of my questions throughout and I felt in charge of my hair! The haircut was amazing, and I plan to go back to get it re-cut for touch up ASAP. The owner gave me a huge high five after my haircut and made sure I was in love with my huge change! I’m extremely happy I went here to change my hair completely to a new set of confidence and open the next chapter of my life with a great cut. 2000000/10 experience!!!!!

Wow, where do I start?! Came in for a cut yesterday not sure what to expect. I would say I got the best cut ever in my life. He was so precise, attentive and provided fantastic service. I forget the name for my barber… I think it was Bates. Amaaazing experience and great people there!

I am very impressed with the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. They take the time to greet you, no matter how busy they truly are. Ive never felt so welcome to a new place, I was shocked as the owner took his time to even introduce his barbers by name. As each took the time to pause for a moment to wave back and make eye contact. Also for a very busy barbershop its very clean and organized.

I have been to this barber shop several times over the past year and sat in about 3 or 4 different barbers chairs for a cut. No matter who my barber has been, they have always done a great job, kept it professionally prompt, and ensured my satisfaction was priority. I heard one of the guys say once that PMC stands for Precision Makes Creation and I can certainly attest to their preciseness with fades and edge ups and keeping it a clean cut and their creativity with designs requested. They’re busy barbers because their services are always in demand. Best haircuts Ive ever received good service

I hardly leave reviews, but with the type of service I got at PMC, I could not wait to do this. From making an appointment, to the ambience of the barbershop, to the friendly faces you meet when you walk in, you just feel welcomed by the people there. These guys understand good customer service.Junior the Barber is simply awesome. My haircut was not rushed. He took his time, and the result was great. I like that it was not noisy like some of the barbershops I have been to in Denton. You get the impression that they respect their customers and want them to have the best experience. It was my first time at PMC, but it will certainly not be my last. I recommend this place without reservation and I will give them a five star all day long.

Overall one of the greatest experiences in all of Denton from a barbershop. The services range from fades, shaves, and braids. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff. Me and my son got pampered by Katie. We already made an appointment. But as soon as we walked in that chair was ready. My son and I both got full haircut, eyebrow trim, hot towel, fresh close clean shave. Im talking. The definition of VIP. She maybe be young, but most talented barber i met. I’ve received haircuts recently from Kd the Lady Barber and Jr. Both cuts were executed with precision and the highest quality. I’m referring people left and right. Love the energy and passion these professionals bring with each and every cut. Never been the one get haircuts weekly but now I’ve found a new home for quality cuts. PMC is the place to get a haircut in the North Texas area. You’re always greeted with a friendly welcome and offer anything you could need in a barbershop. I recently moved to Forth Worth and still have to come and get my haircut here by my dude Omar. Katie and the rest of the barbers are excellent as well.

Super glad with the quality of the shop, from the atmosphere to the quality of work, you walk in there and can automatically tell that every barber there is well prepared, the atmosphere is one of those places you just can’t walk in there without saying hi and bye to everyone. In personal preference my barber Miguel Aka. Peewee he’s always found a way to make time as soon as possible even when time slots are full which shows his commitment to his clientele, not only that but the quality of work is beyond expected walking in to such a young man, if you want something for long term he’s your guy he is young and here to stay for a long time. Super friendly barber can always carry a conversation if you want to and if you just want a silent cut because we’ve all had those days he can do that too. Like I said he is young but the progress is there day in day out each cut is dramatically better especially as he gets to know his clientele. I’d say give him a shot next time and you may not sit in another chair again the quality of professionalism is there from work ethic to human ethics for the right price.
