The business owner sent someone promptly to my house that I was selling to evaluate the hvac system. The person who came did an astounding detailed and thorough evaluation of the system. Their plan targeted only what needed to be done and was offered at an excellent price. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Unfortunately, they did not do the work prior to sale as the buyer wanted to close early and decided to do the work after sale. Cindy, the business owner, was incredibly knowledgeable, willing to take a lot of time to explain things to me, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this business.

We had issues of cooling and heating our master bedroom. Mark did an assessment and Justin, Mike, and Mark replaced our old duct work that they could get to. We have a 47 year old two-story house. The master bedroom is now cool or heated. We can actually feel air blowing out the registers. Thanks to all!!!!

I have been WARDS Mechanical Customer for 20 years. They are the BEST. I will give you specifics. When my air went out about 5 years ago, my Home Warranty connected me with another Contractor. It was over 95 degrees and two days passed with NO word from that other Contractor. I called Ward Mechanical, they came THE SAME DAY! TODAY MIKE came in and repaired my heat in NO TIME FLAT. ALSO, he was FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and COURTEOUS!

We have not had any service done to our units yet, but our home warranty company sent Ward Mechanical to us for an issue with air flow and condensation. They were very quick to get us on their schedule, we were seen within 24 hours. The office staff that scheduled the appointment was very nice and helpful. The tech that came out was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. They were on time as scheduled. They took care to not damage anything in our home. They answered all our questions. The job was completed in the allotted timeframe. This job was replacing the air handler in the attic so it was pretty involved.

Kenneth always does an A1 job. Today he did our fall maintenance and also completely cleaned the blower. The ac was fresh and clean ..air smelled great! Heater working perfectly now and ready for fall/winter. Also had new assistant Rachel who was helpful and pleasant as well. My husband and I are very happy with Ward Mech.

Ward Mechanical Contractors gave us excellent, professional service! We were concerned about air-conditioning work being done in our home, especially since we are elderly, with health issues. They assured us that they would use PPE and perform the extra disinfecting of materials that we requested, and they made good on their promise. When entering our home, they wore a mask, gloves, and boot covers. Compared to other companies who have done work in our home, the Ward team took into consideration improvement of our system through ductwork replacement. In short, they did an awesome job! Called out company to fix an ac where the outside fan motor had gone out. They were finished in 45 minutes. They had to replace a fan capacitor. (5mfd 440/370) They sell these capacitors at retail costs of $8.50 on Amazon. but they charged me $101.00 dollars, They also charged me the 79.95 trip charge, so the cost for the capacitior didnt include labor. That was a charge for the part. A mark up of 1200%. Thats wrong and when I brought it to their attention later, nothing. No response.
