Staff was professional and they went above and beyond explaining things to us to help us make an informed decision. Also, love the emails sent when team is on their way, and they include pictures of employees expected to arrive, which helps. If they make a mess, they have to clean up afterwards as part of their service. Very impressed.

After joining the PM Maintenance plan (30+ years in the service industry before I retired), Dream Team scheduled my 87 year old mothers unit first. The tech was sent out was Brandon. I very much appreciated the communication. Brandon was very proficient and professional in his evaluation. He couldnt perform my scheduled PM due to weather related issues, so it was rescheduled. When he came to perform my PM, again great communication, Brandon was very professional and proficient. Im very happy with the PM plan, and very pleased with Brandon as my tech. I can only hope I get him for every visit.

Our AC went out around 5 pm and I’m married to a SUPER hot natured man. I called around to find a technician that could come same day. Dan McR. was my tech last year when it felt like my house wasn’t cooling. He was knowledgeable and quick. Fast forward a year and we started looking for replacements. I received over 5 as I wanted to be able to compare everything:). I called Dream Team and spoke to Christen Woods as I was getting my estimates. Christen was quick, efficient, and polite as she scheduled Dan to come back out to my house. He was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. He was the only person to recommend moving my return vent as it was not large enough for my current unit! Today, May 14, Dream Team sent out 2 teams to tear out the old and put in the new. Jon R., Taylor R., Trey B., and Dace L. were professional and neat. They did not leave a speck of debris or dust behind. I changed my rating from A 2 star. To a 4 . They gave me my breakdown I asked for . And I’m owning up to my part . The Installation was done professionally . Reviews on unit from what I looked up was good . Price for all I feel is on the high side . But in there defense I did not get A second a opinion. Trey who I worked with for my brake down was very professional and courteous. I have to say though especially if you on a budget get more then 1 opinion before making a large investment like this . ( My fault ) I’m not saying would not of gone with the dream team . But I still should of shopped around .

Damian and Dan were truly a “dream team!” They were on time, efficient, courteous, professional and kind. They updated me at every step of the repair process, and I always felt fully informed and comfortable. They were even super sweet with my kids and didn’t wake the baby from her nap. 10/10 recommend.

Disappointed in their service. We signed a service contract with them to clean and inspect the HVAC twice a year. When the a/c froze up, we asked them to check the refrigerant levels and refill to get us through a few weeks before we have them install a new system (ours is over 15 years old). The tech told us that the refrigerant level was fine and that we needed a new thermal expansion valve if we wanted the system to function at all. Then they quoted $1,300 for the repair. The repair cost for this at homeadvisor: $200-$550. The part for our unit is $150. He claimed it takes four hours of labor to capture and replace the refrigerant.So, we called someone else for another opinion. After checking the refrigerant, he added a couple of pounds and our a/c is working fine. We will be cancelling our maintenance contract. Our new tech will be installing a new system this fall.

Dream Team was great. I called they day before and they has Daniel W. over the next day on time. Daniel was super professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. Got my thermostat and air fixed quickly. He even made me give him a broom and dust pan so he could sweep up the insulation. Wish I could give him 6 stars. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

We have been using the dream team now for a few years for our a/c and heating maintenance. I am so glad we decided to use them!! We get text messages telling us when to change our filters, we get service appointments before each season to make sure we can avoid any potential problems. DJ was very professional. He did a detailed Spring maintenance to make sure a/c is working properly. When he found out we had a issue he worked until he found our issue. When he found the issue he actually walked me over to it to show me what the problem was and explained it to where I understood what was going on. Not only did he find the issue he gave us every possible choice to choose from to fix the issue. Mike came over and gave us quotes on the things that needed to be done and made to sure give us a good bit of options. Not just the most expensive. I did not feel pressured to do anything. Not only did they explain things to me they explained things to my husband over the phone. They both were very patient and professional with every question we had.

These guys were kind and quick. They got there on a weekend and a day after we signed up for a new HVAC system, right before a freeze. The supervisor came to check on things and the owner came to drop things off for the guys doing the install. Really nice people all the way around. We are happy and warm.

Over all the place is professional and very knowledgeable about services and what is needed. We did not receive any maintenance or repairs during our visit but we were given options. The fee for them to come out was $189 and if we received repairs $100 would have went to repair cost. Our technician was doing a great job to assist us, however the cost of services were on the high end. To just get us back in running with new motor among other items would have been close to $900 dollars. The other options for repair prices went up from there. It was our choice to call them but we are feeling like we took a hit of $189 for a company that has prices on the high end. To start we got a rough estimate of 6,000 to 8,900 for a new unit. We have two businesses and bought 2 brand new 7 ton unites for $4,000.Nevertheless, if you do need services and don’t mind high prices they are knowledgeable and professional. We just have chosen a different route with just repair only and it will cost $350 which might even last us a few months if not a year and an estimate for a new unit of $5,000 for everything including cleaning and redoing all stuff needed in attic. Which saves us at minimum $1,000 to $3,000 on a new unit and $200 if we would have just completed a repair from them.Do your research and don’t panic take your time with selecting any company. Get at least 3 quotes if that is your choice. You have options!

When Dream team came out due to my service call. The technician said my unit is under warranty for LABOR and parts with the company that installed the AC. But that is not true labor has run out of warranty as I explained to the dream team technician but he insisted that I call the original company that installed the AC unit. It cost me 3 days of no Aircon and $20 more. Never will call dream team again

Ive had two experienced with Dream Team heating and air and both times, Ive had the same technician, Dan McReynolds.Earlier this year I had some problems with my air and they were able to get me scheduled quickly and they had a great amount of technology that the technician Dan utilized effectively to show me what was wrong with my system, provide with me options to make repairs, and show me why those options he gave me were necessary. I was totally satisfied with the work and the professionalism that I also decided to sign up for their maintenance agreement even though my finances were really tight at the time.The second time they came out to provide my prepaid service. While Dan was here once again he took all the time needed to properly overview my system, he even walked around with me and showed me some of the things that needed to be improved. When he was finished, he once again gave me options. He told me about a lot of stuff that I really couldnt afford, but once again, he gave me a choice. I looked over what he provided and he even recommended and showed me improvements that he thought was necessary. While Dan is a professional technician and he is being paid to be at my home, I feel like we are friends. I trust his opinion, I trust his company. Dan is an excellent representative of his company and I saw first hand how much he cares about his customers.Dream Team is definitely a premium company. They provide the most service from any company Ive ever dealt with. They are definitely not cheap, but watching how much work is performed and how they dont cut corners, theyre definitely worth every penny.I would recommend this company to anyone.

On the service day of maintenance for the AC unit,Byron,(technician) arrived shortly after the text from Dream Team receptionist. Byron was friendly,he let me know what he was doing, very thoughtful,he cleaned up after going into the attic,he also showed me the pictures of my unit upstairs and explained the long term problem I may have with the pump and drainage pan.

Mr Dan came to my home during the summer because my ac wasnt working and he found some things that were wrong with my system. He informed me that repairs would be expensive due to the nature of the repairs and because I had an older unit it probably wouldnt be worth it. He didnt pressure me at all because my unit was still working. I decided that I wanted a new system so I went with these guys and they did an amazing job. A few days ago my brand new unit heater wasnt working so I called them. I expected to have to wait a few days since they just put this unit in but they showed up that day and took care of it at no cost to me. I am very impressed at the quality that this company provides and awesome customer service.

They replaced our unit which I did not want to do. They were super helpful, gave plenty of options, and understood all our reservations. When they came out to fix my unit they were extremely honest and helpful. They were able to remedy my unit temporarily so we could get some relief. When they were here replacing everything they were very respectful and minimally invasive. They put cloths down, swept up all mess, cleaned as they went, and I would have never known they were here if it werent for my ac working awesome. I expected them to cancel and reschedule. But they showed up, on time, in HEAVY RAIN, and went straight to work. They worked for hours in the rain. In and out of my house and never made a mess. After waiting two days of Memorial Day weekend for another company to call back, my husband decided to call Dream Team Heating & Air. From the initial call to the completion of the repair, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. Trey was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Not only did he locate the problem, but he made sure there were no underlying issues that could potentially cause an additional malfunction of our unit. Never have I had a service repair person pick up fallen insulation from the attic or walk around the house outside to ensure he wasnt tracking dirt in. We originally called because we were interested in having our air ducts cleaned but after Michael came out and took a look it was obvious that the best option would be to replace our system as it was originally put in pretty cheaply at the time the house was originally built. We had an appointment for the full replacement 2 days later! Not only that, we now have an air scrubber and a heavy duty 4+ inch thick air filter which will drastically reduce our allergy and dust issues in the house! From start to finish every employee we came into contact with was professional and courteous. And not even an hour after the install was completed the house is already cool again! So glad we gave Dream Team a call! No worries this summer, were going to be nice and cool in our house now!

I placed a service request through my home warranty company due to an AC issue, and Harkins was assigned the job. Less than 30 minutes after placing the request, Denise at Harkins called me to set up service (on the same day a hurricane was due to hit, no less!). She was so courteous and professional. She let me know a tech would come out today, then called again when he was en route.Cortez completed my service. He arrived on time (with mask and protective plastic over his shoes, great COVID precautions). He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was in detail and how he would fix it. He fixed it quickly...and he even brought in a package that got delivered to my house while he was at his truck! That’s service. Even better, my AC now functions.I am sold on Harkins & would definitely recommend and use in the future. Great experience from start to finish.

A friend of mines ac went out in the morning and she called dream team a little bit after noticing. They were able to get her scheduled the same day and they fixed the air conditioner in no time at all. They found problems no one else had mentioned before and gave her some different options to repair. This company was rock solid with quality service. Plus her technician Dan was pretty cute.

Dream team gave me a window of 3 hours that they expected to show up.. and then they actually showed up at the very beginning of the window. I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was very professional and courteous. He wore a mask out of respect to me the entire time. He checked everything on my system and gave me some potential upgrade options for my system as well. I had other companies come out after the flood and every time the bills were $600+ dollars and I never knew what they had done. Dan told me exactly what he saw, showed me photos and videos, and gave me the information I wanted. Ill stick with dream team from now on. They have earned my trust and my business by not trying to sell me a new system as soon as they saw that my system was 15 years old.

We are VERY satisfied with the work the Dream Team done on our new AC system. They came in and removed the old system completely with the removal of our old system, antiquated trunk line, and old duct work. Replaced it with a state of the art system and new duct work. Had the bulk of the work done the first day, cleaned their mess, and took the time to explain the new thermostat and answered all of my questions. They returned the second day to finish up a couple of ducts, construct a new return, and fix the old return. We could tell the difference in the house the first night!!! Dream Team Heating & Air was very professional and very customer service oriented. From the moment I called and made an appointment to now, I have not been disappointed. When they looked at our system they showed videos, pictures, etc. of where the problems were. We previously had two other local vendors/companies come out to give quotes on a new system. Neither of these companies provided us the amount of data that Dream Team showed us. They simply said “it needs replacing”. Dream Team’s technician, Dan, took the time to come out a 2nd day because he was determined to find the exact location of our leak (it was froze up the first day). Michael was also a great asset of the Dream Team — he walked us through the entire process of picking the right system for our household. The (3) technicians that came and installed the system were so respectful and installed the system quickly and efficiently. Michelle and Charity are always so sweet when we call needing anything, as well. Also, I love how they send blurbs and photos of the technicians that are coming over. I would highly recommended this company to anyone!

Tim came out to the house a couple of times and he performed my heating maintenance. Found the blower needed to be pulled and cleaned, and upon cleaning the blower found the motor was bad and needed to be changed. He also checked on our separate unti upstairs during maintenance. Very professional and would highly recommend.

I had trouble with an old 2 ton AC unit that needed replacing. The owner of dream team came out at 9 o’clock that night, he was working an extra shift to give his technicians some relief. I was able to get a brand new system installed on the Fourth of July, the technicians were happy to be there and extremely professional. I left my house unlocked so they could finish the job on the Fourth.I didn’t know much about the pricing and installation of air conditioners; they were very patient with me in explaining everything and making special arrangements.Highly recommend them!

Quick response time - very professional- neat and tidy- had unexpected issues but handled with a lot of effort on their part - Dan was super knowledgeable and made old system work. Even threw in a couple upgrades at no cost. Would recommend to anyone (especially late on a Sunday evening)

These guys are legit. Very professional and gave me a ton of options for my very old AC. Although I ended up deciding to get a new unit. Install happened very fast and it was done professionally. Even came back a few days later for a QC check up. I worked closely with Michael Seagraves and would highly suggest working with him!

I never used Dream Team Heating and air to do any work in my house, but I met one of their workers, Mark, in a gas station. He was a very professional young man. I had asked him a few questions about some problems I was having with my unit and he actually took the time to answer the questions for me. I went home and was able to do exactly what he told me to do and it solved a problem with my thermostat that Ive had several other companies be able to resolve. The best part is that he told me that the company he worked for would be more than happy to come out and service my equipment and help me if I needed any help now or in the future. Our technician Dan McReynolds was a pleasure to work with! He was super timely and friendly and did a great job. He provided so many pictures of the work that was done after the job, which is great to have for our records. We will definitely use them again and ask for Dan.

Before I start: if these guys ever offer you the Air Scrubber, take it. True, it’s not the least expensive thing in the world, but speaking as an asthmatic who keeps the inhaler within arm’s reach and has had the nebulizer on standby since January, that thing has been a godsend. The air recent quality in the area (hello, Sahara dust!) has made me miserable the last few weeks. One week in, and I’ve been able to stop using my air purifier at night--for the first time in years.It’s worth noting that our A/C unit is about 9 years old. After fighting with its drain line backing up and causing the entire thing to shut off one too many times (and having the fun experiences of wrangling a shop vac into the attic to drain the pan that go with that fun little experience), we called the Dream Team. They were at our home the next morning; we’d gotten the unit working again, so we were expecting a longer wait since this was summer and we weren’t experiencing an actual emergency. In short order, Dan had a plan of attack, clearly explained each of our options, and within a couple of hours we had a newly rebuilt drain line with an air scrubber installed. The kicker? If I hadn’t seen him myself (well, apart from the fact that the A/C was working and I could breathe better), I would have had no idea he was ever here. The attic and floor area beneath the attic hatch/ladder were left absolutely pristine—despite the torrential rain. Don’t even ask me how he pulled that one off.Dan came back out this morning for a follow up on last week’s repair as well as a six-month service of the outside unit. There was a small repair that needed taken care of before it had the chance to become a much bigger problem. Dan made quick work of it, and took care of a few other preventative things while he was at it. Who does that?Dan really cares about his work. He takes the time to explain the situation at hand, goes through options thoroughly, and works with you and your budget to make sure your A/C system will be running at its best for as long as possible.Impressed would be an understatement. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite, professional, and just all around awesome. The company name is definitely appropriate. We’re so glad we found them, and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

Our outside unit went out on a Sunday night. I called Sunday night around 930pm and left a message thinking, oh great theyll get back to me tomorrow evening if Im lucky. Not even ten minutes later I was contacted by a very nice lady, who set me up with an appointment the very next morning. Mark Hanemann showed up the next morning and was extremely professional. He handled all of my curiosity questions with unending patience. After his evaluation of our system he gave us several different options, at several different price points, on things that he saw that were wrong.
