They are now under new ownership and I cannot say enough good things about them. Their place is always clean and someone is always cleaning something. I absolutely love how my nails turn out and everyone is always so pleasant, friendly and professional. I would and do recommend this salon 100% and will continue going there to get my nails done.

I love this place. Its under new management and let me tell you Tom is Amazing ❤️ Everyone is so friendly and really make your visit pleasant as well as relaxing. I always leave with exactly what I want for a really great price. All my customers at work ask me where I go and who does my nails because there always on point.These are just a few of many amazing sets hes done for me!!

I too didn’t want to give one star to these people. Rude.. speaking foreign language after roughly removing old acrylic from my fingers nails. Disrespectful in how he talked about “who” was paying the bill after my male friend asked how much longer it was going to take.. He waited over an hour.. Weird..talking under his breath and repeating himself for an answer to some strange question. Just a disappointment. Color didn’t match what I picked. Burnt me three times with his electric file. Just horrible. Looking for locals who have dignity and appreciation for customers who come for services.

I love getting my nails done by Bebe. I get compliments all the time and always refer them back to Bebe. Definitely recommend. Prices are very reasonable very friendly staff. Lots of colors to choose from.

I wouldn’t give even one star but was forced to! I’ve been coming to nail salons for the past 18 years. This place has been the worst experience ever! They would not listen to what I wanted they tried to force me to do extra things I did not want. On top of one of the males that were working on my toes absolutely was rude then I’ve ever been in contact with someone started yelling in his language extremely loudly! Upsetting and embarrassing me. So much to were they switched the guys out. The gentleman that finished my toes was van was a lot more personable. The gentleman that was extremely rude goes by the name of lee! Stay clear from this place!

I called before coming 20 min to make sure they could do a hombre nail replacement for pink and white. When I showed up the lady asked me what I needed and I reminded her I called for a nail repair and she told me pink and white hombre was not available and dismissed me. As a customer service advocate I certainly have to say this will not get my service again.

My first time to the new Regal Salon. I DO NOT!!! recommend them! Its been 6 days since I was there and my gel nail polish is lifting off my nails. Spent $85 for basic pedi & gel nails. I already had gel on my nails, not first set, but I guess first set with them. Will not return & have told & shown everyone the lousy job the did on my nails.

Highly recommend this place. They are under new management. The new management remodeled this place and it looks really nice. They have a lot of colors to choose from, the place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely be back!!

This nail salon is by far, they worst place Ive ever been too! Ive been getting my nails done for over 25 years. And Lily did my full set and I left crying. I didnt want to start problems because I was with my daughter. But I will never go back. I normally go to my regular nail salon. But they where extremely busy that day. When I came in at Regal Nails, they were empty. I will NEVER get my nails done there again!!

I honestly have no idea how this place is almost 5 stars. The women lily she is great love her. But the man that did my nails today was in fact horrible. He hardly said 3 words to me the whole time I was in the shop. Lily was going to do my nails one way for 35 dollars. But someone came in that had something more complicated than me so she had me go to the man. He started doing what she said to do then ripped the nail off and said he didn’t like it. Said his way was going to be 50s so I told him just do the tips white for 35 he said it’s to late and continued doing my nails. So now I’m stuck with nails that look nothing like the picture. They are pretty but I was in a super uncomfortable position. I will never go back again. This place was in fact a horrible place to visit. Let’s not even mention how hard this guy was yanking me across the table and sucking his teeth. If I could give them 0 stars I so would.

I have been getting my nails done here in Deltona for years and I would have to say that after going to most of the nails salons in the area, that Lily is the best!! Check out their Facebook page to see her work. Her and the staff do quality work and the place is very clean and sanitized. I’m glad that I found this place!

Had to go back 2 days after a full set because the nails started to crack. 3 days after that...same problem. Ryan argued that I must have done something to crack the nail however he used the least acrylic possible and filed them so thin. Never again!!

Today June 2nd Deltona walmart center I got my nails done by the female. This is Esthers granddaughter. She was very good on my manicure and my pedicure. She did very well on my acrylic nails I love them so much. I wish I could show yall a picture.

I have going here for two months now. The first time I went ryan did my nails and they all chipped within a week. I went back and told them to redo them. Lily redid them but I STILL had to pay, which I should not have had to because they messed them up. They lasted me the month because I only go once a month. And I have never had an issue anywhere else that I have gone. I went back last week. And here we are ryan did my nails again and they are chipping and breaking AGAIN. Lily wasnt working so I couldnt have her do them. I am really starting to get annoyed because here i am i pay for my nails to be done and not chip or break and they are. I have never had a problem anywhere else. I get the acrylic on my nails and then gel nail polish over them. Gel nail polish is NOT supposed to chip. I have no idea what hes doing wrong but I wont be having him do my nails anymore.

I went to this nail place on my birthday 11-26-18 and ask for a gel fill. They motioned for me to pick a color and I sat down with the man with the black spiked hair with the glasses. He started looking at my nails and filing them and said that I should try a powder this time that it looks more natural. I wanted my nails cut shorter because of my job I cant have them long. I agreed to let him do the powder. Never having had that before I didnt realize that meant he would proceed to peel off my acrylic nails which was very painful. He didnt tell me he was doing that. It was very painful and my thumb started bleeding. He did the powder which was ok once he was done but it was not what I wanted. He also has this way of pulling your arm across the table and squeezes your fingers as he is doing your nails which is uncomfortable. I paid the $ 30 or $35 cant remember and walked out of there unhappy with my end product. As I sit here today both of my thumbs are almost completely chipped off and my index finger is all chipped off and its a bare nail now. I stopped by there this morning when I was shopping at Wal-mart and one of the ladies that works there talked to me. I explained to her that I was just there a week ago and showed her and she said thats because your nail broke its not because of what he did. My nails havent broken off at all. The powder is chipping off and my bare nails are underneath. She then said Do you want me to fix it and I said I dont want him or anyone at your salon to ever touch my nails again. I will never ever go there again!! Avoid them!! Horrible quality and that man that works there will make your fingers bleed. Never again will they get my money!!

I got my nails done yesterday and very disappointed. First off they didnt listen to my daughter or I. My daughter wanted nails and toes painted and they only did her hands. Then I got a full set that is horrible. Looks like I already need a fill and he didnt even paint my nails all the way. I also got a pedicure and was also very annoyed at the fact that they only did part of my foot. I felt very rushed and that they were very annoyed with my daughter. I will never step foot in that place again.

I have been coming to this salon for a very long time and have always been pleased with my nails, pedicures, waxings etc. The prices are fair and meet competitors. The work is meticulously done and very clean place, would and have recommended to many people. The staff is always friendly, I adore Bebe, Diem, Lee, honestly, all of them! Loved the shape ... But the painting and designs turned out horrible... Tech didnt put a top coat on my nails . so designs smeared .. Thankfully they were in a Walmart so I went and purchased color to correct his errors .. Worst ever... Worst 63.00 I ever spent . when I said I didnt like them he said its 7:05..Please avoid this disappointment .

Horrible went there today at 9:50am day me in a chair for full set and then had me move to another for a different customer and the lady made me wait 20 mins before even doing my nails. Needless to say I wont be back and wouldnt recommend them to do animals nails!! Deffinetly need to work on there attitudes and how to run a business!

Got a gift certificate on Mothers Day for $50. After getting nails done they said certificate was only $30. Lucky that I have recept. They started talking chinesse and all seems mad with me when they were catch trying to give less money for it.

First time going to get my nails done from a recomondation of a good friend i asked for a full set ombre and my nails are sharp on all the corners the shape isnt even right and the nail polish sucks the ombre didnt even come out right i could have done a better job at my own home

Ive been coming to this nail salon for approximately 2 years but will not return and this is why: the last few months the two nail techs that I always like to request - Tan and BeBe have gotten so rude, impatient and careless with my fills. They dont listen to what I say to them and they double book themselves so when I have an appt. at 5:30 with BeBe, there are 3 other people there with 5:30 appts. with her. Then someone has to wait and thats the whole reason I make appts., so I dont have to wait. At my last visit Tan was so impatient she did not trim my nails down like I asked, she left 2 of my gel nails crooked so they look awful and 7 out of 10 of my nails are so thick they look ridiculous. She also was so rough my the filing that she hurt me so much it made me yell out...and that really pi*sed me off. I can say that I love Kim and her pedicures and eye brow waxing but sadly I will not go back and have started looking for a more professional salon.

If i could give them 0 stars I would, I picked this place because i recently moved to the area and remember they were located in walmart.. For starters the lady who did my nails couldnt get them evenly shaped, i had to send her back to a certain nail at least 3 times. The nails werent HORRIBLE so between keeping my 3 year old occupied and finally getting my nails done i wasnt trying to be such a picky person. So as shes doing my nails a family of 5 (mother, aunt, daughter, son and baby) come in to let daughter get her nails done, i guess a nail tech messed up her nails so the mother starts yelling and throwing a fit demanding free nails or else, the aunt starts yelling and cussing saying shes not going back to jail and so on. Mind you, management does nothing about this.. So the lady finishes my nails and I decided to pay with a visa gift card I recieved from a family memeber, she swiped it repeatedly and told me the card doesnt work. I told her there was enough for the nails and a tip, she told me no and then decided to tell me she added an extra $5 because she had to shape my nails?! Which was fine.. So the lady told me to come back and pay the following day and took down my license number and contact information. THEN another lady came up and tried the card and surprise, it works. So frustrated I finally leave and a WEEK LATER I get a phone call from my father (mind you, im 23 years old. Havent lived with my dad in years) who told me he got a interesting phone call from an officer. I laughed because i figured he was obviously joking.. And he said no seriously, you have charges pending on you if you dont go to a nail salon and pay $5 in shock and confusion I went to the salon immediately to figure this craziness out.. SUPPOSEDLY $5 on my gift card magically didnt charge (but the rest did) and instead of CALLING me to inform me, they instead used my information I had left to press charges!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! THEN ontop of all of that I obviously paid them their $5 they were so desperate for.. While im paying the man has the nerv to ask me if i had cash on me instead of me paying with my debt card.... ?! I replied with do you want your $5 or not? and swiped.Sorry for such a long review but it was THE WORST experience ive EVER had. Thats what you get from doing your nails at Wal-Mart i suppose.

I had a pedicure at this place and it was awful. The lady pulled my cuticles out of the sides of my large toe, instead of cutting them out, leaving me bruised, and on one side bleeding. THEN, when I started bleeding, she put rubbing alcohol into the would, causing my toe to feel like it was on fire! I went home with sore toes, and the next day they were swollen and bruised. I have been to lots of pedicures, and this is the first one I went out of there in pain!

Prices where okay, deluxe pedi not worth it, my father was with me, he left in a lot of pain in his big toe, woman wouldn’t leave it alone after he told her multiple times that it hurt, literally made him bleed!

I went to take my nails off and the guys was rude and brutal he pull the nails instead of dipping the nails in acetone

I will not be returning I got a infection on my toe from this place and I paid $80 for a pedicure.My toe is still healing and its been 2 weeks.
