Mai did my nails it’s was a total of $70. Loved my nails and pedicure. Won’t go anywhere else!

First and last time going. An older gentleman with black hair assisted both my full set of gel acrylics and my gel pedicure. We started with pedicure where he rushed through and didn’t even massage my calf’s like everyone else got. Next, my set. I noticed he was going to start without tending to my cuticle and pushing the nail bed back. He said “no, only manicure gets that, you’ll bleed, I’m not doing it”. Not to mention if you look closely, he didn’t do a good job shaving down the sides and now they are growing into my skin. Overall, will never return. I got my nails done 3 days ago and it looks like it’s been 2 weeks.

Mai did my nails and I loveeee them. Only person to do the shape I want as well. I will only go to her for now on 😍

Went in for a manicure today, brought in a picture I saw online. Also, I didnt arrive until about 45 minutes before they were set to close & they took me with no problems, and did my nails exactly as the picture I had shown them. They were friendly, fast and experienced. Theyre all so very clean, very polite and professional in every aspect. I absolutely adore them and will definitely be going back again and again. I also saw two people come in after me, which again was close to closing time, and the customers were accepted without attitude or hesitation. Both customers were asked which services they wanted and there were no questions asked no hesitations no negativity none of that one of the customers even came in wanting to get pedicure and a manicure it was accepted. Im so amazed at the friendly service and the positive vibes that I felt while there. Dont pass up the opportunity to support such a positive set of people in such a negative world it really was a breath of fresh air and I enjoyed it beyond all recognition and my nails are absolutely amazing I am in love thank you so much elegant nails you did a wonderful job!

I have been there once before for a pedicure and it was great. I have been going to another local salon for my nails and thought I would give them a try. MyPink and white dip came out amazing. My pedicure was awesome and I even got waxed. The entire experience was amazing and I am picky. Will definitely be a customer from now on

Was trying for a specific style and went to 3 salons, all of them said no they cant do the style I like. I came into this one as a last resort and they knew exactly what I needed and slayed. They were very friendly and giiirrrl that hand massage was awesome at the end. I am definitely coming back again!

I had not gone back during the Pandemic since they re-opened, but my experience was great. They put plexiglass dividers between stations, practiced social distancing, and masks are required. Mike did a gel powder manicure for me. Did not have appointment, but wait was not long. Place is clean. Very professional. Easy check-in. My coupon had expired because I had been ill. No discount. Nails look very nice. Thank you.

Elegant Nails is a wonderful nail salon with great staff who do great work. I always enjoy going there for a relaxing pedicure with Van. The owners, Mike and May, are truly kind people who value good service to their customers.

I have to say almost every time I’ve gone since they opened I’ve always had great service whether it be a acrylics pedicure or eyebrows. I’m not the typical person they see getting these being a guy but they always are welcoming and treat me with the same respect as everyone else. I really enjoyed how this particular set came out thanks to I think his name was Ben. In my opinion though everyone that works there is awesome.

Today I had Holly!!! She was amazing. Her attention to detail was on point. And her massage on my feet was just what I needed!

I have been to this salon before and had a great experience. I went there yesterday for a pedicure and it was completely different my toe nails where cut so short that they are sore even 24 hours later and every single toe is uneven not just a little but a noticeable difference. I could have done it better myself and i am 9 months pregnant. The polish job is mediocre at best. It truly looks like I let a 10 year do my nails. It makes me sad to waste my money and now be in pain until they grow enough to get them fixed. I have never hated a pedicure more than I did yesterday. I wanted to feel relaxed and to have my feet rubbed but i didnt even get that i just had lotion put on my legs and thats it, And whats worse is there is nothing to be done to fix it.

Dont make an appointment and have something important cause they will tell you they are sorry, but they are to busy come back later. I wont be going back but they do the nails fine.

Omg, I stumbled upon this place at the last minute after work and they were able to accommodate me. I cannot express how satisfied I am with how clean and perfect my nails came out. They started and finished everything within the hour. They did a great job, I am never 100% satisfied when I go to other nail salons, they are always either messy, polish is not smooth, bumpy, and design is always off. This place did an awesome job with the lines and smoothness of my nails. I am definitely recommending and coming back 😁😁🥰🥰.

Really great service. The employees were very nice & friendly. Eventhough we had to wait due to alot of clients coming in, the staff kept updating us as to when it would be our turn.

I always receive excellent service from the staff at this salon. If you need your eyebrows done Lee Lee(LiLi?) is your girl! HOWEVER- I have one complaint regarding my experience here yesterday- there was a mother waiting with 2 kids and they kept banging on the fish tank constantly it was really disturbing for me to watch. The mom told them to stop a few times but then gave up(pre-occupied on her phone in some sort of heated discussion). This continued for like 15 mins straight(the entire time I was drying my nails). I think maybe you need to put a sign on the tank: BE KIND TO FISH. PLEASE DO NOT LET CHILDREN BANG ON FISH TANK. I almost said something on my way out but I didnt want to cause any problems. Again great service! Thank you for the mani, pedi and eyebrows you all are the best!

The atmosphere in this salon is great, but as far as actual nail service was good at first, I asked for Medium stiletto nails in the color of black and green gel nail polish after my nails were done they looked great so I paid an left, within a couple of hours my left thumb nail started to lift and peel the top layer of black nail polish, then noticed my right middle finger was doing the same thing, and I’m a case that there is lifting and peeling of the gel nail polish that means the nail tech put to think of a coat on nail and the curing time with the UV Light was not accurate, which also mean the nails were not properly cured due to the thickness of the gel nail polish!

I took my daughter there for a day out together for her birthday coming up. She got cut 3 times by the grinding tool. Her service was a lot faster than mine. I was cared for by Lily and I was very pleased. No cuts whatsoever and felt truly relaxed and enjoyed my mani/pedi very much. I was upset when my daughter showed me her painful cuts caused by too fast service and carelessness. Im not happy that my daughter is at risk of infection and I paid for this service that caused these injuries.

This was my first time going here, and I requested May per her reviews. I didnt exactly like what I got but I think its what I asked for. I wanted the tricoloured striped nails but she let me know that wasnt possible and gave me a large range of colour options from which I chose the rose gold which I liked best I typically go for a more neutral colour. She went with a solid acrylic song my real nails to avoid staining, I didnt know that was a thing I think thats part of the reason Im iffy about them but I went with her advice.

Came for a pedicure and manicure with my friend for graduation. I got dip nails and each nail was a different shape and not even or smooth at all. And then my friends pedicure was chunky and different shapes as well. A 4 year old could have done better. The man redid the pedicure and it looked the exact same and had attitude. As we walked out we requested our money back cause nobody should have paid $30 for that mess. And he would not give the money back, and made her get it redone A THIRD TIME. And this lady made her toe bleed. I would never request this spot to anyone. I used to be a regular before the pandemic but now they hired all new people who have no idea how to do nails. 0/10.

This is the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. I have been getting pedicures for 10 years. I came in last night, 11/1, an hour before closing time and never felt rushed. I felt important; customer service is extremely rare in nail salons and I wish I could give them 7 stars for it.Every single person there was sweet to me. Lily was my tech and she was kind, professional and an expert in her craft. I am very choosy about my pedicures and eyebrows and she did both. I have never received a massage during a pedicure for so long! I have been so stressed lately and it was truly needed. I did not ask her, she just did it. Most salons rush through the massage and she really took her time. My feet are VERY hard to do french manicures on and when I say they are perfect!!!!She also did my eyebrows. One is shaped different and I am used to techs messing them up because they are so hard to do. She completed them so quickly that I was shocked how even and beautiful they were when she handed me the mirror. Im still in awe.The salon is clean and very sanitized. Masks and temp checks are required. Everyone seemed happy to be there versus stressed about their jobs. Staff smiled and were kind. The tones in which they spoke to people were thoughtful and kind as well.They have an awesome digital check in process and send discounts via text! 😍 I love love love this place. Holly gave me an amazing foot, lower calf massage and a great pedicure today. She knew exactly how my feet and legs were feeling. I have had my pedicures in the past with VI and she also does a wonderful pedicure. Very reasonable prices.

My wife and I made the appointment on 5/11/20Monday for 5/16/20 Saturday for 10:00 am. Arrived 10 minutes early only to sit in the???lobby with no regards to social distancing.The 7 pedicure stations (less than 3 ft between them) were all occupied. 1 hour later we were seated. They did not disinfect any of the seats prior to calling me to the back. The technician did replace the disposable bag in the tub.

My first time going to Kevin as my regular nail tech has not come back yet...he is a charm he takes his time and very good at what he does. Thank you for your excellent service. I’ve never had any problems with this nail salon they are all very special as I’ve been going there for sometime now

I was really excited to find this place so close to home! The reviews on google tell the truth about how great this place is! But, others know it since the wait was rough if you didnt call ahead. I called in, they said to come in for noon and I was sat 20 minutes after arriving and maybe started another 10 to 15 minutes after that.My tech had this cute bear mask on and she was AWESOME! First tech to listen to me when I asked for lite filing on my beds since theyre so brittle. She was gentle and asked me several times if I liked what I saw throughout the process. The end results are great! First impression for me is obviously good, so Ill he back in the future!

Called and was given appointment within 1/2 hour of calling. No waiting. Clean, masked up on everyone. You buy files and emory boards for $2.00 and yours to keep bringing back to use only on you!. Ill be going back regularly. Everyone so nice!

Your experience depends on who you get. Some will almost cut you while others are very careful. They will leave you with uneven nails if you don’t say anything.

Mai us by far the BEST Nail Tech this side of the globe. She is patient, refuse to cut corners, Extremely Neat, Takes personal PRIDE in her work ans is Really, I mean Really Skillful In securing the HEALTH of your nails while purring out styles that are second to None. She is 5 star x 2. But I must say all the nail techs are AWESOME.

These people are great! If you dont want to wait - visit on a Tuesday or Wednesday. They are busy because theyre awesome!! I love them because when they do a fill....you cant tell youve had one. Im a pink and white gal. Pedicure water is hot!! (Sigh)

The tech was very nice but the product was not good . I asked for matching dip nails and gel polish on my toes . I did not get that they are clearly two different colors . The manufacturer is color blind ! Was told the numbers match ! Really the color inside the bottle isn’t the same as the powder dip at all.. when I called back and ask if I can have polish on my toes changed they tell me I have to come back when the original tech is there .. I can’t do that I am only over here on the weekends I live in NSB .. so I will not be returning to the nail salon because I think the owner should have made it right and I should not have been left with what I did not want .. $96 waisted!

This is the closest salon to me so I’ve tried to give the multiple chances but every time I go it’s always a problem. I went yesterday, me and another women got the exact same nails and they gave us completely different pricesI left the salon spending $45 dollars on a basic full set while the lady next to me spent $30 on the same set.

I love getting pampered at elegant nails. The customer service is fantastic and the quality of service is great. They have so many gel colors and overall a million colors of polish to choose from. When you sit and get your nails done you don’t have to worry about any surprise payment. Mike is absolutely great at delivering long lasting results (4weeks and your nails are not broken or polish chipped) I will forever be a loyal client. I have tried tons of places, until I finally found one. I can now enjoy and refer my family and friends. Knowing their experience will be grand. If you’re looking for great nails- this is the place for you! You will not be disappointed!!

I asked about having my nails done so that it would look natural and not too long. The manager & possibly owner suggested I do the ‘dip’. He asked me to pick a color and handed me two dozen nails on 2 rings to pick from. He insisted I give him one hand to start and gave me no time to actually look at them as it is nearly impossible to do with one hand. He rushed through the process and charged $45 for this and a tip. Later, I realized on closer inspection that my every nail had a dip in the center of it. They looked disfigured. My husband trying not to hurt my feelings only said ‘that doesn’t look right, they need to fix that.’I couldn’t go back right away so today, a couple days later, I did and he tried again. Again he rushed the process but he did create what looks like a more normal nail however after the top coat was added and dried the nails look like they were polished and then someone made fingerprints and streaks in each nail. I brought this to his attention and he implied that I held them too close to the fan but I had held my hands where he said to. So he put another clear coat on and asked me to hold them in front on the fan again...about 15 minutes which didn’t make any difference. They are not smooth and they look bad. I wish I never went in there. Someone else did a pedicure for me that original night and it does look good but $75 dollars and two evenings later, I should have nice looking nails...that’s the whole point. He honestly seemed to just want to get me out of there so he could get as many others in as possible...if he cared about the quality there’s no way he would have let me leave like that. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. I won’t go back again. 2 stars because at least my pedicure was beautifully done and the person doing it was very detailed and cared about her workmanship.
