Great service, but cheap nail polish. Came off next day. Too expensive to have nail polish just pop off my nail in one piece the next day.

Do not go to this place. I have been here multiple times thinking maybe it was just one person but no it seems to be almost everyone. They had an older man give me a pedicure and he put more polish on my skin than my actual nail. Another time I told a lady I just wanted gel on my nails and she starts cutting them and putting acrylics on. When I stated I didn’t want that. She then charged me for a for all of it including her mistakes. These people are unreasonable .

WORST experience ive ever had at a nail salon! Kelly started my acrylic fill-in and ended up shaving my actual nail to the point where I was in tears and left with no natural nail on four different nails. She messed it up so bad they ended up having to 1. switch chairs and 2. start over with a full set which they tried to charge me full price for. after the other man put the tips on I was switched AGAIN to either the manager/owner, I asked for a design that was sampled at his chair, he attempted and failed so I had him paint the nail over again. The paint was left rough and bubbly. I almost didnt pay! Terrible service, and I am MORE than unsatisfied with their work. I have never left a nail salon and had to repaint my nails.

My first time I tried them and not too happy: I got a gel manicure yesterday, and my nails today look like I have on several days old REGULAR polish. I did no cooking, or anything at all. Today my nails have pits in them! Probably because they put paraffin wax on them when the manicure was already complete! Havent ever gotten that done after any of my previous gels. When I thought about it afterwards I realized that, it was the worst thing they could do! Heat wreaks havoc on nails! And theyre supposed to know about n nails? Probably why they are so cheap.

Not a nail salon more like a speed race to see who gets done quicker. She cut me so bad she had to hold a cloth on my toe until the bleeding had stoped then my daughter is next to me and having her feet done and they don’t start on her . And took someone else we definitely will not come back !do yourselves a favor and don’t come here!

Used to love this place been going there for over 15 yrs! I no longer go here because they dont seem like they need my business. Deffinetly need to work on how to keep an appointment and be friendly to there clients!!

They have a preference for who they serve first. I walked in before 3 other customers who were seated and received service before me all of which did not have an appointment. If they feel some type of way about color or creed put it on the door hell my money spend just like anybody elses.

I have been going to Protech nails for the past 15 years. The past couple of times I have visited, I have left bleeding. This past time was the worst time I have ever experienced. My nails were pitted the cuticles had acrylic on them and the edges are catching my hair. I will not be returning.

I was going to this place for few years but lately they are only about money. Only 2 technicians there so they ask me to come back at 6 pm. They are closing at 7 pm so lady rush to go home and my nails looks horrible.Spend $ 60.00 and I am not happy.

Tried this place out today needless to say I will not be returning. After showing the nail tech a picture of a nail shape that I wanted (Round and Short ) the nail tech told me he would not be able to do my nails that way, that should have been a red light but giving the place a chance I decided to proceed, walked out $40 light, nails look terrible with globs of paint and acrylic packed on each of them, not to mention all of the cuts I have on my finger tips that I hope will not get infected, nails shaped very awkward making them look even worse with bubbles and imperfections on the paint. Not a happy camper at all I will not be a returning customer Ill take it as a $40 lesson learned !
