I dont know if its just the one time, but this was my first visit and I am not coming again. The stylist cut down so much of my natural nail on my nail bed and continued to file directly on exposed nail bed. My cuticles were cut multiple times and I was in so much pain I left half way through. It also looks like I have acrylic toothpicks on my nails because of the way they were filed. Would not recommend to anyone.My fingers/nails are in a lot of pain and dont even look good. Not worth it.*UPDATE*The owner called me, apologized, and offered a refund for the service. I really appreciated her contacting me and apologizing.Pictures are what wanted (pinterest) vs what I got.

Wonderful place. They are all very attentive, friendly. It is a very nice clean nail salon. The prices are not too high. They have one person exclusively to disinfect after every single person. Not that its a concern because they have curtains, to separate every party that comes. I will definitely go back.

Absolutely love this place and I am super picky. I go to Ruby she does the perfect shape and is a perfectionist. That color is UV gel #35 by the way.

I called and made an appointment for a full set of gel nails but the lady did acrylic witch I dont ever get due to how it leaves my nails. When I asked about it she told me she cant do gel its only for my regular nails and kept going. She also charged me extra just for coffin shape that made no sense to me I guess check the place out for yourself but it was ok.

1st time client. Made an appointment 3 days prior. I had to wait 30 minutes because 2 people walked in with no appointment. The young lady spent 20 minutes on my nails, paid $35 and they didnt last a week. New to the area and surely wont go back.

Amazing customer service, very professional staff. The salon is super clean and beautiful inside. I was with 3 other people, it was our first time visiting and we were all very satisfied with the excellent service. Will definitely be coming back. I definitely recommend this place to others. Also very amazing not too expensive prices!!!

I would like to point out they I did see cleaning and/or sanitizing after each customer. They worked together to get my nails to what I wanted and I loved that. I was cut on my nail bed area but it was minor and I expect that once I walk into every nail shop, because no one is perfect and overall I am very pleased with this place. I highly recommend and will be back again. Ladies and gentlemen do not forget to tip:)

Honestly the best place to get your nails/feet done around this area. I notice this location truly pampers their clients. From a nice cold beverage to the room temperature being just right for the guest.The ladies in there take their time. Not to mention the fact that i dont have to say to much they do the little things that other place over look just because they might be busy. There is no rush just a peacful pampered moment. Since i found this location i wont go anywhere else.plus customer service has been amazing as well. Keep up the good work.10 ⭐⭐

Nice people and not a bad job. I went here twice and I get hurt every time I go I pay to relax not to get poke stabbed and then have alcohol spray on me to feel the sting all day. I have it a second chance and happens again I wont be going here again. They say pain is beauty but it doesnt have to be and that all I felt was pain not relaxed.

I have be very nice natural large nails and I do the dip powder just to harden them bacause my job is very manual, I went to this salon on a whim because my husband suggested I try it out since I was very displeased from the salons Ive tried out since we moved and its next to our gym, and let me say. Ive been looking for years for somebody to do my nails as good as my old nail artist. I made my appt at 4 not knowing how it was or looked inside and when I got there at exactly 4 I was inmediately greeted by a young girl who asked me to wait at station 4 for her and my first impression is that this salon looked so clean and bright and organized! We sat down and she asked me what I would like to do, I only had to show her a few photos for ideas and explain how I would like my nails and that I prefer them on the thinner side, no globs of acrylic and well blended into my natural nail bed.I didnt have to repeat myself, she smiled and said okay! And got to work, she fixed the mistakes from previous nail artists, all the old acrylic I had already paid to get removed and other mistakes that had been made and left my natural nails looking once more like they used too and did not hurt or burn me once!She took approx 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was offered bottled water and friendly smiles, she was very diligent and the nail art was also very well done for it being the first time she saw the photo, she took her time and did quality nails. That Young girls name was Rita and I can happily say that I love my nails and this salon now has a return customer, she fixed all the old mistakes and did a french tip nail dip powder and a design for only 47$ they look amazing and it still cost me less than my last visit to a different salon where they hurt me and my nails.All in all this salon is amazing, clean, professional and affordable they deserve more than 5 stars Rita is super and Ill happily make her my new regular artist. :)
