I was in need of having a Reme Halo LED installed at my home. I did not have a HVAC company that I worked with so I looked up companies on line. I called many companies and had to leave messages. When I called Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc, Samantha answered the phone. She was very knowledgeable about the product that I was requesting and said that she would have Roy, her husband, order the product and give me a call. Roy called me and said that he already ordered the product and would pick it up the same day and even though he had a job to do the next day he could install the Halo at 9am the next morning. He showed up at 9am ready to install the Halo. That was awesome service. He had experience installing Halo and performed a great installation. He was very professional. We had questions about our air conditioner drain and ducting and he took the time to help us with them. The price of the Halo was very good. We definitely will be using Synergy Heating and Cooling in the future and recommend that you use their services also.

Honest Repair man!I was referred to this company by a friend, they highly recommended them. When I called and spoke to Roy, he was very friendly and polite. Assured me that he would be able to give me the best price in town and honor his warranty without question. So I had him come in and quote me (he was able to squeeze me into his schedule very quickly). I had 2 other companies come in and leave quotes as well. When Roy handed me his quote I was surprised to see it was almost half the cost of the other 2 companies. I asked Roy to look over the other 2 quotes to help me understand the dramatic difference. I wasnt surprised when he explained and showed to me the other companies were charging me to replace parts that were perfectly fine along side the actual problem. First and foremost, BELIEVE all the positive reviews! Those are what won me over to select Cold Air Now, Inc in the first place. It turned out to be the best decision I have made in a long time. I called them on a Sunday at dinnertime, no less. I left a detailed message. Within no more than 5 minutes I received a call back from Samantha (who could not have been more pleasant to deal with!). In addition, she was able to schedule a service call for the next morning. And she couldnt have been nicer or more polite. I didnt get the impression that I was bothering her (as is often the case), but, rather, that she appreciated my business. That means a lot to me! Next morning, as promised, she promptly texted me and to confirm that a service tech named Alberto would be by at 10am. And he was right on time. He examined my whole system thoroughly, kindly explaining the function of all the components (better yet, in laymans terms that were understandable). I was further impressed by how, when he determined the cause of the trouble, he pretty much gave me an inspection report on my system, yet he never tried to sell me anything. He left to pick up a new blower motor to install and actually drove 40 miles to Orlando (I live in Deltona) to make sure to get the exact replacement part! He never tried to jerry-rig some cheap aftermarket part to my HVAC system. Alberto was very professional the entire time, even going as far as useful suggestions to keep my system running to save me money! If you are beginning to think that I am well-pleased with my experience. I most certainly am! You can take that to the bank! (in fact well-pleased is actually an understatement). Do NOT hesitate to give this company a chance. You can BELIEVE all the reviews. And after my dealings with Samantha and Alberto, I have no doubt that you will be compelled to write them a positive review of your own. As for myself, I am relieved to have found these people. I have a rental property in Deltona and my tenants call and said the ac was blowing hot air. I don’t live in deltona so I really don’t know anyone out there to call. So I called cool air now and they were able to get out to my property that evening and I called around 2:30pm and he was able to get out there by 6:30pm. I have to say they have a very good response time. Roy came out and fix the ac issue and got it back up and running for a reasonable price. It’s hard to find a good honest business theses days that don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I’m very impressed by this company and will be using them again if I ever need a ac company in the future. Thank you

Recently bought a house and one of our air handlers stopped working about a month in. The two HVAC companies who had stickers on out air handler didn’t answer, so I called Cold Air Now. They not only answered, but had me scheduled for service that same night, on a weekend!He had the faulty circuit board in our air handler replaced, and the AC working again that same day.Super friendly, fair pricing and I still can’t believe he responded so fast. Can’t ask for much more and we’ll continue to use them moving forward.

Ive used cold air now twice and both times they took care of what needed to be fixed. They also made sure to give me the best option which saved me the most money.

The best service that I could find on a Friday evening. When other 3 people I called were colsed already he was available to help me. Asked me for my address and told me he was going to be there in 20 min. Sure enough he was on time. He figured out what was wrong in literally 2 min. Fixed everything and charged a reasonable price for his service. I will definetely call him again if I have any problems in the future.
