James was initially responsive and easy to work with. He serviced the AC at my rental property and repaired a broken fridge. He told me the fridge was in great shape and should have no more problems for a while. Two weeks later the fridge is broken again and James will no longer communicate. Simply will not pick up the phone or answer texts. I have 8 properties and was initially happy to have found someone I could use for the long term. Ill now have to move on.Edit: Changing review from 2 stars to 3 stars. James finally called and addressed the problem. If I work with them in the future and things go more smoothly with communication, Ill update my review again.

BE AWARE!!!!!I called this company due to Whirlpool had advised me that they didnt having any servicing technicians in my area. Come to find out, Air Nation is a company that they use, they do not want to fulfill the orders due to not making enough money.I should have canceled all together, when they didnt show up on the first day, but called to advise me they ran over on their last job and could come by the following day.Unfortunately, I gave them a chance. However, they werent able to fix the issue. For $75 they told me it would be cheaper to let the problem exist. WTH!!! Really??So, I called them back after speaking with Whirlpool who advised they would cover the parts under warranty, they just needed the parts number. A representative called me back and advised they were busy and they could get me an invoice by last Monday 07/26. That didnt happen, so I called them back. The line was picked up, but no answer. I called Whirlpool who didnt seemed to be to concerned and left a message for the same technician that ignored my request. I dont like giving bad reviews,. but this is a must. I shouldve went with my gut after reading the other bad reviews. Im left with my microwave not fixed and they scratched up the panel when they took it off and took it outside to do whatever they thought they could do. If they dont have a easy fix and have to order parts to come back, they dont want to deal with you. But for $75.00, I dont think so.I will be pushing the issue to get the parts I need to fix my new appliance.NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!

Found the problem. Told me my choices. Need a new unit. But they left and it is working. For how long who knows. Worth the 150 to find out.

Jeff and James were absolutely wonderful to work with. Another Local company quoted sub standard replacement for my split unit heat pump (a/c and heat)at a price that was cost prohibitive with a significantly longer install time frame. I found these guys thank goodness! Jeff came out the morning I called, looked at my situation and recommended a great solution. The best part they were able to get my new unit installed the next morning at a very reasonable cost. Jeff and his brother James were not only clean and professional, their service was fairly priced. the day after install they came back and double checked everything to make sure I was officially GOOD TO GO!I am so pleased on every level. These guys run a small outfit but they are top notch!

Justin and Trey were hired by my son, and I am so pleased by the quality of our air now. We too were calling all the local companies, and getting quotes ranging from $800 (Bob Heinmiller) and other companies...ProMag, Frank Gay Plumbing (their a/c duct cleaning dept) each one gave us quotes which were just way out there. AirNation applied to our call (on Home Advisor) and gave us a great quote! We had a budget to get other things done, and they were happy to perform the work. They worked on cleaning our ducts, repaired some minor holes in the duct work ($800 was what one company wanted to charge us), however AirNation demonstrated that that cost was way too much. We got the repairs done for just under $200! I also wanted our old a/c unit removed as it was just sitting there not being used, they were able to remove it and haul it away...Thanks guys! But the biggest feeling we are experiencing is the much cleaner the air is, if you need duct cleaning done right, and they do get the job done! Call them! Dont call on those other guys, as they will charge you up to 3x as much!Thank you AirNation! And a big thank you Justin and Trey!We will be using AirNation for all our a/c needs and preventative maintenance in the future!!!

I really appreciate the Air Nation crew. From start to finish everything was professional, friendly, prompt and above all quality work. They checked out my older A/C which was a hot mess. Planned on replacing it anyways but they helped me pick out proper size at a fair price and they even temporarily fixed our old A/C so our 2 small children wouldnt suffer in the Florida summer for the few days before they could begin on new install. Thank you greatly. Will keep recommending you to anyone in need of your services. Had this done about 10 months ago everything has worked wonderfully since. About time for annual service call to keep in tip top shape. Look forward to working with you again.

This was one of the worst companys I have ever had to deal with for a home repair. They were so unprofessional. I was having problems with my HVAC not turning on, so I did some research and saw Air Nation was local and had good reviews. They arrived and the tech who only placed his hand on my HVAC motor said it was a bad motor and module all in the matter of 5 min. He said that both will need to be replaced. They charged me a 75 service fee and said this will go towards the repair cost ( it didnt ) and will have to go get the new motor. It turned out they didnt have the motor in stock and they would have to come out the next day around 8am to 10am. The next day I waited and was never contacted, 11am rolled around and they still have not arrived. I ended up having to call them for them to explain that they needed to go else were to get the motor. And they were going to now be there around 1pm. They finally showed up with the parts and began the install. The tech installing it was so unprofessional. He pulled his masked down as he was installing the motor and continued to cough into my unit which when it was turned on filled my house up with the smell of cigarettes. As they repaired it there conversation was full of profanity my wife and I could hear inside from the garage. They spent 3 hours trying to get it to work and had to call another tech to help out. They finally figured it out and had it installed. The tech handed me his phone to pay for the repair. It was 980 for a motor, module and installation but I was not given an invoice regarding the break down in cost. I asked the tech about the invoice and he said it would be emailed to me. The next day I never received an invoice and had to call them to send me one. Still never received one. Called again the following day and was told by the man in the phone oh yeah, yesterday was a bad day to write one up for you are you serious! I finally received one that looked like it was put together just to shut me up. I researched the parts involved and they price gouged me on the parts upwards to 200 dollars on each part. I have never ever had such unprofessional, dishonest service in my life. If you dont want to get scammed out of your money and if you dont want rude, unprofessional techs I recommend you stay away from this company.

Called for emergency situation at 8-9pm-James was there in less than an hour and promptly and professionally diagnosed and fixed the problem. I will use them for maintenance from now on. All the other companies were either closed or not available until Monday and I needed them right away. Thanks, James!

Had an issue with my parents AC unit (that was installed 2 years ago, BTW) and the company that is supposed to service it never returned any of my calls. I was referred to Air Nation and spoke to Justin. He was friendly and very helpful. Someone was at my folks house the next morning and got them fixed up and running fairly quickly for what i would consider a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

I rarely trust reviews but these guys came out fairly quickly and charged me half of what my Home Warrantys recommended technicians charged me install an AC line. Best part is up frontness of the business. I will use them again but hopefully I wont need to.

They did good, quality work and were able to fix my hvac. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were an hour late to each scheduled appointment I had, without giving any warning.

Twice I was set up for warranty appointments and they did not show up, not even a phone call. Tried to call about four more time to reschedule andleft messages and got know respond. Not very responsible.

Tre and Mike were outstanding. I contacted Air Nation to do a vent cleaning after another AC company advised I had possible mold growing on the air handler, but were unable to clean the dryer vent I needed when they cleaned the ac unit. They were also much more expensive than what Air Nation (Tre) quoted me. I decided to go with Air Nation due to their reviews and I am so glad that I did. Not only did we clean the air handler, the dryer vent, all my vents, they also helped unstack my washer/dryer combo and were very patient with all my questions. They did a phenomenal job, I HIGHLY recommend them!

My landlord contacted Air Nation to come out and do a duct cleaning as per my move in request. He contacted previously another company well known but because they were more expensive he found Air Nation. I am so glad he chose them because not only they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable but did not left the house until every spot was cleaned properly. James came out on December 20, 2019 to diagnose a Kitchen Aid Microwave/Oven Combo (the microwave was not heating). After originally stating that the magnetron was working, James finally diagnosed the problem as a failed magnetron. James was going to check on pricing and availability and get back to us. After repeated attempts to contact James, and being without the microwave for almost a month, we went with a reputable appliance repair company and had the magnetron replaced on January 14, 2020.We would not recommend this company to anyone. We are also requesting that the $75 appliance diagnostic fee be refunded.**UPDATE**As of today (2/24/2020), James has remained unresponsive and has not refunded our diagnostic fee. We have also reported his company to the Better Business Bureau, and he has been unresponsive to them as well.

These young men were great! We thought we would have to purchase a new fridge. They diagnosed the problem immediately and explained what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. They were well mannered and respectful, it was really refreshing. Justin initially evaluated my 19 year old air conditioning system and discovered a leak in the outside unit. Being it is R22 system it was within reason to seriously consider whole new system inside and out. Justin was totally thorough and called in a veteran expert to verify leak issue and confirm the risk of failure recharging an out dated system. Justin evaluated the existing AC and recommended a superior brand with upgrades at a price I was happy to consider.After some research I concluded Ruud 3 ton 15.5 seer was an excellent recommendation, and the service was of the highest professionalism. LEGIT. So these guys are not only ethical but they know what they’re doing. I can always count on these guys. Very personable. Their prices are reasonable and they’re very knowledgeable. You can tell they’re experienced. I had a leaky refrigerant hose and they were able to fix it in a timely fashion. They have my thumbs up.

Air Nation came out and cleaned my AC duct work. My wife and I have been having allergy issues due to poor air quality circulating in the house. Justin and Trey, from Air Nation, came out to my house. They were professionally dressed and friendly. They worked together keeping me involved in what they were doing to help clean the air quality of our home. They brushed out all the duct work with a neat machine that had a rotating brush attached to the end of the hoses. You could really tell the difference in the amount of settled dirt and dust. They also cleaned all the vent grills and touched up some paint from a previously chipped grill. Once they were finished they fogged my system to help kill any dust mites or bacteria. Overall a very thorough cleaning. The best part is that all services were included in my quote. There was no up selling to add features. Even when they found my air return line was not connected completely, they repaired it for free. This will help seal the system and save me money I had no idea I was losing. I would definitely recommend Air Nation to others who are looking for quality service. Thanks guys!

I just had my dryer vent cleaned by Tre he was amazing however James(owner) mislead me tremendously as I told him I had this dryer vent kit used to clean dryer vents and had in fact cleaned them just before my new washer & dryer was installed but was not sure if this would puncture the dryer vent hose and he made me think it could thus deciding best to leave to a pro. Well imagine my surprise when they have the exact same kit I have. Tre cleaned out nothing it was lint free. James also told me that never happens. James sold me this service using exact equipment I have. You just lost a customer James and potentially more as this condo unit shares it’s resources a lot. I would not have flinched if it had been cleaned by you if it hadn’t been the same equipment and a conversation we had on phone about it. Even tech knew it would be unfair to charge me for that and I never asked him to call or text you, that’s my job. Your voicemail box was full and you don’t respond to text even before today.

Delighted with Jamess work. He explained to me step by step what he was doing and checking in the air to be able to diagnose what was happening. Also, I called them at 8:15 at night and at 9:30 the air was already fixed. James also explained the prices and guarantees how they work and gave me his personal opinion. He gave me the option of changing the part (the contactor) or leaving it as the air was working but I decided to change it and he changed it on the spot. Price was reasonable for how fast it worked.
