Where do I even begin with this place. When I first moved here parking was not an issue at all. You could have guest and it not be a problem. All of sudden they decided to become parents to the hardworking people who live here saying they can not have guests over. Robin the property manager does not carry herself in a professional manner. She is very rude and seems to have an attitude every time someone calls the front office. Security never answers the phone but they want everyone to call them for guest passes. Did I mention the elevator is currently 5 months behind its examination date. Do yourself a favor and dont sign a lease here.

We have owned our unit for 3 years now and really love it. The location to the shopping and everything you get in the association is terrific. They include High speed wifi, cable, water, garbage and recycling as well as all exterior maintence for pools, lawncare, cleaning of the common areas in the HOA. It is really nice to not have to worry about those things. We also enjoy being able to walk to Whole Foods, Target, Home Goods and lots of restuarants all right here. The Delray Tennis and Swim center is also located on property and we are always able to get a court which is nice. Great place! Highly recommend.

Fantastic place to live! we are both 50 and 42 and love living in the area! the new manager Robin is wonderful. The pools are great and the maintenance management is superb. the cleaners do a great job of keeping to common areas clean. its nice and close to the beach with a trader joes just around the corner!

It is a quiet place to live since most people only live here half the year and the surroundings are nice (pool/tennis courts). However, the property manager is super rude. She has harassed my Bf on several occasions to see if he lives here (and yes he does). You would think you’d remember after the 1st time. Also, there seems to be pest issues in which aren’t a big deal until multiple people mention it.

The gem as well equipped but not that tidy

Terrible place to live if your under 30 watch out. The manager of the association is probably the rudest and grumpiest lady i have encountered. I lived in building two where i had a owner write a complete false complaint report about me with no evidence of me doing anything wrong and what happened? The association wrote me a letter saying i must leave and they will decline if i wanted to re-sign my lease. Legal? I would look past this place it is not worth the headache. The building and the apartments are nice though.

Ive lived there for nearly 5 years. The Management was so-so. But then came the Black Rat (aka: Asian Tree Rat) invasion. Bldg 5. I have dead rats in walls, rats in my cupboards, drawers. They ate the wiring out of my dryer. And the Management has done nothing but try to cover up the negligence. Needless to say, Ive moved. But if they dont care about a unit of 50 condos being invaded by rats....that makes this place simply criminal.
