Professional Carpet Restoration was excellent. The owner responded to me immediately with a bid for the job and availability within the next few days of my request. Noel came to my home to clean my upholstered sofa. He was very conscientious in my home and around my other furniture and personal items. He was right on time (even a little bit early!). Noel explained the cleaning process to me each step of the way and was very kind and thorough - he got all of the stains out and the upholstery looked fresh and new. Furthermore, F&U Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning INC. provided the most competitive price for my sofa cleaning. I am more than pleased with the service and can highly recommend!

The positive reviews are true. I had received a discount flyer in the mail and decided it was way beyond time for our living room rug to be cleaned. People on the phone very professional, as were the 2 employees who came to pick up/deliver the rug. One pointed out that the stitching had come loose on one side and did we want it repaired as well as cleaned? I opted to have that done and also got a new rug pad. Took a rug in for repair. The manager, Mike, was honest with me, quoted me, and also informed me that it would not be worth it to me, the customer, to repair as the the repair would most likely be temporary and fall apart again. Why the 5 stars? Because Mike then informed me how to repair the rug for less than $10 so I could still keep it for now.
