This location refused to give me a receipt for a purchase I made 3 hours earlier in the day because they “didn’t have the time to dig through the trash” after selling me a box of tampons that we’re manufactured in 1996. Yes, you read that correctly 1996. It’s 2021. The manager told me I could go dig through the boxes of tampons on the shelf if I wanted to and find others that were also expired. The entire experience was absolutely despicable and they should be ashamed of themselves. DONT buy tampons from here, it’s not safe and ALWAYS get a receipt.

No mask lady. I stopped by this store recently and they have signs posted all over for customers to wear mask or no service. However, the woman at the cash register is not wearing a mask (she never does). I mean there’s not even one in sight as you can see. She’s singing and just expelling her breath all over - with no mask. I just can’t. Why? You clearly know it’s wrong because you have signs all over, but you’re not following your own mask policy. Please be safe when visiting this location, they give no phucks about your health and safety.

Absolutely horrible experience here! The supposed manager Monique was beyond rude to me for simply asking her a question while wearing a mask. She refused to ring me up because of this. Even with the protective glass covering installed she decided to treat someone like this. She also yelled at an older lady (who was also wearing a mask) to adjust the mask to her liking. Its obvious Monique hates her job and so she takes it out on customers. Locals will tell you they are nasty here! I will never shop here again because of the treatment.

Needs to be cleaned up a lot! Its good to stop here for small essentials and to avoid the traffic on Linton Blvd and Atlantic Blvd if you live near by.

The line is always long and many of the cashiers are rude... it better to spend your money at dollartree

Dirty baskets, cluttered, just plain junky. Wierd they have a isle full of Christmas stuff and clearance signs are not posted, who trying to keep Cmas stuff full price in January?!

The employees are really friendly and they know the locations of most items in the store. It seems like the manager is always working every time I go there he is always there and sometimes Im in there 2 or 3 times a day thanks for all the smiley and cheerful personnel

STAY AWAY!!! I do not look for anything more than nuetral customer service. The cashier working tonight 2/15/2020 was one of the nastiest I ever met in my life. She told me to get to the end of the line when I was clearly at the end of the line. At checkout I asked where I should place my emptt basket, she replied in the front where you got it with the nastiest attitude. I dont know what I did wrong here.... Im disgusted.

“Managers” are extremely rude refuse to help you and if you inquire about damaged goods they’ll tell u to leave, well i dont care if stuff is damaged but we been to this store 5times within a week and left many times because products are still damaged and manager dont care if they make costumers never want to come back to this store they need better people working there ASAP with some better costumer service on the plus side only the young man cashier was polite to everyone.

I felt as though most of the workers watched us like Hawks thinking we were going to steal an air freshener. The store is well lit but it shows the dirt much more. This facility could use a good cleaning and the shelves werent stocked well. The cashier was friendly and smiled and helped customers save by suggesting using the Dollar general app for the digital coupons. I found it odd that alot of the shelves have alarms on them when getting a product. I am unsure if Id go to this location again.

Google is malfunctioning. I wasnt at Dollar General! I was at Home Depot, nowhere near it! Dollar General is over priced with poor quality merchandise.

Every time Im in Delray that store comes in clutch.

They really need to do something about the AIR CONDITION. As am a frequent customers who lives 2 minutes away from there and I wanted to do more shopping but it was so hottt in there I left my baggy full of stuff and went home. Thought I was,about to pass out. So until they fix the a/c I will go to Deerfield to another Dollar General.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but every time I visit this store there is a rude cashier or manager. Who Im assuming is the manager is just nasty to people for no reason.

Some pretty good deals as you would expect from Dollar stores. They have the large bags of Doritos the way we like for $1.

This store is very close to my home. Has a great selection of items. It fits everyones budget. The store is always busy, dont worry they will always their registers open to help with the wait time. The store is clean, well stocked, a big inventory. The staff are very personable. The hours of operation are seven days week. You can always get what you need here along with a please tell smile from the staff.

There were good Bargains to have, the staff was helpful and courteous. I appreciate the newspaper ads that lettuce to these good bargains

Stores have become a little messy overall and to tell the truth, its not a dollar store. Granted the name implies dollar in general but youd be hard pressed to find much at $1.

Newish employee, Amanda, has no right working with the public. She has no personality other than to argue with customers like a 2 year old and I dont think she knows the phrase customer service. If shes at the register, I will find another store.

Like any other store, nothing new. Staff is friendly but in some areas is a lack of product for sale

The store had narrow aisles, but the shelves were fully stocked. I found what I was looking for & was in & out quickly.

It’s 8:50 and this store is not even open. Posted sign says they open at 8:00am. I’ve watched at least ten customers come and go.

I asked for help locating a product and the worker couldnt be bothered to help. I was told the item could be located in four different aisles - thats half the store. This is a last resort kind of store.

I visit this store daily and they always treat me well. They have even taken the time to get to know me on a first name basis. People claim customer service but nobody follows through the way this place has.

They have a little bit of everything with affordable prices, should check it out

Its in the Ghetto Always messy isles blocked with boxes they need to unload Some of the staff nice others shouldnt have a job Im sure its hard to get good help in that area I would go for my cleaning supplies but after this last visit I wont go Ill just go to dollar Tree

This is the worst store in broward and so palm bch county. Talj to 5 employees including mgr. Searching for a product that staple item @ dg. And all employees had no idea on what the product is or have a clue. They responded dg doesnt carry that product. custimer knows otherwise.

Cheap smokes very nice

Went to the store today around 3:30 pm, Delray Beach, 10th st. Long lines, rude clerk that became angry because a customer complained about the lack of service. She then told him she did not like his attitude and refused to ring him up. He apologized but she said she the right to refuse to ring him up. I have been going to this store for several years but Its time for me to switch to a different store. Terrible experience just to watch her rudeness!!!!!!!

This is a great store with super great sales!

After placing my items at the register, the cashier walked away. she let two customers out who were locked in. It was closing time. she then began arranging items on a shelf. I told to get over here & ring me up. The manager who finally came up front said dont talk to her like that. then the cashier say if i complain, that she wouldnt ring my stuff up. The manager basically said shut up or we wont ring you up. so of course i let them have it after my purchase. she then called the police & had me trespassed for a year, for being rude. i let corporate know, but havent heard from them. I assume they are just as incompetant. Nuff said?

I went in because I washing clothes next door. I prefer family dollar. The stuff here is more expensive.

This the best store to get emergency items & groceries if it is in your neighborhood.prices are lower. staff work hard keeping shelves stocked and straightened ( during xmas, halloween, etc., their hard work is a continuous effort and looks challenging ) if on a budget, the clothes are great, i have seen my girlfriend quickly throw a few things together from the ladies apparell, and she looked amazing, like a fashion model.

It was fabulous everyone helped me. My first dollar General visit. I spenr over 220.00. I will be back again and again. Michael 10th ave sw.
