The store shelves were well-stocked and neat. The cashier was pleasant and made check out a wonderful experience.

Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Debbies customer service is atrocious. After making a very simple request Debbie lashed out at me as if I were her child. I feel sick knowing that the little that I did spend at this location goes towards Debbies Salary. The only reason I completed my transaction was because another associate approached me and offered his assistance. Yes the items are ONLY $1 however no one wants to be treated like a dog when spending their hard earned money. Debbie should be dismissed and sent home to retire peacefully with her dogs. Disgusted

I am giving one star for the cashier that was understanding. This store gives people fake money. After I called them on it, the manager became rude. She handled the situation very badly. She refused to let me buy anything with her own fake bill after saying it was actually good. She was apparently told not to take it even though she tried to show me that it was good. She threatened to call the cops like I was a thief and refused to check the cameras to assess the situation. I was getting very irritated but managed to get my voice down after she told me I was being loud. She still kept the attitude. She should not work in that position, she was useless and a straight liar. Why would you tell me the bill is valid, but not take it as payment? I also confirm the previous reviews. The store was empty (not stocked up) and dirty.

Staff is always standup for help and store is very neat and clean

They are the dirtiest and most messy stores in the world. There are bacteria here, they do not clean, they always remain dirty. They should be sanctioned until they are organized and clean for the public.

Lacks order & organization. Stuff is piled on the floor to the point that its difficult to pass through isles.

Bad experience i went to get newspapers and the newspapers didnt have the coupons inserts. Where taken out🤨😒

I got what I was looking for...they had good selection of shower curtains, with nice colors and patterns. They also a pile of plungers. I got my spic & span. But mainly i got those strong green kitchen scrubbing pads. So, overall it was great bargain.

Ive been shopping at this store for years. Love that everything is $1. They stock many name-brand products, usually in small sizes. Lots of off-brand things, (like black olives) that are a real bargain. Ideal place for holiday and party goods. I buy many cleaning products there. They carry a variety of colorful storage bins that are great organizers. A few new employees were not very polite, but seemed to disappear quickly. The manager is on the ball and is constantly directing the staff and keeping the store organized. The store is nearly always busy, so its a good idea to shop there when you are not in a hurry.

I love coming to this Dollar tree. The manager Nikki is always so nice. And the cashiers Ariana, and Taylor are always helpful and so personable

I just watched a cashier(Crystal) yell and scream at an elderly man. All he did was ask for a recite. Thats when she started to yell at him and told him to leave or she will call the police. He looked confused. After she verbally attacked him he left. I felt so bad for him. This just shows how little they care about the costomer. I should have caught it on video. My mother did just that so when she sends it to me I will also put it up on here. So sad that in this day and age people have to much hate built up inside. This store should be ashamed of itself.

Long lines and only one cashier way too long to wait for a couple things

I love Dollar Tree and get lots of stuff for my crafting here. But lately the store has been a mess. Boxes piled up and shelves bare. The problem is that they only have at most 2 employees working at any 1 time. 1 is mainly always busy on the cash register and the line is to the back of the store.

Went in today and I thought the store was closing as it was severely understocked. I wouldve bought about 12 to 20 items I only bought three. as I was checking out I asked the cashier if the store was closing and she said no that the truck just didnt have their merchandise well it looked like it hadnt been stocked in weeks. It was almost like a hurricane came through.No excuse.

This place is so awesome, like really you walk in and go i need a giraffe and they have it for a dollar. Ok, so not that crazy but they do have some great things for a dollar. Only thing i would say is because of short staff which is a higher level problem the store can be messy and lines can get long.

The Staff is friendly, however its always sloppy, messy and sadly not stocked often. Many times Ive walked in boxes, large ones are still out blocking isles . Its a lot of work to put all these items away, thats very true, but theyve gotta brain storm on a better system. The employees do work very hard.

On the door it states their open up at 9a.m...its 9:27a.m in the doors are still locked....so many of us customers left upset! This the second and now definitely my last bad experience with this particular dollar tree..Family Dollar got my business this morning

Since this store lost it former manage (Barbara) this store has fallen. The manager (Kiesha) is nasty and acts as though shes doing you a favor if you ask her a question, and shes hired a slew of people from the Delray Beach sober homes one of which is so distorted that he tried to kiss a female customer on the head when he apologized to her for bad service.The good people of Delray Beach deserve better than this.

Good variety on allot of stuff.

Good prices. Last few times I went the experience was better. The AC was out and it was smelling strong of cheap products.

Unprofessional management. Manager asked 2 employees who was stocking shelves did they want to see her private area. Held a full conversation on the subject.

Ms Barbara the floor manager on Sat 3/18 was simply the very best.Kind smart knew her store merchadise Any one would be impressed. Dollar tree is a special kind of store and I enjoy everything about this location.

I save money buying things at Dollar Tree. Sometimes there is a wait for a popular item to be restocked, and sometimes I find an item I like better. Great holiday decorations.

This place is cheap and conveniently located within walking distance of my place. Everything is priced at a dollar. They have some food as well.

Always terrible service. The white lady with the fake blond hair should be fired. The line always backs up and they never open a new register. Plus she always leaves when it starts getting chaotic in there. Ill find out her name. But overall this store is terrible.

The star goes Rashawna who worked so hard to take care of 12 customers by herself all while blowing up baloons. She had no cashier support saying cashiers called out.
