Mike is a great NKT. I had a lot of dysfunction happening in my core and hips and he helped me figure out which muscles were overworking and which were not working. Great guy, would definitely recommend.

After following my own over-ambitious exercise regime for over 2 years, I was not feeling stronger and was in more pain. Ive been working with Michael for 9 months now, and am regaining strength and rarely taking pain medication. He emphasizes breathing correctly, not over doing exercise, and doing the right exercises the right way. I am so thankful l found him. He is a wonderful trainer, and takes his time studying the integrated movement of the body to find what isnt in sync.

Out of the huge crowd fitness experts, Michael Metchikian stands out as a reliable and creditable source of information and a tremendous motivator. While many personal trainers claim to integrate nutrition and conditioning, Michael is a gourmet chef. He doesnt hawk quick fixes, but instead teaches people how to select and prepare food that is both delicious and healthful. He does such a great job of explaining both the preparation and the nutritional benefits of the dish. Moreover, Michael understands the connection between a persons state of mind and state of body. Michaels passionate belief that every person, regardless of their current fitness levels, can get more joy out of life by achieving better health is truly inspiring.

Michael has been coming to my home twice a week since September 2016 to get me pain free caused by several issues. I can say that I am now pain free and have moved to a weight loss program. Michael has been documenting my progress and along with weight loss, I have lost several inches on my body. He has made the training progressive and I have never been sore from a workout. He combines exercise, stretching, and massage with every workout and none of the workouts are ever the same so it never gets boring or monotonous. I recommend Michael highly, (and have), to my relatives and friends, and to anyone seeking a competent and knowledgeable personal trainer who can assess your needs and develop a program for you!

This is the first time I have ever hired a person trainer, and I could not be more pleased!! Michael is not only knowledgeable, caring, and professional, but he makes each workout unique and fun! NEVER boring!!! I have a lot of very challenging medical issues, and Michael patiently works with me to find exercises and techniques that work with MY body and MY needs. He totally understands that cookie cutter workouts DO NOT work for many of us!!! He is also constantly researching and learning new ways to help me improve and heal! I have never met anyone with more knowledge of the anatomy of the human body and how it all works together in movement. I met Michael three months ago in my gym. As luck may have it, he was using the aerobic bicycle next to the one I was using. I did not know he was a trainer. We started conversation, and one word led to another. Michael told me all of the week points in my muscles and joints. I think he listed four or five different issues that he saw by watching me previously walking around in the gym. Everything Mike spotted was right on. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the anatomy and the way the Bodyworks.The following Tuesday was the first work out session that I had with Michael. In one hour we did a multitude of exercises and stretches, none of which I had ever done before in my life. All of the exercises we performed were state of the art motion in resistance movements.Michael was very cautious and every exercise started out with minimal resistance. After the one hour work out I really felt that I had accomplished a lot. I continued working out with Michael 2 to 3 times a week. Before meetin Michael, I had gone almost 5 years without working out, and I was eating all the wrong foods. Working out with Michael turned my life around. I feel as if I have reconnecting with my younger self. Thirty years ago I worked out and ran on a daily basis. Life got in the way and I became lazy and was gaining weight and getting out of shape.Michael has been in fitness his entire life and has several certifications and they all show. He uses all of his knowledge from the various disciplines during our training and therapeutic sessions. I feel like a new person. My friends have told me that I look better than I have looked in years. More importantly... I feel better. And of these these results are after just three months of training.I give Michael five stars. I would not be working with Michael every week if I did not feel he was world class in this field. I recommend him to anybody that is seeking any type of physical and mobility strengthening. I have much better balance, mobility and range of motion then I did three months ago thanks to Michael.I worked out with Michael today which is Saturday, November 27 and I’ll be working out with him next week Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday. I met Mike in my gym a few months ago, and there is no doubt in my mind that he is one of THE BEST in the business. I myself am a personal trainer and I can only hope to be as knowledgeable as Mike one day. The immense amount of understanding he holds of the human body is incredible and clearly comes his own passion on the subject, drive to learn, and his own expertise in training himself to be an elite athlete globally back in his prime. Omg! the best work out i have had in years. training with mike, i lost the extra pounds i wanted to shed in a matter of weeks and am in the best shape of my life. I love the private 1 on 1 training and all the helpful tips he gives. Im eating better even better than before and have the most energy throughout the day versus always crashing mid day due to misleading info on what proper eating and nutrition was. i give him many thumbs up and would highly recommend him!

I was ready to finally deal with my lower back issues and I am so glad I found Mike. At 50yrs old I really needed someone who knew how to deal with someone who was out of shape and would listen to me when I had pain during the session. Mike really knows physical therapy and has accurately diagnosed every issue I have had. And hes is great motivator.I really like working out - something I thought I never would. My experience with Michael Metchikian is hardly summed up by a five star review. Michaels positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of life when you work with him. I met Michael through a Toastmaster group in Delray Beach. He is constantly working on bettering himself and all the around him in all aspects. Michael is very knowledgable about diet and physiology and is constantly switching things up. His motivational texts and positive attitude are awesome and really help to keep you on track, motivated and excited. Training with Mike was a great experience. When we first met, I was frustrated and in pain due to a knee injury. The situation was made worse by some bad habits Id picked up at PT. After only a month with Mike, I was pain free and on the road to recovery!Mikes patient, professional, and knowledgeable about body mechanics and all areas of health and fitness. I havent had a recent experience with Mike but Ive know him since 1980! He was a great powerlifter then and has built himself up with so much knowledge and experience to train anyone. He has a back ground as a powerlifter and bodybuilder and General Fitness.
