Went there, sat in my car for over 5 minutes and no one approached me. I finally walked up to the guy and he seemed annoyed and bothered complaining that he is the only one there working. He took a quick look at my car, quoted me $50 and walked away. They need to work on their customer service skills. Needless to say I left

Lousy service for car wash and cashier. The car was sign says $16.99 for interior and exterior. When I drove my car in, the attendant said interior is not included. That was even though the signs posted say interior is included.The way I was spoken to was bossy, ornery, as if I was an annoyance by my sheer presence. Tone of voice is very important and the customer service skills were seriously lacking here.I would not recommend or return to have my car washed here again and will speak ill of this gas station-car wash in the future.

I was there this morning. I have been going here for years. This morning I went in side to pay for my $16.99 car wash ( 4 door sedan ). The clerk said i have to pay $25.99 because my car was too dirty. The price in the office Cleary was printed $16.99. I never heard of this. Of course it was dirty, that is why I brought the car to be washed ! My suggestion, if you need to charge more, change your quoted prices. Good luck! I do not think I will return. Rude, obnoxious, most despicable people. Charged me ten dollars more than quoted on their prices. Their prices say $16 and they charged me $26. I will NEVER go back there again, I do not know how they stay in business. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Last time I went here with my small suv, I paid $16.99. Today, the cashier told me it was $25.99 (although this was not on the price list sheet). I won’t be coming back here again.

Don’t use the car wash used to be 14$ and good! Now it’s 17$ and shiit. They have an attitude when u ask them to correct or clean something they missed. Last time I use them.

Great gas station prices are always fairly competitive. Always lots of cashiers available inside which makes it quick to get in and out. I used to get my coffee here the coffee is always very fresh and lots of cream and sugar options as well. There are a lot of pumps available I believe 12 or more.

Rudest retail experience I have ever had. “John” (handwritten name tag) was on his phone the entire time I was in the store. When I asked to purchase a car wash, he said, in a heavy accent, “No car wash after full serve people gone.” I pointed out that the sign by the car wash said it was open and that it was self serve after 6pm. He replied, “Take the sign down if you want, I don’t care. Car wash close” in a very rude and confrontational tone.

Worst car wash! These guys don’t care about getting your car clean at all. They did a very bad job on mine. And don’t even try to complain, you will waist your time..Do yourself a favor and go to any other place.

Shell is one of my top preference in gas station, aways good quality gas and equipments.

Dont use Car Wash!!! Taken my car there for a wash 3 times hoping for a different outcome but I wont be going there again. All 3 times I paid for interior and exterior wash and all 3 times I got the car back with water still all over the sides of the car and the interior is still dirty. They vaccuum the mats and thats it. When I have to call them over to wipe down certain wet spots they look at you like your crazy but when Im paying close to $20 for a wash I would hope my car is clean.

I would never go here again. Paid for a car wash Waited 30 min just to enter the car wash, then was told by the attendant that i had to give him $10 in cash because i had a truck! Not one sign anywhere states that there is an up charge. This is an Unlawful business practice and they should lose their license. STAY AWAY

Customer service sucks here, rip you of your money. I paid for gas and the pump stopped didnt reach the 10 I put in and i went in and he says he cant give me the 2 He owes me when it stopped at 8 and was just putting out air. Rude!
