This car wash is HORRIBLE. I went through the drive -through and the whole top of my car was still dirty. It cleaned the sides only. I did the $5.00 option, after seeing it was not clean. I waited for the next car to get cleaned and stopped the person and asked what they had paid, he said $10.00, his was not clean either. I called the number on the sign and he said he would refund the money. I had put it on my debit card and he asked for the last four digits. I did get a call saying they were unable to refund it that way and to come to the office there to get the $5.00.My point is not the money, it is that the CAR WASH DOES NOT WORK you are paying whatever level and your car is still dirty. BEWARE

Horrible experience. The after pictures included with my review speak for themselves. A complete waste of $5. My car was not incredibly dirty to begin with and the drive thru wash did not clean my car at all.

SCAM! STAY AWAY! The owner changed the machines to not alert you when the time is running low. This is so that your time runs out and you have to spend a lot of money to start the machine again. They also switched the wands to short, cheap ones that caused me to bleed from them cutting into me from high pressure water. This place used to be ok, its now just a cash grab scam.

Great little place. I can actually read the water options unlock other places. Did just spend $4 and then realized the hose in Bay 3 had a leak, so there was no pressure. This is my notification to the owner to change! No other way to contact.

Not good, the self car wash is run down, narrow especially for larger trucks, equipment has issues the foam brush will scratch you car as it did mine, the wash bay smells funky, this place needs work, save your money and take your business elsewhere. Zero stars

This place does not accept cards, prepare yourself to bring 60+ quarters. I tried every station and all off them do not accept cards. There are other places similar to this one that accept cards so do not waste your time coming here, just google again and avoid this place. Who ever built this car wash did it a long time ago and has never ever in his life put foot in it again, looks very old and unattended.

The automatic car wash machine was out of serviceThe change machine didnt work and when I put my money inside the machine to wash my car the soap foaming brush didnt any soap come out of the foaming brush and I think this is the first car wash I went to that Ive had a bad experience

I used the self wash which was good as any but only one wash lane had all the equipment. Vacuums and the items you can purchase all were in good working order.

Do not use your Debit card in the machine. Why because on 6/14/2020 I went to wash my car Paid with my card and was charged $10 twice. Never thought I have to pay $20 for 7 min. Horrible. So I learned the hard way. Use cash only or you will get ripped off!!!!!!!!!!

I went there and paid for the works car wash ($10.00). And towards the end the machine said please pull your car up and thank you. My car was SOAKED the blower/dryer did not work and I still had a wet car with soap and water. There was a car behind me already to go in after me. I called the number and still have yet to speak to someone. Dont waste your money.They came back and messaged me and gave me a credit they stay true to there word. Thank you

Its difficult at best to use for the self-service bays. What do I start with? Pre wash? Power wash? Whats the difference? Either case its all timer-based and at the very least it charges $3 for the first 6 minutes. I of course power washed with the high-pressure wand for at least 5 minutes moving at a diligent pace, then switched over to soap, moved even faster, then topped it off with another power wash. Spent perhaps a generous 15 minutes total, got myself wet in the process. Somehow it cost $10 each setting for a whopping $30 car wash that failed to remove any hard water stains easily removed by similar car washes. Bottom line: its complicated, haphazard and very expensive to use if youre wanting any results. Better to get a 19.95 deal from Motor City or other similar style washes which includes insides, hand dry and leftover for tips

Great prices, many lanes to wash. They have a automated wash if you want the machine to do all the work. Vacuums, air freshener machines. Great location.

3/2/19 - The spot free rinse cycle has not worked on the past two visits. Station 1 also keeps shutting off and the switch needs to be jiggled around.Updating review as my past couple of washes were relatively problem free!Sometimes the high pressure soap setting is still weak even after running a few minutes when the low pressure setting seemed fine. I have seen it suds up nicely a couple times.

Narrow stalls to wash cars and drains plugged up. I got out and was standing in an inch of water and soap. May go again to see if things have improved but I think Ill look for another place in the meantime.

Went here yesterday and used my debit card at the self service wash. It told me the charge was $3 and some change. When I checked my account it said $10 Nit that big of a deal but I’m reading reviews of others having this issue

Total scam! What in the actual fffffk! Took my car here. Got the $10 wash. My car is actually dirtier than when I can. Spots everywhere and the dryer was so intense it blew off my window molding. No one around to ask for help. Do not take your car here!

Nice place and reasonably priced7/25/19-- i have used this car wash several times over the past few months. And I must warn others DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD HERE. I have noticed that twice the machine placed a $10 hold on my card even though i only Used 6:54 & $8.29 respectively. The first time I had to argue with a customer service agent at my bank to get it back. As for the second $10 charge I am waiting for a callback.. Ill just have to see how that goes.. The moral here.. ONLY USE CASH HERE.. Sad because its close to my work and it washes fairly well when you do it yourself

Lately the automatic machine has been leaving blue streaks on my white car regardless of the wash type. If you dont get out and fully wipe down your car afterwards it becomes impossible to get off. Im terrified of scraping my wheels on the metal railing. Otherwise, the Jets are strong and the cycles are adequate.

I go here often since I live close, and its been great. I had one small issue and gave the owner a call and he quickly resolved it for me.

This is a 24 hour self service car wash. It has one automatic wash stall, but my experience has be that it is fairly ineffective. Better to save your money and use one of the self service stalls then dry off your car.There are several vacuums available and I have never had to wait.

Negative starsIt’s a tight turn to get into the automatic car wash. I got in and it seemed off. I backed up and tried to maneuver and the light turned red so I assumed it was fine and put it into park. It started spraying my car and after it passed by my drivers door it rammed into by back door and back panel. So much damage. I was offered my 10 dollars back. What a nightmare. Don’t ever go here. I did try to back up and fix it. I said that, it’s a very tight turn in so l imagine everyone does, but once the red light came on and the machine started I assumed it was fine. It would’ve started moving before I was ready anyway if that’s the case. If it was your car you would be upset and you can’t deny that. I’m not sure how that setup passed permits.

I’ve gone to this car wash 4 or 5 times (simply b/c of convenience) and 3 of those times, the machine has taken my money and the car wash has not worked. So I left slightly poorer, with a dirty car and a head full of steam! There is no recourse or method to recoup money from the faulty machine. A basic vending machine at the car dealership across the street works better than the car wash input machine at this dump.I’ve lost $35 to date and haven’t been able to clean my car there, so I’ve spent more time and money driving to a more distant place. The “self-clean” option is worthless too.This place is only good for a quick vaccuum and maybe if you want to clean a pair of shoes or boots w/ their sprayer.Caveat Emptor!

I love self service car washes... but when you keep coming back to the same one and the same problems from 2 years ago are still a problem 2 days ago. Extremely disappointed. Vaccums have decent suction, the air freshers dispenser well wouldnt dispense, the spray air fresher has been busted for years now but dont worry it will take your money!, the soap takes almost a minute to come out of the pressure washer.. and those things are kinda... well timed... if you wanna rinse your car down with water... well this is the place otherwise go sadly up to lake worth.

I was interested in this place because of the touchless drive through wash. However, it takes moee than 10 minutes per car. Additionally, there is a overhead nozzle that leaks water all over your car while its running the drying cycle - so you finish with water splashed all over your car. To make matters worse, the wash and vacuuming stalls and spaces are just a little bit too small - youre at constant risk of scraping a wheel or smacking your door into something. Its hard to pull in and out of spaces. I wanted to find a good touchless wash but i will not return here.

It tells you to use a credit card and the minimum charge on the card will be $3.00. You only start with so much time for the $3.00. once 5 mins is up the total amount will go up depending on when finished and the max your card will get charged is $10 but it also says to feed qrtrs once your 5 mins is up so it is confusing. Also there is a dial to switch wash modes between wheels, pre-soak, clear coat, etc. Sometimes when you switch modes there is no visible change in the washing behavior making you wonder if its working as intended. Whether auto or manual car washes, in my experience its always better to do it yourself at home. My problem is I live in a condo and the conditions are not feasible for that to work.

Extremely low pressure and the brush head is about the size of a softball. It would take 30 minutes to clean your car with such a tiny brush.
