What a horrific experience!!! They offered me a great quote. Two months in I get a letter stating my rate went up because they “misquoted” me. I had my debit card stolen, so when the new card came in I called to make a payment and set up auto pay again. They didn’t set it up… so my policy got cancelled with no warning, no email, no letter. I called and had it reinstated… they didn’t actually reinstate my policy, they just oil my money. I got a letter from the state letting me know this. Every time I call there is a nee agent and they don’t do what they say they are going to. Over a week ago the new agent (who seemed clueless about every) said she would call me back to see why my application wasn’t going through. She still hasn’t gotten back to me, and as it turns out there never was an application. So now, at zero fault of my own but the conman lazy behavior of this place I was out of insurance unknowingly for 2 months even though I was diligent about having it! And paid them!! Now my rate has gone up by 33% because of these reckless a$$holes. Be ware! StateFarm is more and more known for this behavior. I personally know 3 others that StateFarm agents have done this to.I hope y’all have the worst karma coming to you possible!
Very disappointed with this agency. Agent provided me with a very good quote, however the agent sent me the wrong paperwork to sign. Because the proper paperwork was not submitted my premium skyrocketed to more than what I was paying Allstate. I made several attempts over the past 3 months to have this resolved but to no avail. I was told to just pay the premium short and there will be an adjustment, however that has not happened. I will have to reach out to State farm myself. I am basically on the hook to pay for unwanted coverage due to the mistake their agent made. Not Cool and it seems like they could care less.
There are few things that come to mind when thinking about how much fun getting new insurance is.. Prostate exams, plucking nose hairs, having the flu, etc... Well I have to say I was blown away when I spoke to Juliany (BTW she is not Italian....). She was extremely responsive, courteous, had a sense of humor and... just a joy to work with.. and to top it off, they were able to cut my vehicle insurance by over HALF... Please take a few minutes to give them a call and prepare to be surprised by the customer service and the pricing they will provide.
I have been a Statefarm customer for 35 years. My agent retired and I transferred my 7 policies to Marion Fazios office which was closest to my home. I called the office at least 4 times in the first 6 months and was told that Marion would call me back. Lets just say I have never spoken with him.

Shopping for an Auto policy can be a stressful task, Maria M from Marion Fazio state farm agency couldnt have been of better assistance. She spent the time to explain all details of the policy and walk me through it to make sure i felt comfortable with my coverage and got the price i wanted. I have to give HUGE credit to Kaela for helping me work through a very complicated refund process with State Farm. Their old agent left the company within days of me cancelling my policy and did not process the cancellation. This unfortunately created a situation where I continued to be charged for almost a year.I reached out to Marion Fazio again to make them aware of the issue and was able to quickly resolve things with (lots of) help from Kaela. She was responsive any time I called or emailed and facilitated between myself and State Farm every step of the way. Most importantly, the refund check in excess of $3000 is on its way and billing for that policy has been stopped.Thanks for everything Kaela!

My husband(Dave) and I have 2 loans(this office helped us with) with State Farm Bank and Auto and RV, and insurance on all with this office. I have had home owners insurance in the past with a different office in Michigan. State Farm has always been great!

When I moved to South Florida more than 15 years ago, a Deputy Sheriff friend of mine recommended Marion Fazio! He has been the best agent i have EVER had, kind caring and VERY knowledgeable, with all their products... I have sent numerous people to him, and even had him on my radio show several times to help people figure out all the new insurance regulations... I would give him ten stars if I could!

Unfortunately not the best experience with this branch. I initially enjoyed being with State Farm, but I left because my policy kept increasing for no reason, although I have a good driving record. I understand that sometimes rates go up, so no sweat. My review is more for this office. Good luck getting someone on the phone and much less a call back. Read the other reviews and youll see why others gave them a 1 star too.
Unfortunately I felt extremely disrespected at this location. I accompanied a friend to go with some basic home and property insurance questions after being encouraged by another staff member and I will not be returning to this location. Marion Fazio could use a dash of humility or at least common courtesy. When you work with people it is important to have these basic skills.

Absolutely and utterly unprofessional. Nothing but headaches from the beginning. Signed up for monthly recurring payments and filled out the automatic recurring monthly payment form. Never received my bill, went into the office and they told me they had no information and it showed my account paid off. I said that’s not possible I haven’t even made my first payment. They told me I should receive a bill in the mail(something I specifically requested not to do) for my monthly bill. Surprise to me when I received a bill for $1600. I then had to go into the office again where Mr. Fazio hid in his office avoiding dealing with obviously frustrated customers. By the way, my insurance agent Maria, never once returned my phone calls or helped fix my issue. I’ve never in my life had to deal with so much B.S from an insurance office. It took in total 4 months to receive a correct bill, and I had to come out of pocket for their mistakes. Then when I moved, it took me calling the insurance office multiple times over the course of a week to switch offices. And btw, my insurance agent here has been waiting for them to send information and when I called the Fazio office they said they were waiting for my insurance agent 😂 it’s absolutley a joke. Pick up the phone and call the office... is it that difficult? There is ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY IN THIS OFFICE. The amount of times I’ve had to call and play mother to this office is wild. I feel like at this point I should be on salary for how much of their work I have to do for them because their to incompetent to do it theirselves without supervision. The 3 stars this office has received blow my mind. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting corporate to see if theirs anything we can do to save others from the disaster that is this office.And just so you know it is this office, the account was for Carson Traynham. Maria was my agent. You and I spoke directly, it’s a shame you don’t remember my name, it goes to show how little you actually care.

Would stay away from Marion Fazios office. I was with them for a little over one year. When I moved and tried to get a transfer to a closer agent, they wouldnt do it. Finally after over a month, I was told I need to pay next months bill and only then they would do it (never had a late payment and was on autopay the entire time).As for the agency, it is very hard to get someone on the phone. When i ask questions, they told me they would get back to me, but they never do. By the end, I was so frustrated,l that I asked to speak to Marion Fazio and of course he never called back.State Farm increased my premium every 6 months even though I didnt have a single claim during those times. Over the course of one year, they raised my premium by about $100 (per month so $1200/yr).If your interested in State Farm, thats fine, but I would stay clear of this agency as Im sure there are better agents out there. What shouldve taken a few days to transfer took over 1 month because they would not do it after multiple emails/phone calls. Between that and never being able to get a hold of someone, its not worth it.
I wouldnt recommend anyone to be insured by this agency. It can be hard to reach them and their staff is imcompetent. I recently sold my car and I was to receive a refund for the months I paid but they wouldnt give me a refund. They claim I didnt pay for the month but I already sold my car & canceled the policy. Youre basically putting your money down the drain. Just be aware of these scamming insurance companies.

This office is HORRIBLE, unprofessional, unorganized and never the same person working on an issue its always someone different. I signed up with them about 7-8 months ago did all the necessary paper work and forms they required. for a couple of months all was well then, all of a sudden they didnt draft my account for my monthly premium. Why? well we dont have your auto pay form...which they did because they drafted my account the previous month and the month before that with no problem. Now, every month my bill is some ridicules amount besides what was quoted to me. Why? oh well we didnt receive some other form in which they did however you have to pay the ridicules amount until the billing department ( whom you can not speak to ) make the adjustments to your account which is never done or not done correctly. I am truly baffled by the quality of service here and their negligence when it comes to resolving the issue at hand. Im definitely filing a compliant against this agent with the corporate head quarters!!!!
I wish i could give 0 star, this office is a scam. Trashy people they will raise your policy without notice, charge your account automatically without signing for automatic payment. WORST INSURANCE AGENT THERE IS! WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE 10 STARS! Please read if you’re thinking of WORKING here or getting INSURED through here...If you are considering being insured here:DON’T! Here’s why:- let’s say you have a good student discount that needs to be updated every 6 months, THEY WON’T TELL YOU IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. So, your bill will increase, you’ll call and ask why your bill increased, they’ll say “well you no longer have your good student discount” you’ll say, “what?! But, I’m still a good student! What if I send you my transcript now??” And they will say with a belittling voice, “that’s fine. Then your bill will go down for next month to the usual amount.” Then you’ll say, “And this one? Can I get a credit or something since I’m still a good student??” And they will say “No. All we can do is update your file for next month. No credit.”- let’s try another scenario...You replace your debit card because it gets stolen. You have a lot to deal with and forget about automatic payments for State Farm linked to your card. You would think they would call you as soon as they notice your card doesn’t work on file right? WRONG! THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU ABOUT ANYTHING! Let me say it again, THEY WILL NEVERRRR CALLLLL!!!! So you will end up having to call them. You will have to notice errors on your account. They are not like a bank that will alert you of “suspicious activities” or “changes with your account” EVER!- That’s another point, i’m sure you’re thinking, “ok well, if they won’t call me I can call them right??” WRONG! HA! I’ve called them 13 times straight at 9:05am (they open at 9am) and STILL no one will answer. You have to call a good 15 times for someone to answer.- Claims. Don’t have any if you want to stay insured. They WILL drop you and blame it on “too many claims” even if it’s done through the underwriting department and you’ve been involved in TWO hit and run accidents, they will show no mercy. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU—EVER! You make their company spend money on you, you better bet your policy will NOT be renewed at the end of your 6 months!- moral of the story, PICK ANOTHER AGENT! There’s a great guy named Evan who works at Insurance World of Delray which is through Progressive! I switched to him and he is AMAZING! I get to send him documents through text & talk to him through text from my work desk because he actually UNDERSTANDS i’m busy and can’t call at times and can’t come into his office. He’s awesome! SUPER CUSTOMER CENTRIC— something Marion Fazio’s agency is NOT!If you plan to work there:I worked there one summer. First of all, they are a cold calling company. Marion Fazio will buy a bunch of random local numbers for you to dial and ask random people if they’d like a free auto quote. NO ONE WANTS A FREE AUTO QUOTE. They all yell at you for having their number BUT most times the number won’t work because it’s out of service.. and then, he’ll YELL at you for “not giving anyone a free auto quote” when, 80% of the numbers are out of service..Literally, I made a tally sheet one day. He will take you out to lunch once in a while but that’s about as much appreciation he shows for his staff. And the best agent I met there who got me my insurance ended up getting fired, he was the bosses shining star until it was realized he was letting customers do illegal things to keep their discounts. It’s a cold cold cold calling office. It’s quiet. It’s awkward. You will not enjoy your job. There’s not even like a “cool funny guy” who works there. Nope. Just continue your job search because if you work here you’ll leave after a month. And the boss, Marion Fazio, acts like a total DICK! Always nose up in the air, sitting high and mighty in his office. Won’t talk to customers unless he has to. Will only talk to his staff when they’re doing something wrong. Bad vibes all within the office!

Since August of 2016 I have been misquoted premiums paying extra for their lack of work on discounts as promised. In February 2017 I went in to make a payment, get clarification on policy renewal, discounts and sign for auto renewal. I SIGNED PAPERS AND WAS TOLD PREMIUM RATE AND AUTO WAS SET UP. STILL THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!! I am canceling this policy and going elsewhere. Never have I been so disappointed and pushed to the point of complete frustration and exhaustion then I have in the very short time working with this office.

I was paying $800 a year for insurance two years ago. They doubled my rates without any accidents and no tickets. There is a reason they have the worst feedback out of any State Farm. They should pull his licence.

I had a terrible experience.I bought a new car 2/14 and transferred auto insurance. As a result there was a $48.58 balance for new coverage. I requested to pay by credit card or check immediately but was informed that statefarm would send me a bill by mail. Marion Fazio provided statefarm the wrong address and the bill was returned to Marion Fazio. At that time they left me a voicemail asking me to call the office. When I called back I was informed me that everything was “OK.” I was never informed about the returned bill. Therefore, I never received the bill and it was never paid. My insurance lapsed and a few weeks later a rock hit my car and cracked the windshield. I called to make an insurance claim only to discover that I was uninsured. When I spoke to Marion Fazio to explain he called me a liar...This company is totally unorganized. Its a shame because their negligence cost me $800 for a new windshield (which is covered by insurance in Florida).I wouldn’t work with Marion Fazio.

The worst agent/office I have dealt with. I have had auto insurance with State Farm since I was 15; 38 years. Ive never had insurance with another company. I had an unfortunate situation with car and had to buy new one. You would have thought after 38 years of taking my money, it would have earned me a little communication and/or working with. Nope.
