Honestly, working with this agency has been extremely stressful. It is difficult to get a hold of the agent, I feel completely disrespected, and like I am being yanked around. I had to threaten to cancel the policy before any work was done, even then it was like he lost interest within the week. I have policies through other Allstate agents and have never had an issue. I would just never work with this agent again.
