I’ve been a member for many years. I never had any problems with Allstate. Every six months I receive my policy and my cards through email.I remember once loading my trunk and I left my keys inside and close the trunk. I called, they came, they unlocked my trunk. Very fast and professional.They are always there when I need them. I also receive a refund check every six month.

My experience started out great. My agent however wrote my cargo van policy incorrect and because of that Allstate dropped us. I asked for help finding another policy about a month before it was set to expire and relayed to them, please do not wait for the last minute. After numerous phone calls and NO response I have only days to scramble to search for insurance. This isn’t the first time they have been unresponsive and it is so very annoying. Find someone who calls you back not this office.

Anytime that I have spoken with an Allstate agent they have been very knowledgeable and helpful.

So far, so good. When I called for a flat tire the boy who came couldnt find the tire in the chassey under the car. He said he wasnt allowed to plug it. I begged him to, and paid him extra to do it. He did, but it all seemed weird and inexperienced. Thats why not 5 star.
