I was without a functioning AC/Heating unit for months. PT gave me an estimate for the AC units and the filter system. It was bigger than my old unit and it was suggested I get beads to hang where my door use to be. Jack problem-solved the closet door and they were able to re-install it! I also had a problem with the temperature control panel communicating with my smart phone. They were able to solve that and were determined to not leave me hanging. I am able to enjoy my new unit. Its COOL and QUIET.....I love it!!!!

I called Jack at PerfecTemp when my AC stopped working after having used them in the past to fix the unit. A technician, Greg, came within hours to check it out. After 20 years, it was time to get a new one. I cant say enough about how responsive Jack was to my problem. He couldnt replace the AC the next day so he brought a portable AC unit to help cool the house. Less than 48 hours after my first call, Greg and Matej came to install the new unit. They were very professional and did a great job. After an extensive explanation of my new system, they left with everything in good order and neat and clean. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and caring. Im looking forward to having them install a pool heater in the not too distant future. Thank you all.

Jack and each of his technicians have been professional, responsive and go above and beyond to take care of their clients. They have been a breath of fresh air compared to so many companies who send a technician who will only do exactly what is on their ticket even if the problem isn’t fixed. Jack and his technicians have gone above and beyond to solve the problem as we had many (not due to any fault of their own) during a recent home addition. Well let’s start by saying Jack was an extraordinary person right from the get go. I could tell he was truly legit ! He came to my house on the same day I asked to get an estimate on my a/c project. I first found Perfect Temp because they were Jandy approved and we had trouble with our pool heater. When Jack came out he was so honest that he basically told us our pool heater had no problem, it was merely a switch was turned off during one of our pool services.After that interaction we asked them to maintain our air conditioning units. They have a 24 hour messaging service so when our AC goes out (always at like 6pm on a Friday or Saturday) we can call and someone has always called us back.We are sooo grateful for a company that ACTUALLY responds, comes when they say they’ll come and is so honest. They approach each issue and home as if it was there own! They are passionate and dedicated in quickly solving a problem and nothing thrills them more than customer success. Our AC went out overnight. Called and Jack called right away. He came out within a couple hours on a Saturday and was very thorough in checking all of our equipment to make sure everything was fixed and working well. Terrific service! Our ac went out at the hottest time of day on a Saturday. I called PerfecTemp and spoke to their dispatcher who assured me they would get right to me. Within a few hours the technician was here working on the unit. He had the parts in the truck and the repair was done by 5pm. Im happy to say the house was cool again by dinner. Shaun helped us with our A/C unit last summer when it died midsummer. He came out within an hour and even had it back running that afternoon! I am thankful that they did such a great job for us.

Sean saved me a lot of money by being honest with me on a repair. Air America told me I needed a new air conditioner and I called Sean. He showed me all that was needed was a water line flush. I spent about 90 dollars that day instead of thousands. Its been a year and the same unit is running fine. This company is one of the few left that are honest and ethical.

I dont impress easily but my experience with Shaun was exemplary. Our AC unit stopped working and he made an after hours service call to our home. He discovered that the previous technician from a company sent by the developer( while under warranty a few months ago) had installed the incorrect part. This now has also caused the fan motor bearings to burn out and leak oil. He took it to the next level as we were having a low volume air flow problem. He discovered that the electrician who wired the unit when the house was built defeated the variable speed feature of the air handler which decreased the air flow.Your company has truly earned my business.
