Poor service, didn’t show up when promised

Major Tom arrived on time and were very thorough. We had problems from a brand X firm which they found immediately and repaired. Recommend them highly.

I was a new customer with a dead AC unit on a Friday afternoon - the company that installed the system wouldnt come until Monday (90 degrees out...). Tom squeezed me in that day AND made the fix for less than the cost of the service call from the other guys. Im a fan!
