Appointment is on Saturday at 12.00 loading ended at 22.00. My dispatcher canceled the cargo and asked for unloading because they would have a big delay. No one answered our calls for several days. We left the facility with the goods on Monday and we only managed to return the cargo on Thursday. The other driver went with the goods and was 5 hours late to the same Walmart I was supposed to drive to and got a new unloading appointment in 4 weeks. Many drivers were at the facility for days at the time, and they all agreed that several pallets were damaged, so they needed to be repackaged. Avoid this place.

Only 3 stars because of the guard. Hes training someone else and still doing his job proficiently. I suppose to be picking up a preloaded trailer at 0800. Checked in at 0738. That trailer is still being loaded. This is the only Nestle Dist. Ctr. Ive been to that didnt have my load ready. Wonder how long will this take to finish the load 🤔

Don’t come here and don’t trust brokers who tell you about appointment time for this company. Appointment time is 10:00 AMArrived 9:00 AM. 12:30 PM nobody even started to unload my trailer. I called to the shipping office few times. No explanation. Just wait. Should be done by 2:00 PM.

So surprised, a company of this caliber and still cant get the sh%$# together, arrived at 9:30am for a 10am appointment but left there at 4:30pm, there is no excuse for taking this long as my clock was running, there must be a need to fined this shippers that have no respect for people that moves their product. All negative reviews are truthful. Detention time never compensated lost time.

Driver got there at noon. Now almost 6pm still not loaded. Don’t waste your time. Don’t book loads from here!!!

Staff that I dealt with was great. Id give them 5 stars. Arrive an hour before appt just to get through a very slow guard shack. Into door on time. Had to move to another door after sitting 3 hrs. Still didnt get loaded for another 3 hrs. Loaded wrong but had to get Scale Ticket to prove it. 45 mile round trip and another 1 1/2 to reload. The guy in the dock next to me when I arrived fit my appointment had already been there 7 hrs and was just leaving after I reloaded. They give you an appointment but dont start pulling your load till theyre ready to. And still expect you to delivery on time. If youre a live load stay away from here.

The one star is for the nice people working here and the clean restrooms they have inside for the drivers. Other than that all the old reviews were right.Appt. 8/26 @ 0900 arrived at 8:50 got checked in at the 2nd gate guard will take your load info including your number. got my door. Backing is kind of tight depending on your door. Got backed in the instructions given are-wait for the 2nd green light and the call from shipping.-seal is in the trailer-close doors and head to guard shack for paperworkI have waited and waited and waited never got a red light. Called the office said they were waiting on another picker to come in @0300 and could probably start loading me around 0500. Well its now 8/27 0800 and my trailer still hasnt been touched. Had my FM take me off cause this is ridiculous.Bring food and drinks cause you will definitely be waiting they do have vending machines inside the office.

Well .whats to say .Never come here.If i were you i ask first when you trying to book a load from dkalb il .who is the shipper .If you hear Nestle ..Refuse that load ...Good luck if you take it .Im here 6 hours already and they dont even turn the light red .

Super long loading times, drivers lounge locked, no bathrooms for truck drivers, really feel like they dont care about your health, your hygiene, but hey at least they got your face covered. Illinois is a joke, their governor is a joke and this company is definitely a joke. Stop pretending to care about truck drivers!!! You mess up our time, our health and our way of making money. Shame on you!

One of the worse place i have ever seen in my life these people are such a lair talkin bout they will unload my truck in 6 hours n still not unloaded yet its been 32 hours still waiting here to get unloaded. Rubbish place

The system is fully automated all the robots that pick the loads put your semi are broke half the time. They laid off 40 people a few months back 4 robots that cant get anything right. I was told it would be a 19 hour wait before I was loaded so I ditched that load and got another one.

Positively dreadful Ive heard of bad DCs before but this takes the yard jockeys really need to push those trailers back so you can get into the docks is its a tight squeeze. Expect to wait at least 15min at the gard shack and and Lord only knows how long in the docks.

My appointment was for 5/26/2021 @ 1800 its know 5/27/2021 @ 9:00 am and they havent touched me yet. The guard did tell me they were about 18 hrs. Behind and wouldnt give me a door until I agreed to wait the 18hrs. I should of asked if I could drop the trailer in the door and come back in the morning. The worst place ever. I defenintly will refuse the next load out of this place.

The people they have in the warehouse are trying their best with what little staff they have and keep up the good work. Please be patient with the spotters they have little to no knowledge what happens in the inside.

Dont come here this is by far on of the worst receiver in the country they need to get it together checked in 1.03 pm on August 14 20201 for app 2 pm. They saying they short handed. Almost 24 hours later and my trailer is still loaded. They have no respect for our time. They think we can just sit in there lot under there mercy. Avoid it at all cost. Will never be back again. Updates. Now its 4.41pm. On August 15 2021 and the truck hasnt been empty yet. 28 hours and still counting. Rude employees. Stay far away.

Nice place. 5-10 min per truck at check in at guard shack. Check out same thing. One person doing IN and OUT....That should be improved. Hope it is like this only on Sundays.Lot maneuvering space

Appt 1400. Out 1921. I was told to watch for green light AND wait for call. No call. Had to check in office. This is a babysitting place. Fully expect to do your job and supervise. Good thing I’ve been one plus college plus receiving work. Maybe they don’t hire supervisors or they need some. Had damages loaded onto the trailer. Be sure to inspect load before sealing it up and driving away. People do NOT want to see damaged baby food at the store. It will make babies sick. I also think the wee folk think this is a good way to weed out carriers they don’t like and torture new drivers. Here’s a clue. All you’d do at best is drive down contract rates which effect me none since I’m a company driver. But not with me you won’t. I push for detention pay because civil rights. I did see a few other women today. Bravo. Yard drivers really need to push back drop trailers so tractors can maneuver for backs. Nice and tight backing space.

The Worst place my Apnt was 1800 ti go earlier @1300, they gave me dock & told will get loaded at 1800. They called me @2300 telling system error and will fix @900 next day. Still I were in the dock. Before 900 at the 600 they told me to leave out there.Almost 24 hours in the dock without getting load.If there is minus Star 🌟, I would give them -Star 🌟

Arrived 1830 for 1900 appt. we don;t have a dock for you yet- park out of the way and well call you. There is no out of the way. Have to move so yard dogs or other trucks waiting can get out. I wondered why some trucks coming in after me were getting docks and I wasnt. They werent getting docks, just fed up and leaving.I finally called after 6hrs to try and find out when I would get a dock, they said we were about to call you to see if you were still here. Got a dock. Left 0345. 4hrs late for delivery with a 2hr log violation. Ive been to several Nestle places and most arent nearly as bad. The people were polite. They are just way understaffed is my guess. Plant manager get a bonus for low payroll???

Oh boy I got in March and out in April this place is hell make sure to bring water, food, camping equipment before you get in because it might take them 1hr to 24 hours to load you up, bad experience in this place

Absolutely bulls*** place. Dont waste your time coming here. Arrived at 12:06 for a 1300 appt and its 20:15 and Im still getting loaded. Took 7hrs to get the dock plate down and give me a red light. Waste of time. The guard shack and office people were nice tho
