Waiting 3 hours still waiting bad place

Woman at the security gate was awful rude to me when I showed up to deliver their Good Year tires from Alabama. Also, tried calling to confirm an appointment and the woman who answered could not transfer me to someone who could help me further.Bottom line is that they have bad customer service.

Easy to get too from I-88, just follow truck routing signs. Guard was knowledgeable.

Bad please I wiated 6 hours only pepper
