The nightshift Gaurds are beyond mean,rude and unprofessional. I WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN! THE OLDER GAURD yelled at every trucker. If you load after 5pm theres a 98% chance you wont be able to get your paperwork to leave until 7-9am in the morning! The only positive thing about this place is a Gentleman named, JIM. He works at night in shipping office in warehouse. Very nice guy. He tried everything he could to get my paperwork so I could leave. I had a 6pm appt. Didnt get out of there till 8am.

Not bad. was in and out of there in an hour. I dont think Id want to go there during the week. Take you forever to get checked in

No 5 stars because I spent more time in check in and check out than unloading.

The broker gave 2211 Fairview. That will lead you to a locked gate. The right address is 2250 Macom. If the guard tells you to go to door 4025. There isnt a 40 anything. Its just plain 25. This place is an informational cluster $%&#.

Mindy Place bunch of times and these guys are all great everybodys always upbeat and friendly and in the guard shack and it is easy to drop your Loudoun in pick up empty trailer and take

Glad everyone else had good experience. Took 2 hours to get in gate and sit on dock door for 6 1/2 hours getting loaded. And I was in time for appointment

3M employees are very nice and courteous. However if youre a truck driver, get ready to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours just to get to the front gate.

There must be something good, just started working there for the 3rd time 💪🏿

So I read the reviews before I went there, for the most part everybody says it was quick and efficient. The guards were awesome, talking to one of the warehouse workers he was pretty cool. Why did it take 2 hours to load me? I mean from where I can see because I stayed in the building iWatch 3 people in hilos playing with a bug on top of a box or a pallet of boxes at the far end. And then I was walking one of the guy who was clock-watching so he can get to his break on time. Got an update from the gentleman that I was talking to and he said Ill be done shortly and that was 25 minutes after I arrived and dock, so I was I would like cool Ill be getting out of here and I can get get on down the road. That did not happen another hour and a half later then I was okay to go.

Slow unloading friendly service

The guard is a very nice person and very helpful in helping me understand what needs to be done in order for me to get my trailer dropped and the next one picked up. A happy happy place.

1h 48min to check in, just to drop an empty trailer. Why? Definitely a big issue that need to be solved, checking in should not be longer than 15min, and thats long.

In and out pretty quick, but numbers on building in back doesnt match dock numbers.

Check in to the security office allowed on all lanes just slide your tandems before walking up. Once door is assigned i was loaded in less than 30mins... You can unhook to sit in your truck or wait inside still hooked up your choice. Gr8 facility overall.

Very slow intake for incoming truck loads. Its ridiculous how long it takes them to check you in. Also remember to slide your trailer tandems all the way back or they wont check you in.

Love going to 3M there always on point and not wasting your time

You may get in and out quickly or it could take quite a while. It all depends on what time you arrive. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon are the least crowded times

Not as bad as they say it is. I had an 11 appointment arrived at 10 a.m. and was out by 11:45 fully loaded. Guards at the guard shack where also friendly maybe it was just me or maybe I was lucky

Horribly unorganized and unfair corporation towards its Employees... Dont make any mistakes or you will get severely reprimanded and most likely fired... Last time I checked, we are all Humans and make mistakes from time to time on even the littlest things. This company needs a HUGE REALITY CHECK!!!I feel so bad for all the innocent people who work there and get wrongly labeled and wrongly accused for the work they do.

I have to wait inline to get inside for one hours and I came here for live load n they took them + 4 hours to load me and I have to wait for dispatcher in the driver area 30 minutes to get answer, they just waist your time, n they dont care about drivers, this place its good for big truck companies to wait in line not for live driver at all
