Fast and easy, came out the next day and the repair was fully covered by the protection plan. He wore a mask and took extra measures for safety. Highly recommend.

I only wish I could give less than a star. Run, do not walk from this company. A technician came to my house to fix my Kitchen Aid stove, it needed a new fuse. While there, he said he noticed that my oven door handle was loose, and he would be glad to fix it. He ended up breaking the glass door, went out to the van, came back and told me the new door was ordered, 397.00, which of course we would not have to pay, and scheduled the installation of this door. This was a lie, there never was a replacement door, not made or in stock anymore. Sears customer service was horrible to deal with, rude, unprofessional, could simply not care less. They led me on and on saying they were still trying to locate a door, which they knew from the initial phone call was not going to be available. Sent me to a horrible claims company, who offered me a pittance to get a new stove, less than 150.00 after the 263.00 that I had spent on the fuse repair. Worse company I have ever dealt with, please be warned, simply the worst!
