I needed a sliding glass door.They were on time.They did a great job.They did not rush the job they did it right.They covered all the furniture in the living room.They cleaned up better than I do.I recommend Acess Doors& Windows Inc.I will use them again when I do my Windows.

We shopped around before buying, Vinyl vs Aluminum, for several bids/quotes. After close to a year of trying to be a Good Educated Consumer. Went back to 1st bid from ACCESS, and had total house switch to Aluminum. They have many top quality Hurricane window & door choices . Terms & prices are great. We had a very positive experience with Access Doors & Windows. We heard of them from a neighbor who was pleased with their value, service level and cleanliness. Owner Jeff was quick to come out and evaluate the job and rapidly provided a detailed quote for a full-home installation of impact windows and doors, as well as garage doors that are up to code. You can expect a considerable wait for the specific windows/doors to be manufactured by PGT (at least in our case, and noting that few if any of our openings are standard sizes). In approximately 3 months, our installation began. We were very lucky to have Andrew leading our crew. He is very talented and respectful of the homeowners and harmoniously leads his very hard working and friendly crew consisting mostly of his right-hand man Trey, as well as Erik and Mario. They encountered some issues with our home that required repairs before certain installations could occur, but Andrew and Trey took it upon themselves to make repairs on the fly when they could. Jeff also provided access to the his Finisher Tom, who is a true craftsman. Tom was able to make a number of additional needed repairs at a very reasonable additional fee to the quoted project. Due to the repairs and complexity of the whole project, it took much longer than anticipated for the installation. Happily, we didnt mind having the Team around as they were clean, pleasant and so hard working...evening working well into the evening (with our permission) when necessary. After they were done, the Service Specialist Erik did a great job of capping off the job and getting us through a very rapid/successful inspection. Yes, this is a long review, but I think it is important to recognize hard working, professional, friendly and honest craftsmen/businesses when you encounter them. We have already passed along their info to friends and hope that we can continue to be a source of ongoing referrals for Access Doors & Windows. I would encourage you to at least put them in the mix when your shopping for impact windows and doors because Im confident you will be happy that you did.

These guys have fixed any issue(s) regarding my garage doors. They are professional, responsive and more reasonably priced than the other larger firms that advertise a lot. Do yourself a favor and call them next time. Peter does a great job with the work and will explain whats going on. I would certainly recommend Access Garage Doors. They are my go to firm for keeping my garage doors operating properly.

Like I always do when I need the services of a contractor, I have quotes done by at least 3 or 4 different companies. I compared apples to apples as i new exactly what windows I wanted, along with a garage door. The price quote that Jeff from Access provided was better than the others. We used Access, and would not hesitate to use them again. No surprises or hidden costs, A good courteous installation crew, and on time completion as stated. What more do you need?
