I had Millennium put new windows and sliding door in the house mid January. The vertical windows are well made and we cannot complain of them. The sliders on the other hand are completely worthless as is and I wish I had my 30 year old original windows back. I cannot lock the windows in the open position to vent and have complained about it. Therefore they are not safe to leave open and that was one of their bragging points during the sale. As of this point I am still waiting for any kind of lock for the windows, and was told if I added anything the warranty is void. The sliding glass door was a disappointment due to its size and the entire door is the size of the glass area of the door it replaced. I now have a door that has a good six inches of plastic frame around it.All the windows were supposed to cut down on noise and boost efficiency, neither of which I have yet to notice. On the good side- the installation crew was very polite and quite fast in their work.I cannot comment on the warranty since I have not had to use it but it seems to be very good lifetime/20 year transferable. Its been two months since installation and still no final inspection scheduled so the windows still have manufacturer stickers.Basically the windows and company were misrepresented from the time of sale just to make the sale.Overall for the price and complaints on the sliders and sliding door I am wishing I left the old windows in. I also find it difficult to recommend the product to others at this time.
