Trish is really professional, skilled and detail oriented. She gave me probably the best nails I have ever got, she really listened to what I wanted. She was very cool to talk to. Prices are affordable and the shop is clean.

First time coming! was reading through reviews before i came, saw some negatives. it worried me a bit, but the service is great. extremely kind people! definitely not my last time coming.

Went in for refill and over charge for something they didnt do for me and did a awful job. Very disappointed with the quality, Ive been in here 2 times and both times they did a awful job. I would give them zero stars if I could.

PLEASE PLASE STAY AWAY this place is completely terrible would NOT RECOMMEND, it was my first time going and the guy did my nails, it seemed to me that he did NOT know what he was doing, when he was putting the acrylic on he was just slapping it on and putting it everywhere, on top of that he put the fake nail on top of my skin, when he started putting the acrylic it wasnt the one i wanted, he was just doing a messy job all around so i told him to just take it off, i then told them ill get my nails done somewhere else and the girl offered to do them instead of the guy so i let her, well that was a MISTAKE also because she left my nails all bumpy, the same lady that did my nails did my feet also and didnt even scrub my feet right, probably scrubed them like for literally 3 seconds,so yes 60$ down the drain BUT NEVER AGAIN.......

Today I was disappointed in the person who did my pedicure feels as if the people or is it me that cannot cut the 2nd toe nails even. Havent had a problem until today. Once they already cut, what can you do?. Nothing because the shape is already messed up and there is no fixing without having to recut and no way am I doing that. I like my toe nails square. I am also disappointed that I didnt get lily today to do my pedicure as when I called 2 days prior to me coming in. I also called day of. I really want lily to do my pedicures. I might just have to go somewhere else.

I am very particular about my nails. I havent been able to find anyone that can get them just right. I had a new set put on by Ethan and they were flawless! I went back in for a refill and Ethan didnt let me down, again, they are flawless. exactly the way I wanted them. thank you Ethan

I went to this place because mine was packed. They were very rude and unprofessional. The guy did my nails and they look HORRIBLE. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know. I rather not have my nails done. DO NOT GO HERE.

Rarely do I review anything, but this place is the best nail place Ive been to in 2 years. I moved to this area about 2 years ago. In that time, Ive tried 5 different nail places multiple times. This is by fair the best and since I found it, I havent been anywhere else. They are clean, professional, and quick. My nails look wonderful and STAY ON. At all the other places my nails would pop off with in 2 weeks. At this place, I never have that issue. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Love, love, love Miss Linda, she is the best at pedicures! The owner is very nice and friendly, she gives great customer service. Everyone is pretty good there with the exception of one man. He is not very good, doesnt seem to want to be there and it shows in his work. Its a shame because those ladies work so hard, and anytime he has done anything for my daughters or myself, it just drags down the quality of the work. Steer clear of him when you go!

Im never dissatisfied. Lily always makes sure all is done right. Ethan makes my nails beautiful and they last w/o lifting, cracking or peeling. Kristy makes my feet look and feel awesome. I highly recommend this business.

The staff here are amazing! They are very sweet and accommodating! I brought a group of special needs women and they were wonderful! They gave each girl a happy and unique experience while quickly completing their nails! Needless to say, we will be coming back here again! 😀

I just took my young sister and niece with me for a girls day, I wanted a nice coral colored coffin my niece wanted light grey also coffin and my younger sister wanted short blue ones, while the man was going my nails I noticed that he did not take his time at all and that the powder was very think and gunky and when he was done it looked YELLOW on my nails and around it looked so grows and on top of that like 3 of my nails were missing half of itself because of how much he filed them down GROWS. Now my niece also wanted Gordon the color looked very good however the nails were straight and not coffin AT ALL! And on top of that my sisters nails looked pretty but the CUT HER WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT! And when I went to pay and charged me extra for my and my nieces nails because they were “coffin” and extra because they were long and after I told them my complaints they acted like I was crazy and I was just seeing thing EVEN THE OWNER ACTED LIKE I WAS CAZY WHEN YOU COULD CLEARLY TELL I WAS GETTING ROBBED!!! Each one of us cost 40! Dollars I wouldn’t even pay 10$ for thisFirst and last visit here

LOVE this place! The prices are a little high and the water for the spa pedicure is always too hot at first, but they do a great job and they are very nice!! If youre looking for a CLEAN nail salon that does a good job AND are nice, then this place is for you! I have been searching for a place since we quit going to our usual in Baytown after our nails starting breaking and they began rushing us. This place, though, is truly wonderful! Im talking about the best pedicures Ive ever had! They literally will massage your legs and feet for 30 minutes! I am in complete heaven every time!!! I even convinced my husband to go with us last time ;) All of the women in my family and a few friends of mine all go here and we all highly recommend them!!

Love going here for pedicure, they rub your feet longer than any other place I have been too, I timed it and it was about 15 min!! Very relaxing, and they offer a drink, table their time and will def keep coming.

I really love the work they do here. However, the only problem I have with this place, is that they switch people too often to get the work done. I understand they can be busy at times, but that just makes it more time consuming. I went yesterday to get a pedicure done. The pedicure wasnt even done right because they kept switching so often and not only that, the lady that was doing my pedicure, kept making long pauses to chit chat with her coworker next to her. Dont get me wrong, the employees here and very nice. I just wish they could stop switching all the time and focus more in the work they do.

Terrible expirence won’t be going back. Gave me someone who completely didn’t know what they were doing,had to switch people towards the end so the mistakes made by the first person could be fixed (I didn’t ask them to switch or mention anything yet at this moment they just switched) clearly they gave me someone still in training to do nails or even doing their first set of nails ever by the looks of it,I was there from 6:10pm-8:20pm,two women came and left in the time I was there next to me (also getting full set acrylics) they fixed them with shellac for free but they still looked bad. I paid full price and after a week they came off so clearly they weren’t even glued on right (my acrylics normally last me a month) when I went up there to complain the lady said I should have came sooner and would see what “they could do for me” I didn’t bother going back to the appointment set to fix them because I’m sure they would’ve just tried to fix the ones that were already broken not re do all which would’ve been pointless or tried to make me pay some part. Waste of time

I have never been so uncomfortable in a place such as this one. If I had to rate this place it get nothing but zeros from me. If you are a male technician and you feel uncomfortable doing another male pedicure, you shouldnt be working in a nail salon where you get a diversity of customers that is a bad discrimination and I will never go again.

I went in today for my eyebrows and they always do a good job until now. The owner was in such a hurry to do my eyebrows and made them way too thin afterI I had told her not to loud and clear

3rd time getting my nails done here!They have great service and my nails last forever! I am pretty rough with my hands because of work, but I havent had any chips or broken nails! ☺️ each time Ive had them done by someone different and each time theyve left my nails looking great!(Overlay and Ive also done shillac)

I always get shellac, and usually I chip it within a couple weeks... Its been over 3 weeks and they are still in excellent shape! Will be back for sure :)

I went one day and a lady had told me to sit in the front chair so I did, then another lady tells me to get up and go to another chair. Soo move and the lady doing my nails was busy walking around and stuff then before putting the powder on she traded with another lady! And the powder was all liquidy and the lady told me I keep on missing spots, if they are not covered you go home like that which i didnt like because i go to get good nails! And on top of that my pointing finger was Croked. Then on the pedicure the lady didnt even scrape my feet, thats the whole point of a pedicure

So Ive been going here for years... since I was 14, I had always loved it here, Lilly is the sweetest women ever, very nice and always has a smile on her face, Anna is very good as well, and so is Ethan.. but a few times in the past when I had gone they had messed up horrible.. this one elder lady who used to work there legit cut half of my toenail off. It was horrible!, the past 3 times Ive gone in here its been a horrible experience.. I dont know if its new people or what, but I hate it. The last time I was in here before my last visit I was getting ready for a banquet and got basic powder nails... not complicated right? Well apparently so.. prior to coming in this salon I had white powered solar nails... if you know anything about them you know that when its time to get them flown, some of them are a bit tricky to get off, so you soak them in asinine or somthing.. tell me why this women gets nail clippers and starts ripping them off price by piece, it was the most painful thing ever.. and not o lay that.. I was getting a brand new set and it was somthing different.. so she didnt take off the old nail.. she just cut off ( or should I say ripped off) the bottom portion of the nail... and put the other powder on top... I told her I wanted steleto shaped nails.. she then told me they werent long enough for that.. WELL MAYBE IF YOU WOULDVE PUT A NEW NAIL ON INSTEAD OF THIS OLD ONE I HAD HAD FOR WEEKS IT WOULD BE LONG ENOUGH. The nails were crooked and uneven.. not happy... now today when I went in, I had the young man with blonde highlights, very small guy, well, lets just say my nails are TOTALLY UN EVEN, THEY DONT MATCH, its horrible, and to top it off he messed up my eyebrows... one of them is shapley, and the other is more rounded... I know its not my eyebrows because Ive never had this problem before. I refuse to come back here... honestly they used to be great. But they got rid of all of the good techs, it sucks. I feel bad for doing this, but it has just gone down hill recently...

Worst mani/pedi ever! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I actually used to be a manicurist for a living so I usually do my own nails. I thought Id go & be pampered today & let someone else do them for me. Huge mistake! First off, I asked the nail techs not to cut or file my nails, as I already did it before I came. Im very particular about the shape of my nails. Ive also experienced ingrown toenails in the past so I dont let anyone cut them. The girl doing my manicure still roughed up my nails with a file as though she was preparing them for Shellac. I know roughing up the surface of the nails isnt necessary for a basic manicure, & it also ruins the healthy layers of your nails. I was so distracted by her doing this that I didnt notice the pedicurist with the nail clippers. Before I even realized it she had clipped my right big toenail. She not only clipped it down to the nub but she also clipped it at an angle, so its now crooked. I was extremely frustrated to say the least at this point. I should have just gotten up & walked out. I was definitely not feeling pampered. The girl doing my nails did the quickest manicure in the history of man. She left nail polish all over my cuticles & used her fingernail to attempt the cleanup. A professional manicurist uses an orange stick for cuticle messes. I couldnt help but notice that she also had cotton on her fingernail, which in turn ended up under the polish on one of my nails. I now have an index finger with a line of cotton underneath it. It is driving me crazy because it doesnt look like a professional paint job. She also didnt get good coverage of the right & left sides of any of my nails. Ill be lucky if this polish job lasts through tomorrow. Now back to the pedicure. The main reason I wanted a pedicure is because I have some rough callused areas on my feet. None of which the nail tech scraped off for me. At this point in my pedicure the nail techs switched places. A new girl began working on my feet. I told her that I had calluses that needed to be worked on. She didnt seem to understand a word I was saying. She took a pumice & scraped very roughly on my heels, which now feel like sandpaper. My heels honestly felt 10 times softer before this pathetic pedicure. Then she proceeded to do an even worse polish job than the girl who did my manicure. She also left the right & left sides of each nail unpolished, as well as, getting polish all over my cuticles. She actually only painted one side of my left pinky toenail. I asked her if they sold the polish color because I was planning on going home & fixing the crappy polish job myself. They didnt sell the color. I shouldnt have paid this place a dime. I ended up going straight to Sallys, buying the polish, & re-painting my nails at home. Neither my hands or feet feel soft like they should after a mani/pedi. Ill never go back here again & Ill tell everyone I know about the terrible experience I had. What a huge waste of money!!!

It was good when i first started going there a couple years ago but now its horrible. Everytime i go in there theres always a bunch of new people who dont know how to do nails and i walk out with sloppy nails. The employees are very unprofessional. Last time i went the lady was making rude comments about my fat fingers and she was joking around with the guy doing nails next to her and she flipped him off. This time i made an appointment for one specific lady who does good nails. She usually only does my moms nails so when i walked in she refused to do my nails because i wasnt my mother. So i got stuck with some new lady. She kept complaining about how long my nails are. She tried to talk me out of the shape i wanted on my nails. She was lazy and didnt do my nails right. she didnt take all the color off my nails before she put the new color so you can see the old color on the bottom of my nails. she did the new color sloppy, there was bubbles in it and she didnt even cover the whole nail. and she got it all over my hands and the underneath of my nail and left it like that. the shape of my nail was sloppy and she was rude the whole time. i went back for her to fix it and all she did was clean my skin and didnt fix the nails. the employees here are super lazy and rude and unprofessional, and most the time your going to get stuck with a new person who cant do nails. my nails arent even that long but all the employees are so lazy that they complain about having to do them and they rush through and do a sloppy job. im finding a new nail salon.
