I found my new nail salon. They listened to everything we wanted. The attention to customer service did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be going back.

I have been going to Marcel Nails for years and it’s my favorite place to get my nails done. They always listen to what I want and give me exactly that. They really focus on customer service and I know many of them there and they know me. The manager, Tom, used to be my nail tech and he formed such a good relationship with me from the beginning. So glad he got promoted to manager!! Very clean salon, and they make you very comfy with pillows and a mimosa (if over 21) or soda!Moon is the best and my fav nail tech. She knows me by now and knows what I like. I 100% recommend this salon & even still go here even though I moved a bit farther away!

I had gotten the pleasure of Meeting Jason. Amazing Conversationist, very nice, funny, and I would definitely be going back to see him. I usually have a hard time starting and holding a conversation to be friendly but Mr. Jason made me feel comfortable and relaxed.My nails came out beautiful as well. Thank you Jason!

Second time here and it is definitely my new nail place. Had Dip on my nails and pedicures both times. Everyone is super nice and you can tell they all enjoy working together! Moon and Jason have done great jobs on my nails. Rosie gave a wonderful massage during pedicure.

My girlfriend went there the other day, and started with an hour wait or more. Her toenails arent filed, and the nails she got are placed crooked.Updated: changed to 1 star because her toenail is now ingrown and infected.

All of the staff are so friendly and any place willing to put up with myself and my 3 girlfriends, and our crazy antics and silly jokes... is a huge winner in our book! The manager, Tom, asked me and my friend to write a review 11/26/19 while I was paying, so I thought Id write one. Ive had some good experiences here, and some average. But Ive always continued to end up back here after trying different places.My most recent experience here was bad enough for me to write this review.My friend and I got off work a little early and decided to head straight to the nail salon before it got packed. We got there a few minutes after 5PM. We both sat down and got started at the same time. My nails are very sensitive so as usual, my friend was way ahead of me and was going to be finished before me. Suddenly, a lady walked in and said she had a 6PM appointment with the lady doing my nails (i know her name but prefer not to mention it, because she’s done my nails previously and did a fantastic job)The lady doing my nails suddenly started rushing through my manicure and dipped my nails very quickly into the dip powder, then put the top coat on and I was suddenly finished before my friend.My friend said she didnt think she got the color she asked for, so she went back to the pallet to make sure, and turns out she got the wrong color because they have the bottle labeled with the wrong number! She was very unhappy but after sitting there for almost an hour, didnt want to sit any longer to wait for it to be redone, so she didnt complain. But she wanted to bring it to the attention of the manager, that the color was labeled wrong. Instead of apologizing or saying he would correct the number, he told her she should choose from a different pallet instead (definitely not the response we were looking for). We both paid and left a $10 tip each. It wasnt until i got home and looked at my nails and noticed how lumpy they were. I hadnt gotten dip powder in a while, so I completely forgot that they usually need to be reshaped after being dipped. Majority of all my nails are very lumpy, my coworkers have noticed and its really ugly, I really wish I wouldn’t have tipped because of the way my nails were left unfinished.. My friend and I are both very disappointed with this experience here (though we were treated very nicely) we’re not sure if we will return. (yes, I’m currently typing this with my lumpy nails)

Excellent service... They truly strive to make you a RETURNING customer. It is clearly shown by these folks that your business is important and appreciated. Tom was fantastic and Sam was incredible. Will definitely be scheduling more manis and pedis here!!! So very pleased.

So first of all Ive tried many places in deer park! I like to try new places but this place was not up to my standards especially for the price.The negatives I was cut TWICE by two different people! And my gosh the most expensive place around and im still wondering why 🤔They were really busy and understaffed and im not sure if thats when Tom started rushing and getting careless. He talked me into Gel instead of Shellac well at the end he didnt even lotion my hands or have me wash my hands after so then my hands looked dirty and dry 😬Then after my manicure was done he had me sit right next to where I was sitting for it to dry and they didnt even wipe down or sanitize where I was and brought a child and mom to that exact same spot without any cleaning other than putting a new towel down 😬😬😟😟The pedicure was nice although I got cut AGAIN!

I used to really love this place until they started pushing the dip powder. I mentioned twice that I wasnt a fan because they crack easily. They have said a handful of times that this time we will make it stronger. Love the service just hate the powder dip nails.Update: I went back in to have them fixed... they offered a discount for Nails they didnt do properly and I had to replace... after the discount the set was $52! I will not be back

Wonderful service! You pay a tad more than other full service salons, but you get what you pay for. The girls are fantastic! My girl who does my nails(not giving her name...dont wont her stolen from me! Haha)is top notch. They all are. The pedicures are to die for. Why are you still reading this! Go! Go get pretty!!!! (In the pic my nails are a few weeks old... thats how good they are. My hands are in water constantly. Nails stay on and color never fades!)

I tried this place for the first time and loved Rosie and her sister Mary. There’s not too many nail salons out there where you can actual have a good conversation with them and they were really nice. Tom was cool too, made sure we were happy! Have another appointment Monday to go again! 🤗

Today was my second time going. They have amazing customer service, the manager attends everyone that walks in. They also do a good job with nails! I totally recommend for people to come here

Wait time was 20 mins longer than we were told. Sat for pedicures with feet in cold water for 30 mins with no attention. Toe nails were cut very poorly. Salt scrub and lotion were applied for less than 2 mins and only on feet, not massaged on to calves. Polish was ruined when sandals put back on by pedicurists. Polish not corrected.

I love this place!! I came in one day to have them take off my acrylic nails, that turned into a full blown mani pedi visit and I loved it! Everyone there is nice, the service is great, and they also have drinks to enjoy while you relax! I’m glad I went in, I’ve been coming back ever since. :)

This is my second time going there and Tom (the manager) always make you feel welcome. The staff is AMAZING AND FRIENDLY!!!!!! You can show them a picture and the are going to do it like the picture but they are going to add their twist to it.... OMG your nails are going to look amazing even better than the picture.

It was nice till they said 50 dollars. This is just for a refill and shlack but white plain. Im good sticking with the one I go to it just 35 a refill. It was good and didnt take that long could lower the price a little so I can tip.

Tom takes care of all his costumes that come it. He always makes you happy with what you get he makes sure you leave with a smile on your face

Great service, Moon was AWESOME!! Great atmosphere! I got my nails done, had to have my other nails pulled off from another place I had been to. After she was done with my nails a little hand/arm massage 😁, it was great! If you like they also have a small complimentary bar area while you get pampered, from water to cocktails.

First time to try out this nail salon. Super friendly! I am going on a cruise next week so I was looking to get a pedicure with a beachy scene. After going by 4 other salons in the area being told they couldnt do it or wanting way too much I stopped here. I was very happy with the pricing and service. I will be back today to get my nails done! Oh, I got there at 7pm, even though they close at 7:30pm they took me and didnt rush me. They were super nice, this is my new go to nail salon! Been coming here while I’m home from school for years now and I love it! I always have friendly and fast service. Their point system is great. They often send promotions and each time you visit you accumulate more points. Bring cash and you’ll receive double points! Overall great service.

Jill did my nails exactly how I wanted except she made one change to make it her own and I loved it! The cut is good...coffin and stiletto. The manager welcomed me right away, he was super nice. Great nail salon. I will definitely be back.

Wow! What a beautiful setting to relax and get he latest trends in nails! Ms. Vivian and Ms. Lynn pampered me and made my nails look gorgeous and even made me a special on my ring finger and big toes. It looked so neat. I can’t wait to come back for more.

Marcel’s is the only place I’ll go to get my nails done. This place is constant with great experiences. Tom (who recently just became the manager here) is top of the line. Even if he doesn’t personally do your nails, he’ll make sure your experience is always pleasant. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking!
