Lack of communication, people at the office not helpful.

Very thankful for this company. My husband was without work for 5 months and because of them he is working our bills are paid up and things are back to normal. God is sooo good. Thank you Onpoint!

Went threw all the training and back ground check and etc.... Before getting hired spoke with the recruitment during interview and explained right away about my background they said oh well check the score called back 3wks later and finished hire in paperwork and 2wks later job was to start and i called back to check on the status with a recruiter because she was texting me back n forth about what was next and then another 1wk go by i leave text message and voicemails NEVER GOT ONE CALL BACK VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO INGORE ALL CALLS AND TEXTS I MISSED OUT ON OTHER JOBS WAITING FOR MY RECRUITER TO TOUCH BASE WITH ME EVEN IF THE ANSWER WAS NO BECAUSE OF YOUR BACKGROUND THEY WONT HAVE THE PROFESSIONALISM TO DO SO.. SO IF YOU APPLY AND HAVE ANYTHING ON YOUR BACKGROUND THEY WILL NOT HIRE YOU DONT TRUST WHAT EVEYONE SAY!
