No one will help me with getting a different rental. The car has a bad odor, 3000 miles past an oil change and my son pointed out a gash in the tire. The employee said they had to pick up car from Bridgestone tire because they didn’t have anything else available. I have to drive with my kid. No safe with the gash in tire. I have to have this rental for 2 more weeks while my car is in shop.

I didnt call and received a car and they was very nice and good to let me have a car.

Not so good. I received no satisfaction for the bedbug bites that was in a car I rented from them. I now have an infestation. My condition is being ignored by upper up as theyre calling themselves

One of the worst Location, Employee was so rude. I had reservation but still they did not give me a car and asked me to leave stating that cars were not available even though there were cars available right in front of me. Then within 5 minutes they closed the office and left to their homes. I was standing in front of office without cars and was also not able to get uber for 45 mins. I stood in that heat wave for 45 mins just imagine, leaving customers and enjoying their weekend. Really worst employees.

The pick up and drop off process was quick and easy. Filled the reservation previously online so that helped a bunch and explained everything I’d need when arriving. In person everything was reviewed by the friendly and easy to talk to staff. The vehicle I originally requested wasn’t available but the similar style worked perfectly as well.

Unreliable, and very unhelpful, still waiting on my call back after giving my reserved car away with no alert or any indication that I was wasting my time.

The car that I first received was not in good condition. The windshield had tape (which I was told to leave on the car), because they had just fixed it. Also the high beams did not work, it was hard driving in Massachusetts dark roads with the low beams. The drivers side window stopped working, and I had to drive 20 miles in 37 degree weather with the window down. I had to go to Logan Airport to change the car, that took about 2 hours from my time. I had to skip my drive to Vermont because of the time spent trying to change the car. Not a fun experience on a vacation.

Never rented from this enterprise location before but my usual location was closed during pandemic. Typical excellent Enterprise experience. Prompt courteous service and a nice car at a nice rate. Made a difficult time a little easier.

Great Staff. From getting us into a vehicle to assisting us with a mishap that we encountered during the rental, Tom & his staff have been super. Very friendly, helpful and professional.It was difficult for me to navigate my way to make this review; but it was important to me that I do so because it is rare to get even mediocre service these days let alone terrific service.I regret that I do not recall the names of the staff (other than Tom) that helped me.Thank you Enterprise Dedham !

Car was fine. Customer service people were excellent and did additional cleaning of the car when I noticed some debris near the rear window.The car operated as expected. Had never driven a Nissan Kick and it was a pleasant surprise.

I reserved a cargo van for two days in a row - they did not have it reserved for the first day but told me I still had the reservation for the second day. When I went to pick it up they told me I went to the wrong location (even thought the reservation told me to go where I was) and that even if I did go to the correct location they wouldnt have my car. It was moving weekend in Boston - all the more reason to have your act together Enterprise.

The manager Tom at this property is awesome. He was so helpful and made sure I was taken care of after the major mishap at the Dorchester property with reserving a 16 passenger. I reserved a 16 passenger at the Dorchester office and was treated with so much disrespect it was so uncalled for but I was sent to the Dedham office by corporate and Tom made sure we were able to have a great day. We were headed to my great nephew’s 1st birthday and we were taking all the kids from the family to the berkshires. We are so thankful for Tom and we now have an awesome relationship with him. Even when we were met with no type of customer service upon returning the vehicle at the Dorchester office, which we were instructed to do, he even handled that situation and just treated us with the utmost respect and customer service. We thank you and our family thanks you!!! RENT WITH TOM!

I had a great experience at the enterprise in dedham. I rented a car this past weekend, a Chevy Malibu. I arrived to the location a little later than anticipated, but the associate who helped me was nice and got me checked out quickly. The manager in training reached out to me via text the next day to help with any questions or issues i may run into. I returned the car on Sunday and received my deposit back within a few days. Would definitely rent from this place again!

Great service. The staff here were friendly and very helpful. the vehicles are in good condition and they are kept clean. They offer a lot of services that most rental places dont. Everything is arranged to make it easier for you to get a car and get on the road fast.

I rented a car for my weekend trip to New York. Had to return it after an hour because there was damage to the undercarriage. Nick Rogers tried to tell me it was fine to drive. Are you serious? A 4hour drive that includes hitting highway speeds of 70mph and above. Then I would’ve returned only to have them blame me for the damage or worse. Ended up trading it out for another car but I really dislike using this location. Yet for some reason they have the cheapest rates in the area.

SCAM ARTISTS - Had the truck for 48 hrs. The guy who worked there found these slight barely noticable dents on the roof when I dropped it off. Easily couldve been missed during the inspection in the rain. Do not rent from them, you will most likely get ripped off.

Had the car from Friday a.m. to Monday a.m. Ordered the special priced deal car. When I got there, the car we were to use, had a light on, so they upgraded our car for no extra charge! Very professional and pleasant young men in the Enterprise office, no problems whatsoever either picking up or on bringing back. On top of that, they gave me a ride home! I would definitely use them again.

Its always a pleasant experience at this facility. Xavieria Tropeano was most helpful. I called for a pick up and she was there on time. I was late. She found a car that would suit my needs as I was traveling to New York with 5 people and a Mitsubishi Mirage was just not going to cut it. She told me up front of ALL charges so there were no surprises. I was in and out in no time at all. A great experience in renting a car. She is very knowledgeable of the cars they have and what features come with the car. Also very pleasant to speak with. A plus in this line of business. She is definitely an asset to this company. Will rent again from this location.

They are horrible company say they will upgrade at no charge, then charge you. Will charge you for more days then you had the rental car. Had car for 39 days and they are charging me for 43 days!

Enterprise is a family run business and they care about you and yours! They have weekend rates to fit your budget from the months of September thru May! Not to mention good looking service workers (men & women), the customer service with Enterprise is admirable. They are professional, patient, and thorough with the work they do. The worst location ever . I live in Dedham so this location is quarter of mile Away from my house and never had good luck with them, bad employees with attitude, not willing to help and they quote you something and charge something else .I always rent from enterprise in west roxbury and had great experience with them . In west roxbury the staff are professional and willing to go above and beyond to get customer satisfaction.

Great rental location! Leornard the manager is AMAZING, (hes the really tall guy) he goes above and beyond and always with a smile!!! Never had an issue at this spot, they return the deposit right away, cars are very low priced, lowest around and nice clean cars. They have a box you can return the keys if its closed which makes it convienient. This is my go to rental spot. Thanks Leonard!

Total was supposed to be$ 550 plus $250 security deposit. We got charged $775 after the deposit has been taken out bringing the total over $1,100 and never received the deposit back. Before that they couldnt find the vehicle, so they tried giving us another.. Couldnt find it. So they gave us a Nissan rogue that wasnt cleaned and we were told we would have to wait for the other cars ahead of it to he cleaned. We were given a slip to go get it cleaned but the place only washed the outside. Meanwhile the inside was disgustingUpdate: we contacted corporate and were promised a phone call with further information. Over a week later no phone call or update. The bill was over double what was promise. I have made another attempt at contacting, if this isnt worked out we will never use enterprise again

The manager is pretty careless and does not understand the real value of good customer service. He does not return calls and would keep you on hold for and unprofessional amount of time. He tries to act nice in front of his employees who are all male, but he seems to display misogynistic characteristics.

The manager Leonard is so unprofessional it is ridiculous. He states he will call you back, which he doesnt and speaks to you like HE IS DOING YOU A FAVOR, mind you the last time I checked my credit card it hard my name on it not his. If you call him about a pick-up you are better off calling UBER, because he will not come or call you and let you know he not comingI would suggest you go to another site if you want to be treated with respect.

I requested a pick up to get to the rental and they came within 20 min. The process was quick and easy but expensive.

Vanderlay was extremely helpful, he had me in and out in under 10 minutes and explained everything perfectly. The car was out of this world.

This was my second time using this particular enterprise location. The first time someone had hit me from behind so it was paid for through my insurance. And my experience wasnt too great as soon as I drove off with the car sensor lights went off on the dashboard . .. ex: tire pressure.This time I had to get a rental due to my breaks going bad in my vehicle. I went there on a Thursday morning with my 3 kids, we all had to get to work and school that morning. The man assisting me WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! As he was suppose to be assisting me in getting my rental hes answering every single phone call that came through the lines.... not only did he answer them but he was also attempting to fully assist them as if I wasnt even standing there waiting... I understand being under staffed but i think its very unprofessional . He could have put them on hold or something.Not only did he answer every phone call. Every person that walked thru the door he was trying to help them instead of complete my transaction first.To top that off.... the rental car finally arrives and its given to me completely on E... EMPTY NO GAS.... And he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to put gas in the car.So not only did I spend time the night before filling out all the extra information to have a much more speedy transaction once I got into the office.... I had to wait 30+mins to get the car and they give it to me with no gas. So I had to get gas...bring my kids to school and rush to work.It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. And to make matters worse... They charged me for an extra day that I didnt even have the car. And I had to call them to correct it and give me back my money.

Service was excellent. Rental process was easy and quick.

This is the third time I have rented a car from them and it had filthy windows. You dont really notice it until you go out to drive at night.
