I cannot say enough good things about the Barber Eli. Eli has been cutting my sons hair since he was at a different shop in Lithonia. And when I found out he moved here to Candler, I just had to follow him. Eli has boys of his own so hes extremely patient and gentle with my 3 year old. When my son first started getting cuts at 2, he was very cranky and squeamish and no barber could calm him when he would go to get cut. Until I met Eli. My son now doesnt fuss or cry when Eli cuts him because hes so down-to-earth and patient with my son and cuts his hair so gently. If you have a small child whose nervous at the barber, Eli is the way to go. Hes friendly and kind and we will continue to see him for many years

The worst barbershop I have ever went to. My haircut for took exactly 7 minutes, with a barber who seems to be angry. If you are having a bad day, why take it out on customers?

I really enjoyed being at this establishment. The art is nice & The energy was positive. I took my son here for the first time today. Jay did his cut & he was great. My son is tender headed & Jay was patient with him & took his time with cutting his hair. I really appreciate that.Thank you I will be returning.

Great Barbershop!!! I’ve been in Decatur for 2years now. This is the 3rd barbershop I’ve been in, by far the best. I left the first 2 because of sloppy service and bad manners. I’m a single mom so I have to show my boys examples of positive, well mannered and respectful men. I get all that and great hair cuts for my sons at SlightEdge Barbershop. They were quickly impressed by the colorful murals on the walls, and loved talking and laughing with their barber. Although it was 90+ degrees outside the shop was cool and calm, with light jazz playing in the background a vending machine so I could garb a snack while I waited and magazines I could look at. I would have waited for hours on the comfy couch that’s provided for the customer, but the services only took a little over an hour. That was perfect for my busy schedule. I usually go to the first barber in the first chair, but we were serviced by Tatum, who sits all the way in the back of the shop “I think he’s the owner”. This guy is amazing at his craft, my kids says he’s “super funny” and he’s always on time for our appointments. This the only barbershop I’m spending my money at, even if I move outside of Decatur. SlightEdge Barbershop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You have to go see my barber Tatum. He always gives me a super straight, crisp line up (without the black spray) and great consistent fades . All of the barbers have a great skill set without talking you to death. Fun atmosphere with amazing hand painted murals on the wall. Its the only place I bring my sons for their cuts as well. Highly trusted and recommended.
