I had my 75K mile service done yesterday at Volmaz, and I had a wonderful experience. I worked with Joe and he was very professional and explained everything to me well and my car was finished in a few hours. I highly recommend Volmaz.

Everything went great. I dropped my car off on the morning, got a call when the diagnosis was completed and was told what work was recommended and how much it would cost. I okayed it; it was about what I had anticipated. Then got another call when my car was ready to pick up. It was all in the same day.

My first visit to Volmaz based on good reviews, and they did not disappoint! Correctly diagnosed the issue, resolved it sooner than expected (same day!), and had the friendliest front office to boot. I’ll be a return customer for sure.

I really appreciate the work they do. And given that my car has a lot of miles on it, they inform me of potential issues so that I dont spend more money than I want to on it. The repairs have always been rock solid. My car drives great because of them.

Ive been thinking about moving to another part of town, but one big hesitation has to do with my now being within walking distance of Vol-Maz. I called around to not only find the best price but someone who could fit me in on short notice. Previously had Carmax look at my vehicle and they didn’t see anything wrong. Volmax was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle same day. I was there about 2 hrs start to finish. Their prices were very competitive and Kim at the front desk was amazing

What a delightful experience! i took my 2007 Volvo S40 in for a check engine light, whirring sound, and what I thought was CV joints and an exhaust problem. I bought my car used this year (one owner, great engine and transmission) and have been progressively replacing the suspension. They easily diagnosed the problem--none of what I thought. They went through the car, told me what I needed to do, what could wait. They fixed the car on that same day though I gave them more time. I will absolutely go back to continue restoring my car which I love. i highly recommend these mechanics!!!!

I have patronized this business through three successive vehicles and two long term relationships, lol. I keep expecting that they will sell or be passed down to a surly, lazy child and the quality child will inevitably decline, but they continue to suprise me with their consistent tendency to beat their predicted return on service time, lack of upcharges or attempts to add this or that recommended expensive arbitrary buffing up. Every time they strike the right balance of demonstrating a respectful gratitude for my business without any superfluous time wasting. I started there with a Volkswagon, then my Mazda, and lastly my BMW 3 series after the warranty was over and BMW wanted another mortgage payment. I really could not recommend these folks higher. When I initially came to this establishment everything was great. I recently went in for what was going on with all of my lights telling me it was a electrical malfunction. The guy Joe that is one of the owners started to me that it was the instrument cluster. And I was charged a little over 2k for that service. When picking the car up I notice the same thing happening. Joe started to me then that they cleaned out of the dust and it should be fine after I drive it a little. In doing so the same thing was happening when I took it back to him he stated that they would input the new part in it in which I come to find out later that it was not the instrument cluster at all but it was the electrical of what I started to him before. I not in the business of giving money away and certainly not with someone who lied and said that if I didn’t order that part that day because it was only two available and that he could have it in the next day got out to be fixed and still not fix the problem was a bit much for me.As a female he took advantaged off the situation knowing that he did not complete the job I paid him for. I’m very disappointed in what took place but it was a valuable lesson for me to research and shop around before I put my trust in someone who I thought had the integrity to do what’s right. PS and if you notice I wasn’t complaining about the price of it was that not to charge me for something that was not fixed and lie about a part that was so easily accessible was what I don’t understand. I will never take my car to them again.

I was quite impressed with this service center. I took my BMW X6 their to see why my comfort access worked on the back doors but not on the front. The gentleman explained to me that they were extremely busy and not sure if they could work me in but he would try and he DID. Then after waiting about 45 min he pulled my car back around with the codes written down and explained they could not figure out what the exact issue was and I would have to take it to the dealer. He did not charge me a diagnosis fee. The place had a very friendly staff among each other and just seemed to be a nice honest place to do business.

Per usual, very friendly, quick, and excellent customer service. I drove in needing a new battery since mine was deader than a door nail and had to be jump started. The battery was tested, its status confirmed, and a new one installed within a very reasonable amount of time and for a competitive price. My confidence in Volmazs professional ethic was reconfirmed.

They really care about their customers and strive to give the best service. I brought my new used vehicle to check the tranmission because I thought there maybe a problem. They did a very through diagnostic of both the engine and the tranmission and could find nothing. They also drove the car both with me and alone and said the car was driving normally. They gave me real honest advice as to my option should a problem arise in the future. I am so happy with their customer service expertise you rarely find that today. I very much recommend them!!!

Excellent customer service. Mrs. Lee Lee at the front counter is amazing I love her personality. Mr. Joe makes sure Im taking care of. Ive been a coustomer for around 4 years. I owen a 1998 and 1999 Volvo V70 T5. they keep them in tip top shape.

They told me my brake problem was related to a nationwide recall and referred me to the dealer where I could get it fixed for free. And Volmaz didnt even charge me for their time spent on the evaluation. Hows that for honesty? These guys are terrific!

I really appreciate these guys. I in took my 20 year old 960 Wagon with a shot transmission and they worked with me finding a replacement solution that did NOT cost more than the value of the whole car. It was extra work for them and I appreciated it. It turned me into a happy repeat customer.

The owner was very nice and showed me how to install the part. The part was also 25% cheaper than the dealer in town.Great People!

These people are garbage. I went in to have my steering checked out and they tried to charge me $1100 to put struts on my car. They told me my steering was OK. Completely false! The dealer told me my Struts where fine but I did need a new rack pinion to correct my steering. I would give them minus 11 stars if I could. Criminals dont deserve 1 star.

Ive taken both of my 240 s to them. They did a great job on my sisters Mazda protege. They are nice people. They have free WiFi. Clean office and space in the parking lot. Nice to see somebody run an auto shop like a real business and not like some dirty hole in the ground.

My first experience with VolMaz was excellent. I had to have a clutch replaced, and I feel another repair shop was trying to take advantage of the fact that my car was disabled on their lot, and I was in a rush to get it repaired. I had it towed to VolMaz and they did the repair for less than half the price, and within the time I needed it. Their work was excellent and I have had no problems since getting the car back. Everyone there is super friendly, and I feel they are very honest about their work. Thank you VolMaz!!!

Prices are very fair and more reasonable than at a dealership that used to service my car. Customer service is excellent. They provided a ride home and back while my car was worked on, so I was able to get some work done in the meantime! Ive even been offered cake when it was someones birthday, and it was delicious. Ive also availed of the complimentary wi-fi provided in their comfortable waiting room. Ive honestly no complaints, only compliments for this shop and its staff.
