Brad and his team were great. Brad answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and my what ifs. Got my car back the same day when I was expecting it to be the next day. Had my car towed from Huntsville to their shop. Every other place I called said it would be days or weeks before they would get to my car. They fixed my car within 3 days and got me going. They diagnosed my vehicle, fixed it, they didnt try to upsell me anything or get me buy anything that was not discussed. I highly recommend them.

Had my oil changed here a week ago while traveling in the area for work. They didn’t tighten the plug all the way and my car has been leaking oil. Just brought it in to get fixed and over half the oil had leaked out in 8 days. Waste of $75 since I’m hours away and can’t bring it back in for them to evaluate and fix.

This place never disappoints! The staff is awesome. The Service Advisor, Brad and the store Manager, Jonathan take care of me and my wife every time we go there. I can drop my truck off here with worrying about false repairs or selling me extra things. I do not worry about personal items in my truck being tampered with and repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. They even got the broke bolt out of my lawnmower for me! Great location with great people. I would highly recommend them.

I went into this location in Decatur because I bought my tires there. I needed to do a road hazard exchange because I got a screw in one of my tires. The exchange went fine everything was done professionally the way it was supposed to go. Also had them rotating balance the other tires. They brought my vehicle back up to the front and said youre good to go . They had just got through rotating and balancing my tires and I noticed that the right rear tire is low. So I had to recheck all the air pressure in my tires. Not one tire my vehicle had the proper air pressure in it according to the owners manual and the driver side rear tire only had 25 lb in it and they are just going to send me on down the road.

I had a decent experience at this location. They were very fast to greet me and the wait wasn’t long at all. They performed an oil change and the technician showed me my air filter needed to be changed and we went ahead and did that.All was great besides one thing.The technician finished his inspection of my vehicle and told me that my tires were near the end of their life and that rotating them wouldn’t help and that it was potentially dangerous for me to keep these on. He made sure to include that this was a service that they did and he could easily get me some new tires at a great price. That would be great and all but my tires were purchased brand new in August and no where near the end of their life. I have worked as a service advisor and do know a few things about my vehicle. I inspected my tires fully after my service and feel as if this technician may be the type to assume a female won’t know much about tires and their condition. So just be aware of that kind of situation at this location.Besides that I would recommend them for any service you plan on going in for. Just don’t be persuaded to do beyond what you actually need.

Great service the guy Nicholas was awesome im here because I had to evacuate for hurricane Ida and he was from New Orleans so he understood what me and my family are going thru and it meant alot I will be back to decatur just because he was so friendly and understood my pain and struggle some people here werent as understanding

This is the first time I used Express Oil since I just moved to Decatur a couple months ago. I was very pleased with the serivce i got. In particular, Brad went beyond the normal call of duty. Would highly recommend.

Meh, they get the job done. One time I went to get my fluids changed. I dont know what they put in but the smell of mold came from the vents for months. Also, when I take my car, I always end up paying around $75. If my fiance takes it, he pays $45 for the same thing. Hmm. Not shocking but still needs to be mentioned.

Keep you in the loop and they have good prices for big repairs.

Terrific service! We stopped in because we were test driving a car and they took a look at it with no charge, just as a courtesy. We decided to buy our tires from them - they gave us a great deal but there was no pressure to buy from them. Jeff really helped us and was very nice and professional.

I took my car here the other day because another mechanic told me I needed it will change well when I got to express oil change they were honest they showed me my old and told me the old was brand new it did not need changed and they also diagnosed my car with a cracked radiator and a leak and showed me where at in the motor so I did not feel like I was getting scammed buy some dealership that was trying to scam me what is sad is Im not going to throw any names out there but the dealership I bought it from is the ones that told me I needed a oil change but said nothing about a cracked radiator or a oil leak they are very honest at expresso and I give them a 10 star rating

Johnathan Ward, Jeff Forsythe, Scott Hope, Bradley Sanford are all excellent engineers here at express oil Decatur AL on the Beltline. Outside of Morgan county I have been to other Express oil as referral with friends and they don’t seem to have that “Extra Mile” serviceability that the one on the Beltline provides. From parts, labor, service and pricing this express oil seems to have the best when it comes to the complete package. My family, my parents, and my friends that go to Beltline Express oil periodically let me know how well the guys are here through casual conversation.Keep up the great work here guys and thanks for all you do!

The manager Scott is a stand up guy as well! He will tell you like it is and not beat around the bush. That is very hard to find in a maintenance shop. I have had several oil changes here, tires rotated, they always do a great job. I usually get a guy named Brad that works on my car, he as well as the other guys are always super nice and funny. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

They lost all the files so they have no way of knowing anything about your car. They must not pay well because the guy that helped me asked if my truck was 2 or 4 wheel drive and several other weird things but maybe because they lost all the files. It was still quick so still worth it.

When I tell you that I am so THANKFUL that I found this place.. that would be an understatement. Jeff and Johnathan were so friendly and patient with me, I cant say enough about them. Prices are reasonable, they didnt try to sell me on a bunch of stuff that I didnt need and as a single mom, that is an amazing relief! I will go to them for any and everything I need related to this vehicle from now on!

The service technician was completely competent and if any of my family were in need I would not hesitate to send them if I were not available. You can be proud and assured your on to the secrets of return business. Good service for a fair price. when you can impress a guy like me who things he know all there is to know about cars, youve done something.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Horrible customer service. Very rude manager who yelled at me over the phone and said if I wanted to argue he was “done” with me. Over $1000 for repairs and my car is still not able to be driven. Not to mention countless oil changes and new tires/brakes in the last year. I have been a loyal customer to them. No apologies or solutions to try to help me. I am in contact with corporate and will be leaving a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please whatever you do, do not take your car here for repairs.

The only thing to watch out for is them up selling you on something not needed for example they wanted to replace me air filter when it was basically brand new overall I will return to this location for more oil changes

Coming home from Florida to Michigan and had a major setback, on a Saturday afternoon. They got us right in, diagnosed the issue, told us how to get home safely, and didn’t charge us for the diagnostic test. Very impressed with their service!!

Drove in with a rear tire leaking air quickly. They repaired the leak with a plug. They did not charge me due to the fact that the tires were purchased from them. In and out in about 30 minutes.
