Didnt want to repair domestic vehicle (Ford) started out saying very busy for next three weeks, I said, Ill wait, he admitted he just didnt want to repair, Fuel injection reset/timing on idle speed.

Neighbor bragg on them, I took hom to pick up his car.

Got the part I needed, and fixed my Subaru the next day. What I was quoted was what I paid, and the staff was pleasant and very helpful to answer all my questions. Being from another state and on vacation, they were great. Made our stay in Alabama a much better one! Thank you.

I found the Pro-tech team to be thorough, honest and very knowledgeable. They listened to my complaints about what was going on and was able to figure out the problem. I recommend this company and from now on my car will always go to them.

I brought my vehicle up there to have the engine cooling system looked at. They kept it for over a month, without any updates in the beginning unless we called to find out information, until we specifically requested to have regular calls about what was going on. When we finally were able to pick up the vehicle it had not been refilled after being bled of coolant, causing it to overheat on the way home, which is not something I would expect from a professional establishment.

The business was opened after the posted opening time. The person who worked with us had an unfriendly personality.
