The battery in my car waited until the first rainy day for a couple of weeks to go to its final resting place. I took it to Expert Transmission. They checked it and replaced it faster than I could sign the paperwork and pay for it. Everyone were friendly and helpful.

I have been doing my own automotive work for 25 years and trust all my transmission work to Expert Transmission. High quality and honest. They have done 2 for me so far, with no issues at all.

This place has been my go to mechanic shop for about 3 years. They never let me down, as a mail carrier it’s inportant to have my car serviced in a quick manner. Had an issue with my transmission and took it here to see the issue. Right away they knew what kind of issue there was with the vehicle and helped me assess the situation of what I could do. Overall mechanics there are well experienced and they do a good job.

Customer Service!!! I am from out of town and called the Decatur shop at 3:00 on Good Friday with some issues on my 17 year old truck. Shawn answered and asked that I bring it in right away for him to do a ride along. He ran a diagnostic check, drove my truck, and sent me away with his recommendation. Unbelievable customer service! The guy that runs this place is like family (Shawn.)he got us right in and we were back on the road....thank you for always keeping us safe. Tie rods were bad as were the front brakes. He even set us up to get our front end allined in hogland Indiana.

They swapped my motor out they did a great job on it they had a problem with it prolly the whole way thru it had a bad timing chain etc. So they let me kno as soon as they found out fixed it and didnt charge me they had another problem with the exhaust but they have spoken to me about it so this is why I am revising my review cause they have spoken to me about it and talked about a game plan and that is why I will continue to take my vehicle to Sam at expert.
