Jerry at Bramlett Kia in Decatur AL was awesome. We pulled up and he greeted us at the truck we were looking at, we took it for a test drive, and decided we wanted to buy the truck. We had a trade in and they gave us a fair rate for our trade and we bought the truck at market value. We were pleased with the friendly nature of the dealership and the laid back atmosphere. If you are there at the right time, you may get free ice cream like we did! :) Great experience and we will be reaching out to them in the future.

I came in on a Monday morning looking for the first oil change on my sorento.I was told that there was someone ahead of me and that it might be an hour and a half wait.40 minutes later I was out the door. The service rep and mechanic pointed out some mice damage to the cosmetic engine cover and rotated my tires.Incidentally, I live and bought this vehicle 9 hours north of this dealership. The service I received was professional, courteous and prompt.

My husband took my 2917 Cadenza to the service Department today (May 21). My check engine light had come on but I also had a recall letter from Kia stating that there was an issue with a fuse box in the engine compartment and it could cause a vehicle fire.The man who waited on him said it would be October before they could get it in. When my husband said “what if the car catches on fire” the mans response was oh well. OH WELL 😡 are you kidding me. I’ll NEVER DEAL WITH BRAMLETT AGAIN!!!!!!!

Jerry Formella was my contact and he had been astounding right from the day I called. He kept me informed about the status of a car I wanted. He went above and beyond in all aspects, he is not a sales man but my friend for life. He had been to the lot during the middle of the night to check on the truck deliveries, to give me heads up to be on time the next day. Many people wait for 6-8 months to get a telluride and I was able to get one in about a month, because of the efforts and exemplary service of Jerry Formella. Worst service department I have ever experienced. Motor went bad in my car because of recall, from the get go they didn’t want to deal with it. Called me several weeks after trying to sell me parts and service, which I refused. Not once mentioning my car was ready. I finally called to check progress, was told they couldn’t find the ticket. Called me back said it was done, went to pick it up and it had been ready for 2weeks. I was told they tried to call me several times, sorry no you didn’t sir, I pulled phone records, you only called once to try and sell me something. I will never use their service department again.

Was shopping for a Telluride. Derek didnt allow me to test drive because he said: Unless you serious, we cannot allow that as it puts miles on it. How many people buy a car without test driving it whether they are buying that day or not? However, he allows us to ride in it and he puts some 10 -15 miles on it which could have been my test drive. An oxymoron. I would not recommend this dealership to nobody and I will take my business to Atlanta. Do not go there unless you buying that day......hmm ok. The sad part was that if we were allowed to test drive it, he could have made 2 sales! What a loss. Its all about presentation. Unacceptable.

Anyone who states this dealership is fair and honest does not know them well. Sales Manager tried to muscle a young man into a payment he knew he couldnt afford. Young man stated he wanted to discuss with his parents prior to making a decision. Sales manager says oh you need your parents permission to buy a car. Underhanded and downright dishonest at its core.

Parts and Service with Bramlett Kia of Decatur was the best! !! Had a part ordered which came in the wrong part, they communicated the whole time with me the correct part was ordered, & how long it would take and apologized for the inconvenience! Which that is a biggie for me, communicating is the key in making me happy. 😊 They went a step further for me because they knew it was a surprise for my daughter by having the car detailed for free! Hopefully she won’t see this review until after her big day but I was afraid I would forget to recognize them and their great job! I have not ever bought a car from them I may give their dealership a try now if their salesman are as caring as their parts and service!

Im enjoying my Telluride and the Bramlett dealership was wonderful. My one disappointment related to the financing. Since my spouse is a veteran and since he owns a competitive vehicle that meant by financing jointly I would save $1,900; however, I have an excellent credit rating and will pay for my vehicle. Despite that, the bill doesnt even include me and all communication is addressed solely to my spouse. It would be good practice for spouses to have access to all specials without having to finance jointly - that was never an option mentioned. This is not the dark ages.

I initially went to visit just to browse and come back later with my husband but because they were so transparent and willing to include my husband via phone, we purchased that day! They were all so nice and Anthony Light made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything before I left. He did a great job. It did take a while but thats ok because I got exactly what I wanted at a good price.

Just wanted to send out a reminder for the holiday shopper!I was very disappointed with the Sales Manager Michael. I was told the price of the car would not be negotiated over the phone/email. After repeated attempts, I was told if I wanted to negotiate the Bottom line price of any car I would have to come in to the dealership.I took almost 3 hours out of my day to come in and yet, no prices were negotiated! In fact I received 2 more calls after I LEFT to negotiate the price of the car. When all of this time could have been saved up front.The salesmen that assisted me was a nice younger kid. I hope he is not mentored by his sales managers and staff, if he wants to have a future in the car business.Do not visit this dealership if you plan on negotiating the actual value for a car. Michael will argue black book, blue book, and other color books to get his values the highest.Too bad for Michael, the only book that matters is Your Check-book!
