The ladies at the Decatur location are very friendly, an will make you feel like family. I can go in an literally feel comfortable with the business Im discussing. Only thing is when you call the local number you get some one from California directing you to an agent in your area supposedly but I dont think the person I spoke to was in my area. Other than that I havent had any issues with this company.

I only pay $42 a month but thats just for liability for myself no one else driven on my insurance only ticket I e ever had was when I was about 2 years ago no stop sign and one speeding thats it in 27 .years it felt like I was signing my life away in there without a shirt made my rates go down and Ill be able to get roadside assistance and everything theyre really nice people I was in there getting my insurance for my 2005 gold Impala there were five or six customers being rude to the lady that was helping me and say Catherine customer services very well very friendly people

Slow intentionally! Black receptionist wants to play catch up with a long time friend. Then wants to leave when place is packed for her Caucasian colleague to do all the work. Should be fired

I have been trying to get in touch with somebody for an important reason for 2 weeks now!! This exactly why I switched to a different company. They sorry!!

Myryam takes care of me and always answers all my questions would defiantly recommend her. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but i dont mind to wait, also very affordable prices

They are soooo slow and I would not refer anyone to them. My boyfriend has them but he is leaving them because of the slow service. There is only one person in there and they act like they do not know what they aredoing

The customer service could really use some help. The representative was not knowledgeable about the company that she is working for it. She was very short and even rude at times. But I push through and got my business taking care of.

I dont which is worse the customer service in store or on the phone either way its terrible
