My experience started out great! They stayed late, helped me get a great deal on the car I wanted to get for my wife, very pleasant.There were some obvious issues with the car, but I was told that those wouldnt be a problem going forward. However, the car I drove off the lot needed all kinds of repairs and money put into it before it would even pass safety and emissions testing.Tried to ask them for help in paying for some of the costs, but they said I bought the car that way, and business is business and I wasnt someone worth going in the red for.Best of luck to others down the road.

The only positive thing I can say is they are very friendly and good customer service but thats only to hook you. After you purchase car they dont return phone calls or nothing. I purchased a Buick and hadnt have it for a good week before all types of lights started popping up. First it was my service engine light then my tire pressure then my brake light now my engine oil light is on.The suspension is horrible shakes and rides extremely rough.it wont even start now its just a bad experience. All they could say it was a used car and you should expect problems. Definitely sold me a lemon. I do not recommend buying here unless you know your stuff.

Bad business sell bad cars. Just bought my passat fron them and they sent it to the shop twice. The second time it came back even worse took them over 30 days just to give me info on the work that was done in my car. Fixed the same part twice and my car still messed up. They do not own up to the problems they have caused. They just bs you around. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau they have several complaints filed against them. They do not start and run their cars daily that is required by them legally by law. And they will lie and say there is nothing wrong with the car. But they honestly do not know because they do not get their cars checked correctly before the sale. So be careful and take your own mechanic and ask to have it evaluated prior to purchase or leasing.

Dont buy from here. My experiance was the same as someone else has posted about this dealership and told us the same lie. They dont return phone calls, they blame the issues with the car on you, and they make you buy bogus warranties that dont do anything when you bring your vehicle in to get worked on. These people are liars and scammers. Dont waste your time or money on this dishonest dealership.
