I moved to Atlanta in 1984 and knew I wanted to keep my Auto with State Farm Insurance and that is when I found Arthur Ratliff in Decatur, GA. That was the one of the best days of my life. The minute I contacted him and went over to his office I knew right then and there that we would be together for a long time and we were. He is the most professional and down-to-earth person I have ever met and will help you whenever you need it. He was always there for me and I couldn’t ask for anything more.I recently moved to Florida so I could not maintain my insurance with his agency any longer. It was so very bittersweet. It was like leaving a brother behind. He is staffed with the most amazing and highly professional people who, like him, were always willing to assist me anytime. Thank you Stacie, Portia, and Robin for always giving me the answers I needed.Last night I was out to dinner and my phone rang. I would normally let it go to voice mail but it was Arthur and I just had to take it. He wanted to thank me for being with him for so many years and I thank for all his help and support.Yes, he and I and his terrific staff shared 35 years together and I want to personally thank all of them. Dishonest. He made me feel awful. He is forgetful and needs to retire. Instead of owning up to his mistake he lashed out at me. He changed my policy without my permission.I do not consider changing my policy without my permission being taken good care of For 25 years I paid my policy with multiple cars and homes and did not deserve to be treated in a such a blatant, disrespectful, unempathetic manner. Very disheartening. I have will take my business elsewhere and so should you!

Love Porscha and Arthur. Porscha knows our household by name and is always very responsive to my MANY inquiries. She looks for ways to help me save money on my insurance and has been a wonderful resource transitioning from NH to GA. Arthur is wonderful, full of information, local recommendations, and very easy to talk to.

Liars, Rude, and CrazyCalled to see if my check had arrived for total lost vehicle. Had been calling all morning and left a message for someone to call me once check arrives. No one called back. I ended up calling them back I asked Stacey why had no one been answering the phone she said they were in a meeting all morning very rudely. Stacey was very rude caught a attitude with me but told Arthur I had a attitude. I have been with statefarm for 3 years never a problem until this location whick I was only supposed to pick a check up from. Arthur sides Stacey, calls me back which was so unprofessional starts yelling at me about being rude to Stacey, which never took place, then tells me I can not pick up my check from his office and then he hangs up in my face. Me and my husband had to stare at each other for a long time and then we both said the same thing these folk lying and crazy. But karma will be back for the both. I dont know how me asking about a check and trying to figure out how to get the title which I made a mistake in put it in the car with the key turn into a attitude by Stacey but it did. Whatever Stacey lying self is doing to Arthur has him wrapped around his finger any lie she has to tell he is there to listen and believe all the lies. Gladly I dont have to deal with these people again.

Arthur is a great guy! He always try to find any possible discounts I can get. He is always available and answers my calls.

Over the years (25) Arthur and his team have always been the best, and they always give their very best. And to top it off, Sydney Haynes is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
