What was supposed to be 90 minute wait for a tow, was actually 4 hours. The only reason I gave three stars, is because the tow truck driver was able to start my car and bring it home to me instead of the dealership. Which saved me a lot of money. The driver was very professional.

These accusations of taking 4 hours is totally bogus and false unless these people called a different towing company. if you are dealing with John he is always on the spot with his times and NEVER arrives late.He has never taken 4 hours to arrive at ANY location!!

My daughter was on her way home from college for the weekend and she ran into some bad weather, slid off the road and got stuck. She called me, I called Fairlane Ford Towing and then called her back and told her to call me as soon as they show up. Well, we were still on the phone when they came - they just happened to have a truck nearby. They treated her well and followed her to the exit ramp. Nice people to do business with.
