Angie, is a true angel on earth and from the first phone encounter, she was friendly and so very helpful! She then went above and beyond with instructing me on everything i would need and when I got twisted driving to find their location, she actually stayed on the phone with me until I arrived!! Now that is what I call phenomenal customer service!! Place is a bunch of crooks. Purposely making sure someone from out of town will pay maximum amount of money to get their vehicle back. Thieves

This business gave me a list of documents to bring in to pickup the vehicle and when I arrived they wouldn’t allow me to pickup the vehicle. I drove 8 hours there and they told me they aren’t allowed to release the vehicle. Scam artist at their finest!

Son came to pic up his car, from his vehicle been copmostated, and taking to this location, where they charge outrages price to retrieve his car back to his possession. Sad!!!

I called them when I had broke down out of three places they was the cheapest price they said they would be there in 15 min and was. Anthony the driver was very polite and professional really nice guy he did a great job I recommend them to anyone.

These guys were very helpful and not disrespectful whatsoever when I dealt with them 1st over the phone and 2nd time in person at the yard. On the contrary they were extremely helpful and sympathetic about my truck that was recently stolen after Christmas and had been found abandoned by Dearborn Police and Ruskos got the tow and recovery ticket. Went there on a Sat to see what inventory I could salvage from the vehicle and they were fully and truly more than accommodating even though I ran them 15 minutes past their closing time. I apologize you guys but thanks again for taking care of my truck and stuff.

Stole property out the car messed The car out was super rude and unprofessional wouldn’t use this this towing service if I was stranded on the side of the road with no phone and one of there drivers suddenly appeared. I’d wish for the best and tell him to get the f on,

I retrieved an automobile from the possession of Ruskos Towing company, located in Dearborn, MI. I was impressed of how organized the yard appeared. Cars were not clustered everywhere and the yard appeared clean. The front office clerk (Mike) was a professional, and provided good customer friendly service.The person (I apologize for not remembering his name, and his customer service was very good) whom transported the vehicle back to the apartment complex seemed confused about how to return the vehicle back into the apartment port. I suggested that he return the automobile back into the port the same way Ruskos removed the automobile, and he figured it out. The car was not operable when Ruskos removed the car, and was not operable when the car was returned.He returned the auto in the designated port and I thanked him very much for his service. I would recommend Ruskos because of their towing yard and very good customer service.

I initially had a great experience with Ruskos. The gentleman at the service desk was pleasantly polite and the tow truck driver was kind as well - which is why I decided to give them additional business and refer others to them. However, this second experience was not so great. I requested a tow while I was not available to be present. Upon seeing my driveway, any normal person with good sense, would have dropped the car straight back to the garage - as did the first driver I had a couple of weeks ago before we decided to instead tow to a collision shop. This driver dropped the vehicle at the gate of my driveway and at a HORRIBLE angle (not even sure how that was possible). So no other car can be parked in the back and I also cannot move my garbage cans out for trash day. It was a lazy and inconsiderate attempt at dropping off a car. I am now going to have to pay another tow company to reposition the car - as its not drivable - so that we can utilize the entire space and not be overwhelmed with overflowing trash cans. This one star is for the driver. You did what you wanted because no one was there to express concern or dissatisfaction. TRUE CHARACTER IS HOW AND WHAT YOU DO WHEN YOU THINK NO ONE IS WATCHING.

These guys straight up lied to my face. First they tow my work van from behind my business without leaving any notice, then i call them and they tell me if you pick up today its 220.00 or monday its 250.00, I said im on the way. I get there and they tell me we dont release cars after 1pm i told them i called you guys at 3:52 and showed my phone. They said you never called us a blatant lie. So i had to pay someone to give me a ride there, and then had to call someone to pick me up. this is what happens when they grease palms in the city and think they can screw everyone over. Well im talking to the city councel, the mayor and making sure they have some competition from now on.

They towed a mans car that was shot at the mall for no reason and now want to charge him over $300 to get it back.

Wish so.eo e would have let me know my car was there, but I hear the PD was supposed to do that. Costs were reasonable. They even helped me.put has in the car since I had no idea you needed a funnel to put gas from a can in. Id use them again.

Ruskos Towing is a top notch operation. Ive worked in office for several tow companies over the years and although I never worked at Ruskos theres several times they have come to my moms rescue. Today mom blacked out and hit a pole. She is you g to be ok and I had to call to find out what I could about her vehicle. They answered all my questions and are so kind and helpful. Even said to wish my mom well. Thank you all for your help and kindness.

Looking at the reviews I was nervous when my car got into an accident. But when I went in there they were polite and helped me fill out all the paperwork I needed to complete for my insurance company. They were very professional and i recommend to anyone who needs a tow.I also may have an idea on why some people write reviews. The guy in the office was being polite with some lady as she yelled at him for not letting her drive her car out of the lot without insurance. He was just following the rules.

These guys dont want to struggle. Couple inches of snow seems to be to much for their chevy trucks. They want the easiest drop off and dont leave you many options.

Really? Who likes a police impound tow? One star is only because they charge 160 to get your car out vs the 360+ other yards charge

These guys are just rude. I got a service done before and called back another time to request a specific driver to help me but the man was just plain rude and would not allow me to get that driver. He then said “goodluck finding someone” in a sarcastic way. Complete disgust. Not worth the price.

Had a good experience with Ruskos. The owner knows his stuff and is reasonable. Heard bad things but didnt experience that. (Granted the police didnt repo my car) so if thats what youre having done you must realize they are doing their jobs. All in all nice service

Worst experience ever. My 18 year old sons brakes went out. He hit a tree. This happened Saturday evening. The van was totaled. We immediately went to the impound (Roscoes) on Monday. The cop at the scene of the accident informed us the city would take care of the clean-up and we wouldnt be charged any extra fees. Roscoes charged us for a wenching that didnt happen, labor (cleaning oil off the sidewalk), which never happened and the towing $255. I expressed my dismay at the owner overcharging me for something which never happened. The owner claimed the cop misspoke about the fees. Mind you he also called the cops on me, stating I didnt want to pay which was also untrue. In the meantime before I came along and was upset another couple who was also very upset but of the opposite race he did not call the police on them. Dont ever request service from this establishment.Tamika

The guy that answered the phone around 3:15 was very nasty to me when I called to let them know I had gotten stuck on 94 but was under 5 minutes away he could have said what he had to say a lot better than what he did ... It made me cry because I payed a cab to get tbere and dont stay anywhere in the area onstead of saying yeah Ill stay over they should have just told me to come tomorrow how was I to know 94 had construction going on lousy bastards now I have to pay another ride tomorrow plus $15 more all because 94 has construction going on... I didnt know that but im sure they did

I always request Ruskos even if it means extra paperwork through my insurance company to pay me back. They have always taken care of me and my family as if we were their own.
