The guys were great, they explained to me each of the types of oils and the costs. They replenished my windshield fluids and pumped air into my tires. They even offered me hot coffee, I was very impressed by the quick and professional service. Didn’t feel intimidated at all. Definitely coming back 😊

Wonderful staff that make you feel at home, and take care of you. Professional, and let you know what they are doing along the way. When I was there, they had an elderly customer that was confused, and instead of showing any frustration, then showed him everything they were doing to ease his mind. Absolutely wonderful people, and ethics. They have earned my business!!

First time being there, and didnt like the experience. The person that did the oil change was smoking a cigarette while doing the change, and was holding it while they had to adjust sometimes. Took a while. Service was slow. Plus, they put a higher viscosity in my vehicle.

These guys know exactly what theyre doing! They explained all the prices to me and whats the best recommended oil for my truck. I truly trust these guys and will bring all my cars to them!

Getting an oil change is a drag, but when I come here its always a great time and they honestly treat you like family! Cheapest prices in town and greatest service. Al, Billy and Imad always make sure everything is good and theyre quick. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Love This Place! Highly recommended. Great prices, I was having car trouble, and needed my car fixed right then and there. He immediately ordered the part and took care of it in less than an hour. Even gave us Coldwater while we waited. Excellent customer service!

Very helpful and always done without any pressure to purchase anything extra. They’ll recommend something based on my mileage but no pressure. Even gave me tips on my air filter on how to clean it without having to spend money on a new one and they always fill up your fluids. I moved a bit further away but still drive here over all other places.

My wife and I were having trouble with her tires. The pump we used actually sucked air out of the tire rather than inflating it. We went to this shop and the young man filled our tires quickly. We also had an issue with one of the wipers. It was stuck and wouldnt wipe, which made it very difficult to drive in the rain and/or snow. He popped the hood and fixed it on the spot. They seem very knowledgeable but more importantly extremely friendly and courteous. He didnt even want compensation. I had to get out and give him a little something for his tremendous service. Without a doubt I would highly recommend going to fordson quick lube, they are a diamond in the rough city of dearborn that isnt usually known for its hospitality. Its really refreshing to meet professional and good hearted people, and thats what youll get from this shop!

Dont ever change your brakes at this place. No knowledge on what they are doing. They changed my car brakes. Then, when I drove my car, the brake paddles were sink all the way to the floor and the car wasn’t stopping at all. I spoke to the guy, and he keep on convincing me that it is normal, and the car is safe to drive. But its not! I risked my life by driving very slow on the freeway. I had to take it to a mechanic shop to fix it for me. Never again.

Stopped in for oil change. They were super friendly, quuck, and didnt try to sell me tons and tons of extras. While there a person stopped in for air for tire. I overheard them say they filled it last night and it was low again. Employee went above and beyond with helping to locate leak and fix. Will be back from now on, and kf I ever have a quick car question as they seem extremely truthful and fair.
