I dont usually post negative reviews of businesses, but the treatment I have received at Autotech Lube definitely needs to highlight how this business will handle things if something were to go wrong on their end.I needed an oil change done on my 2013 Fusion on 08/05/2021 and I looked up places near me. Seemed like Autotech Lube was a good choice because of past ratings. I went and parked in the line and they got me in within 10 minutes. They noticed that I had an out-of-state plate and assumed that I was a tourist. They did not know at this time that I work for Ford Motor Company and the Fusion is one of the cars that I have personally worked on, during development. Regardless, they got the oil change completed in 5 minutes and proceeded to recommend an Air Filter change, coolant flush and cabin air filter change immediately one after the other. I agreed to get them all done figuring that it was somewhat due, but I did not like how they would pressure things one after the other.Ali proceeded to remove the glovebox and trim in order to access the cabin air filter door. I was in the driver seat watching him all along when I realized that he was struggling with the cabin air filter door. My car had two tabs on wither end which was also screwed in. Instead of removing the screws, he started prying with all his might and it ended up breaking out into three parts. Ali casually proceeded to remove the cabin air filter like nothing had gone wrong with the door and told me that a replacement was $45. At no point did he acknowledge that he broke the door. When I pointed it out to him, it took three times to finally convince him and the shop that the cabin air filter door was broken. He was furious that I pointed it out to him and he said he will get one for 10 bucks!! I got no note from the shop that they will honor replacement of the part that they broke. They only noted down my phone number and said that they will call me once they have the part.More than two weeks have passed!! But, they have not bothered to call or contact me to let me know the status. I am extremely disappointed in the service that I have received from Autotech Lube. It just shows that they were willing to cover up any mistake from their end, trying to deny that a mistake even occurred and not bothering to fix it after customer forced them to acknowledge their fault. This treatment that I have received is so poor and I will make it a point not to recommend this shop to my friends, colleagues and neighbors.I have had to go to a junkyard, find the part and fix this myself because the broken cabin air filter door just would not seal and there would be no use of a cabin air filter if the door is loosely hanging in there. Extremely disappointed and please find yourself a different shop if you are looking forward to get some of the simple services!!

Very professional staff, fast efficient and convenient prices compared to other chain companies. They even fixed for free something completed unrelated to the oil change that they accidentally noticed which saved me at least 50-100$ or even more car damage if left unfixed!Strongly recommend!

Great Service loved that I wasn’t trying to get up sold and these products, flushes, or anything else.Came in said I need oil change had a total amount, then they went to work. After they asked if I needed anything else, I said nope and was out the door in 8 minutes.Great place, great service, no crazy up sales.

I have been going here since I moved to Dearborn in 2018 so 3 years now and the guys are always friendly and honest and never pushy to try to up-sell me something I do not need. I go here for all my oil changes & recently went for some car repairs and I was in and out with my car fixed in under 2 hours.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I went there for a simple oil change and they cracked my oil filter housing trying to pull it off with pliers (I know this because they were the only ones that have touched my car recently) . After they did all of this, they told me to go to the mechanic next door because my car was leaking oil. (because they cracked the filter). Before I went my car was fine! It wasn’t leaking oil & When I comforted them, they told me to get out and wouldn’t even reimburse me for the mess they did !

I’ve taken two cars to auto tech lube and received nothing less than the best service possible. All techs are very professional and the service is priced well. Definitely recommend it.

I had a groupon value $49 for full synthetic oil change, I pulled in and stated I had a groupon, 5 minutes later, I was told that I need to pay extra $15 because of a special filter and because there is plastic cover under the car. (Toyota Dealership charges $59 to change oil) they wanted $65. I politely asked them not to change it. they were not happy and I drove off. little that know, they left the hood open (closed but not fully locked) and did not screw the bottom plastic piece. picture attached. their lack of professionalism almost caused me an accident. the bottom plastic was ruined ($100) SHAME on them for not putting the screws back. I went back and left my number for the manager (owner). they did not call back. Maybe they are nice to other people but definitely the worse car experience I had. be aware!

Why go anywhere else then somewhere that treats each and every customer like family. I was walked through the entire process of my oil change. I was offered a discount as it was my first visit. Thankfully my time was valued and I was in and out within 15 min. It’s hard to find an oil change that is fast and efficient without sacrificing quality. Definitely will be back!

One of the oil change companies that I like because they do accept Groupon certificates and you will have no trouble with the offer but I did have to pay extra for the actual things that I had done like wiper blades and filters changed which ran up for 100 which was not bad, plus I did get a free car wash certificate. Its a good place to visit if you want a fully competitive oil change company 😉

I went there for oil change and inspection. The service was wonderful. It was fast. The workers are very professional and nice. I sat in my car the whole time. They let me know which part that they are fixing and explain why I need them. They even educated me about to maintain my car. Overall the service took them no more then 10 mins to finished.

I went in for a simple oil change and let them talk me into getting an engine flush. As a woman alone I had no idea that its not a good idea. Now my check engine light is on and my car is sputtering while idle. The technician lied about putting air in my tires.Take your money elsewhere!!! I regret letting them change my oil

I dont understand car engines and sometimes thats a problem. Not here, Mike explained things in terms I could understand without making me feel like an idiot. Thats a feat, but I was already impressed by how welcomed I felt in the oil changing space. I panicked when the dashboard light came on... two years past due for a change and from what I understand transmission fluid is the magical potion that made my car run better. It looked like the car had an infection or something, thats the level of dumb that those gents had to deal with and they were very courteous about everything.
