I talked to a guy named Jeff on the phone and he was very cordial if I ever needed anything done I would absolutely go there just because he was very nice

I have use this shop many times they take FOREVER! I figured as long as they do the job right. Well theyve had my truck for 2 weeks. Told me it would be done yesterday well I had a ride they assured me it wont be done till tomorrow but will come and get you no big deal. Well now when its time for me to get my truck back that they already got paid for the minute they got it they cant come get me because theyre going to lunch so I cant do what I need to do after them having my truck for two weeks my son has an appointment Ive already had to reschedule it twice because theyve taken so long with my truck and now theyre going to tell me oh well were going on lunch. If you have a million years to deal with these people go ahead but this will be my last time

They have Be nice small variety of cars to choose from for sale Im Van born just across the street from the old super K in Taylor . Time to time Coopers garage of switch up inventory of cars and I believe still done some mechanic work. Cars are always clean that are put out for sale at decent prices as well

It’s refreshing to find a garage that still cares about helping people. If you need a trustworthy and fair garage, then this is your place. Bill, the owner is there and he is straight to business. Just what you want. My son and I are on a road trip to TX and had an urgent need. We called the afternoon prior and Bill said he would work us in first thing the next morning. We were there at 8am and he had us rolling by 9am to keep us on schedule. There is a Tim Horton’s right across the street if you are waiting. Support this local business...they will treat you well!!

Coopers garage is the most truthful mechanic shop in the area. Fair price for a good service. Billy has been there for a long time. Good place to do business.

Bought an older truck. Was told it was the owners personal ride and that there was nothing wrong with it at all. I even asked to be told of any issues so I could address them. I was told by Jeff, the owner, not a thing wrong with it. Said he drove it everyday. Was told, no leaks, nothing. He went on to say he had over $8000 in receipts to go with the truck. (did not). Bottom line. He gives me the truck with the fuel gauge on E. Says better put some gas in it. I fill it up. Immediately starts pouring gas all over my driveway. Turns out had a big hole in the tank. I go talk to Jeff again about it. He says too bad. Says, youve got buyers remorse. Then his son starts blowing kisses at me telling me to, go home. End result. Leaking rear main seal, leaking trans, radio doesnt work, speedometer doesnt work. I know a lot of this is my fault for not being thorough in driving and looking at the truck in detail. Just letting you know that you will be lied to and will probably need to make some repairs that you did not anticipate on making.

Brought my car up to fix my water pump and an oil change. Started up the car to take it off the lot, had a delayed start (mind you I always had quick startups and never any issues with it). Started it up again after grabbing a bite close by and car wouldn’t start. One click and smoke coming from the engine bay Every time I try to start...called them and asked for help. They said two guys would come and none showed up and they didn’t recall my calling and said I lied the next day. I asked if I was liable and then he started saying I was accusing him and his workers of tampering with my car...which I never did and asserted it to him. He said we were done. And I walked out. Lack of professionalism on his part. I urge all of you to not go to coopers.

Nice, respectable business. They fixed my car and it was more than $300 less than Belle Tire was going to charge me.

Went in with a minor problem..they said it was fixed but ended up causing more damage..do not take your vehicle here if you dont have to..

Driving from Ohio to Wisconsin, and got stranded in Hammond, Indiana because of a horrible coolant leak. Cooper’s replaced a segment of our hose in 10 minutes for no charge. After a very long day driving, this was much appreciated, and should we ever be in that situation again (pray we aren’t), Cooper’s would be our go-to location. Thank you!

Shabby workmanship. Way overpriced

I had a very bad experience with management there I had a legitimate question on the diagnostics fee they charge in my past experience with them it was always about 45 dollars to look at a vehicle well. For some reason he wanted to charge my Daughter $88 so when I questioned him about the fee he flew into a rage kick the door of his own office broke some picture on the door and then jumped in my face in a hostel manner and accuse me of being intoxicated when in reality I had just got off work and I was very tired bad place they never will get my business again and also threatened to call the police on me for no reason

By far the worst auto shop experience I have ever had. Had to go back 7 times before the repair was finished correctly, vehicle had cigarette ashes all over the seats/interior. When I got the truck back they gave it back with the radio totally without power, including interior door chimes - they stated it was a “bad radio,” and I needed a new one. Then when I had to take the vehicle back in because they didn’t fix it correctly, the radio magically worked! It was obvious that they put together the vehicle incorrectly, then were too lazy to troubleshoot their mistake and solved the situation by telling me I needed a new radio - which would be over $1,000 installed!They also told me they had a loaner for me, which I was able to use one time the vehicle was in the shop, then they claimed was “unavailable,” the multiple times I had to bring it back (since they did not repair the vehicle correctly and it was having issues). This cost me close to $900 in car rentals over the course of 6 weeks and many trips back to the shop to have it worked on.The owners son was particularly rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. Stay far away if you value your time or money.

Giving 1 star because 0 stars isnt an option LOL. After originally telling me my car would be finished Friday around 4pm they call to tell me at 330 while Im on my way to the shop to pick it up that they ordered the wrong part and could have it fixed until friday. Annoying but whatever, people make mistakes. I take it back up on Monday they say itll be finished a little after lunch and will call when its done. What time do these people eat lunch? I call up around 4:45 as their website says they close at 5 to see if the repairs are finished. Says they dont close until 6 and its about halfway done, theyll call around 6 for me to pick it up. Nobody calls. I show up at 5:50 shop is closed, nobody is there, and I can see through the window my car is still up on a lift. Go up there this morning when they open apparently they ordered the wrong again. Which leaves me to question how it was halfway done yesterday when I called. Starts yelling at me about how hes not going to fix my car because I told him I wish he could have called me last night and insisting he was here until 6 when he clearly wasnt. Or at least wasnt answering the door or phone. Needless to say, Im taking my car elsewhere and now stuck waiting an hour for them to pull my car out of the garage that they did zero work to. Complete trash. Dont go here.

Cooper’s Garage is very accommodating, friendly, and reputable. Been there many times and always treated very well.

Absolute theives charged money with out asking or getting approvals. Did nothing at all to vehicle and quoted a price double what eveyone else wanted. After we checked around as to not be ripped off we brought vehicle elsewhere.... DONT GET RIPPED OFF! SAY NO TO COOPER.

A bunch of crooks work here dont go here. They screwed my elderly father over who came in to have work done. Nothing was fixed the car still overheated but somehow they charged him 300 dollars for absolutly nothing. Shame on the people running that place. They take advantage of their customers.

Ive known these people forever and just recently started dealing with them. Seems like theyre good people LOL thats in case hes reading this.

A mechanic you can trust is hard to come by. And they stand by their work.

This place is not a place I will recommend they had my car for 2 weeks and did not fix nothing I went and got my money and my car and he shorted me money when he gave it back
