He retaliates on his residents when they call and complain to govt officials when he will not make the proper repairs or correct code violations. Please be aware of this company. Patricia Elaine Cross-Kincaid is no better. She is the property manager for Don. Take your money elsewhere.

Donald Harkins violated Florida statute 83.64. He retaliated against my family and I because we reported a unsafe front door that would not lock properly, and the frame of the door was damaged. It was kicked in by police before we took possession of the unit. They have been aware of this since we moved in. We have constantly ask them to make the correct repairs to the front door. It never happened. November 7, 2020 I contacted Donald Harkins via text message and let him know that I would be reaching out to code enforcement. November 8, 2020 he hand delivered a termination of month-to-month lease agreement dated for November 7, 2020 the same exact date that I told him I would be calling code enforcement on his establishment. My family consisted of myself my husband and my infant son who was born prematurely at 3 lb and 9 oz. He through us out on the streets like dogs. Spend your money where you will be safe and valued. I had to repost my review AGAIN because they removed my first review. I will continue to speak out about his evil acts. YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO MY FAMILY Donald Harkins.

The vanishment and the people that work there are really great I love them

They dont appear to care about the safety and well being of tenants. Maintenance is at the will of asking for money to repair things, they are told meh, dont fix it. Plus there isnt any adequate help for maintenance. Most of the employees I feel seem to have a sense of entitlement or something. They like to rent to just people that pay. Allowing just anyone to live in their locations, unfortunately breaking the law with numerous code violations, and treating tenants like were garbage or low lifes. Im glad I am leaving this property group, they used to be really nice and caring but theyll turn their back on you if it means to make a dime. Not worth risking my familys safty of their greed.

Terriable people they move in people who are complete idiots let them do what ever they want. No one answers when you call them to report tenants this place is a joke run away!!!!!!
