Indigo Dental is the only place I WOULD GO FOR DENTAL CARE. Why? To start this is the very best dental care I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I am a 74/year old man, who has been to many dental clinics/ dentist. This is the only one that tells you upfront what is wrong or right, what they will do to fix the problem, how long it will take, what it will cost, and the recovery time. The service at this office is the very best I have had in my life. All staff members our kind, considerate, caring and most of all knowledgeable . All problems if any are addressed before, during, and after the procedure, to which there was none. The single most important element of dental care to me is Trust, and this practice has mine. Dr. Lloyd and his staff are competent, caring, and my new crown replacement was done nearly PAIN-FREE, in about one hour, and in a fraction of the time it takes most dentists, since he has the imaging equipment in his office for immediate use. I had a crown replaced by Dr. Lloyd. Unlike other dentist this was a pleasant experience. Dr. Lloyd and staff were professional, caring and put me at easy. His office has all of the modern high text equipment that put a perinate crown in one sitting, faster then I have had in the past. The crown fit perfectly with no after discomfort. His staff then took care of all the insurance payments for me, relieving me of the burden of submitting a bill to my insurance company. This was the most pleasant experience that I have had at a dental office. I highly recommend Indigo Dental and Dr. Lloyd and staff.

I wish I could give Dr. David R. Lloyd DDS and his Team ten stars!!!!!!!!!!I had called twenty one dentist offices in the area🤦‍♀️ and they all said No, we can not do that type of repair work. Finally I called Indigo Dental fearing another rejection and was elated when Amber talked to Dr. Lloyd and he said yes I can repair the crown😁. I went into Dr. Lloyds office today on an emergency basis for my crown. Due to Covid-19, no other dentist from Daytona to Orlando would accept me, as I was not an existing patient. Indigo Dental called me back and got me in as a new patient ASAP today and let me tell you, I will NEVER go to a different dentist again! I have extreme anxiety and Dr. Lloyd and his assistant were absolutely amazing! He talked with me the entire time and put me at ease throughout the process! He is an amazing dentist and I highly recommend his office! The entire staff was excellent and I promise, you will not find a more caring and compassionate dentist in this area!

Delightful experience! The front office is clean, the front desk worker offered me a beverage, and MICAH was the most knowledgeable hygienist I’ve ever encountered. When I asked her questions, she answered them in detail with both confidence and care. I could tell she was an expert. Dr. Lloyd was not around for long, but when he was, he was gentle in his speech and straight to the point, which I appreciated.Highly recommend because of the service and the people!

Had a dental emergency, called got in the same day around the time I requested. Pain is gone and Im a big chicken but I didnt feel a thing except the first novocaine shot which wasnt even that bad consider the pain I was suffering with for days prior. Also, I didnt hear that horrible bone crunching sound so when he said I was done I asked surprised its out? The staff is so friendly and caring and Dr. Lloyd is by far the best dentist I have seen in my 49 years. I really cant wait to see them all again in a few weeks! Highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

Excellent pampering dental service! Ive been to many dentist offices over the years - we move often (military). This is by far the best office I have ever been to in every way! Not only is it incredibly clean, well decorated and exclusive feel to it, but the staff are genuinely welcoming and kind. I have never had a Dentist spend so much personal time doing my initial visit before, it really made a difference that he took the time to do everything personally - in the past at other offices Ive been to, the Dentist himself is in and out in 5 minutes, yet the Dentist here, was the one doing the full start to finish examination once the x-rays were taken. I never felt rushed but treated as though I was the only patient in the office and he took the time to really talk with me and go over options for me specifically. I wasnt rushed or brushed off or told that theyll see how I feel by the next cleaning etc. like Ive been told at other offices before. Instead, I was given options to move forward with and no longer have to wait in pain. HIGHLY recommend this location!! We do pay a little more as theyre out of network for us, but to me, its worth it. I found this Dentist and selected him based on the highly rated google reviews - so glad that I did!!

The latest technologies in Denistry are found at Indigo Dental. A crown is completed from beginning to end in two hours. Along with several crowns I have had root canals fillings, a night guard, cleaning and an extraction. All were completed with excellence. Many different staff members have served me at Indigo Dental. Im a 43 year old man that has not been to the dentist in twenty years. My molar broke three months ago and didnt want to go to a dentist. The pain was so much l had no choice. I checked on line and found lndigo Dental and they had good reviews. I went in and l was so scared that when they checked my blood pressure it was high. I’ve been coming to Doc Lloyd for about 20 years now, I commute from Gainesville (about 2 hours) because I know I’ll always receive the best care, Doc always has the most up to date high tech equipment which is fun and helped take the pinch out of xrays (remember those old school bite wings-I hated those ) he is professional and personable and has always hired the absolute best hygienists in the area and the staff always makes me feel comfortable and at home (at the dentist-right!?!)Good thing he’s young because if he ever retires I’ll never goto another dentist again!

This was my first visit to Indigo Dental and for someone who is terrified of dentists I was so pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in the door I was put at ease. Unfortunately the tooth I had problems with had to be extracted. I had no pain at all. Dr. Lloyd explained the procedure and what I needed to do following the extraction. During the extraction Dr. Lloyd even asked me if I needed to take a break, I didn’t but just to be asked shows how much these folks care about there patients.I can honestly say I had very little pain afterwards. I followed the instructions I was given and everything worked out fine. Thank you Dr. Lloyd and thank you to all of your wonderful staff.

I have suffered from the irrational fear of needles my entire life. When i broke a tooth on a bowl of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream (safe to say its not my favorite anymore) i put off going to the dentist for months because i was terrified of the idea of getting a needle shoved in my mouth by some careless practitioner. This was NOT the case at Lloyd Family Dentistry. I had 2 procedures and they were BY FAR the most caring, thoughtful, and gentle practice i have ever been to. They altered the way i thought about needles and guided me through both procedures, making sure i was comfortable every step of the way. They do impeccable work and do it with a gorgeous smile. Best part was that i havent felt any pain since i walked out the door. I will recommend anyone and everyone to this practice. They were simply fan.tastic. I want to thank everyone there that helped me get through it, especially Dr. Taborda for doing the procedures and Dr. Lloyd. Thank you everyone at Lloyd Family Dentistry so much!!!

As usual everything was great. Couldnt ask for a more caring Staff. I know its more than I can afford, but other past experiences with dentists leaves me not trusting. I will do what I can at 77, to pay for Dr. Lloyds services. I kept his post card for 2 years hoping to beable to go back to his office. He and his group are great, a little pricey, but u only get what you pay for, I was always taught. I hope I can follow through with the further dental work I desparately need. Dr. Lloyd and his staff are so patient and friendly, I would recommend his office to anyone! I first visited his office on Monday (06/19/2017) for a severe toothache that I had for at that point was 5 days. I was in so much pain and very frustrated as I had also visited another local dentist whom did nothing for me that day. I was desperate and even though I was a walk in, Dr. Lloyd extracted the tooth right then and there. Not only that, the following 2 days I visited his office because I was hurting and he took the time to examine me and reassure me everything was okay ( not to mention a 1 am phone call to him ). Unfortunately, over the weekend I did develop dry socket ( not his fault what so ever) I again visited his office on an emergency basis ( no appointment) he cleaned the socket and packed it. I cant say enough good things about his office, if youre in need of a dentist for any reason, look no further!

Dr Lloyd extracted a tooth on Thursday, he sent me home without any antibiotics or pain medication. I ended up getting a dry socket and its infected. I texted Dr Lloyd and told him my problem with no response. Then my husband called and had to leave a message. He finally got back to me hours later and said he would meet my husband at the office and give him a prescription for antibiotics and pain medication, but he refuses to see me because of my anxiety, which they were aware of from the beginning. He then told my husband to call a dental surgeon and pay to have him fix the dry socket ( pack it wth medicated gauze), then he stated he wasnt trained in psychiatry??? Totally unprofessional in my opinion. Dr Lloyd was told about my anxiety at dental appointments and assured me that everything would be fine, now hes refusing to see me!!!

I also have a VERY strong fear of the impression material that is used when you get a crown made. I have had 4 other crowns before, and every single time, I freaked out and thought I was going to swallow that horrible stuff. When I heard about Cerec and that crowns could be made in 1 day and WITHOUT that goopy impression material, I was very excited. After doing some research, I found Dr. Lloyds office and after talking to them, I made my appointment. I am so glad that I did !! Dr. Lloyd and his staff were AMAZING and so understanding of my fears. They were patient and explained everything they were doing at every step of the way. My entire appointment only took a little under 2 hours, and that included about 20-25 minutes of me just sitting there and relaxing while the machine made my permanent crown. BY FAR, one of the easiest and most pleasant dental visits I have EVER had. I am so happy with Dr. Lloyd and Indigo Dental, and I will be going back to them from here on out.

Went in early picked up the paperwork, and had it ready on my appointment date. Got to talk to Dr. David Lloyd, got the ex rays and then we worked out a dental plan for me. Starting Monday morning, at 8:30am.

I have been dentally ignorant for the past seven years.After meeting Jules from Indigo Dental, I decided to give Dr. Lloyd and his staff a try.I dont have insurance, however they have an awesome $99 first time client special which includes an xray, exam, and cleaning. The entire staff was super awesome and down to earth. Cindy the hygienist was really cool and we left sharing pictures of our pups!The worst part about the visit had nothing to to with Indigo Dental, it was actually my personal negligence of my pearly whites. The Doc sat with me afterwards and explained the situation going on in my mouth, I look forward to the care they will provide for me. Not 1 or 3 cavities but .. 9 ... yup 9. SMH...Dont forget to floss.. seriously. Floss.Thanks guys, you guys rock!

HORRIBLE at customer service. My son went to college in Florida and saw them for a routine check up for tooth pain which resulted in an astronomical fee. The problem he went to the dentist for in the first place was never solved and the only thing that came out of it was a call from their collection agency. His mail in Florida was forwarded and so far we have not ever seen the bill. I called the office and I asked them why they didnt just pick up the phone and call us to let us know we owed money and she said that is not the way we do it we send them to collection. Now I am asking for a simple explanation of benefits, since it doesnt appear my insurance covered the visit and they cant seem to provide that either. More than anything there was no sympathy or care from the dental care all the way thru to the billing department. My main concern is that my son went for medical care and got no results other than a credit hit and they dont care enough to rectify the situation.
