(ALSO WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS) Ever since I was seen initially back in 2017, this office has been absolutely terrible. The staff is beyond unprofessional, and the doctor does not care for her patients at all. This initially started in March of 2021, I requested fill ins for my smaller teeth and the doctor however refused to do what was initially requested and made the decision for crowns. However, I am only 19 years old and they were fully aware this was way out of my budget. I agreed, and paid the $1200 for TWO crowns. This was at the DeLand office as well, this entire company is just absolutely atrocious. I had gotten my braces off in April 2021, I still have not received my permanent retainers. It has also been over two months I have been calling this office only to receive a busy line and a message that states their voicemail is full. OVER TWO MONTHS .I still have not received a call back. I also work at a medical office so I could brush off some of the things they were doing, but my experience was disappointing.

Patti was one of the best teeth cleaning experiences that Ive had in years. She was professional, yet pleasant to talk to. She made me very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and willingly answered all of my many questions. She is meticulous and efficiently cleaned between my teeth. I would highly recommend Patti for treatment.

There was a group of receptions/nurses of some kind manning the front desk as we walked in for a painful tooth extraction. After eyeballing us like we may possibly steal the silverware, they gave my wife the information forms to fill out. After waiting 3 hours (we were informed this extensive wait was due to people keeping their appointments, as if this was something extraordinary) she was led back where the extraction took place. After about 30 more minutes they spent about 5 minutes to make the extraction happen. Our time, nor her pain seemed to concern them, not judging by their cavalier spirit and frequent breaks.

I’ve been calling for 2 weeks now attempting to schedule an appointment, I’ve left voicemails which are never returned, I call this morning a woman answers and says “oh God” then hangs up on me. This office is highly unprofessional. If you can go elsewhere I’d highly suggest doing so.

These guys are good! Honest, open and ready to hear your input or concerns. They work with you on pricing and offer different options. Im sure there are alot of dentists here in Daytona Beach, but none that have the great prices, great service and expertise!

I had a consultation appointment this morning with Dr. Cherian at Greenberg Dental. Upon walking in I noticed how clean and nice looking the office is kept. Then one of the office workers, Alicia. helped me with filling out the information forms and details of my appointment.Within a few minutes of tilling out the form, (1 page), Camille took me back for X-Rays. Both, Alicia and Camille, were very kind and patient. Im disabled and need extra time to get around. After the X-Rays, Dr. Cherian came in for my consultation. He is VERY professional and I felt confident with him and his experience. I am really impressed with this office and highly recommend them!

I have been calling this place for a while and no one picks up. I leave a message and no one calls me back. There was 1 time they called me back and I didnt know the # so I didnt pick up. They left a message to tell me to call back. So I did and of course no one answered. They called me back 3 days later and of course missed that one because I was at work. Playing phone tag with a business is not a place I want to go. Because they dont really care. Fyi everyone I talk to about this place always says (that place is a joke). I wish I knew that before.

Chose 1 star since 0 wasnt available. Arrived at 9:45 for a 10AM scheduled appointment sine we had issues on last 2 appointments. After sitting in waiting room until 10:55 I raised a concern about this. Of course we were told they were JUST about to call us! We were then ushered into a treatment room where we sat for another 20 minutes unattended until we left in disgust. Unprofessional at best, but I lean more towards ineptitude. Lost TOTAL confidence in THIS facility. If this is systemwide at Greenberg Dental, time to close up.shop!

My son had an emergency and was seen the same day. The staff were all extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

Went in for cleaning which went very well. Had a tooth(molar) loosing its filling. Dr was able to examine my tooth and do x-rays. Tooth needed to be refilled and preped for a crown. During procedure (drilling) it felt like something shot thru my mouth which startled me the Dr and assistant. Mouth was numb so I didnt feel any pain. Procedure was finished and I went home. Within a few hours my mouth was throbbing and my cheek was swollen and sore and my jaw was sore. Still swollen next morning but very sore. Went to office to have checked but waited over hour and was told it could be a few more due to me being a walk in. Sorry but Ive been a walk in before and waited over 2.5 hours to be seen and thats fine. But when you come in to be checked from something that went wrong during your procedure it should be checked in a timely manner. And the desk help shouldnt have an ATTITUDE. Very Disappointed!! Customer(patient) shouldnt feel like a burden!!

Defiantly a a zero star. I have a dental emergency and a referral from my general dentist. 14 months Ive been trying to set up an appointment and now the issue escalated to an unbearable condition. I dont know who hurt the person over scheduling but I pray they find peace.

Update: Went in for my quarterly cleaning today. All my previous comments still stand tall. I just wanted to add how awesome Debbie the Hygienist has turned out to be. This was the 3rd time shes cleaned my teeth and she did an amazing job. She was both meticulously through and yet gentle. She was patient with me and made me feel totally comfortable. She worked hard to get some stains off some of my front teeth I didnt think would ever come off. I even told her not to worry about them. Ive been a smoker for over 50 years and didnt think they could ever really get clean. I was wrong. Debbie put in the effort and I got the reward. She got them cleaner and brighter than I remember them being. Her years of experience were to my benefit. Im actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Great job Debbie.Went in for my quarterly cleaning. As usual Rosa the office manager had the facility clean and well situated for patient protection during the virus. Wish office personal were wearing masks but thats my personal preference. They did use hand wash when assisting me with paperwork and payment. I wore a mask and gloves as always. The hygienist, Debbie, to my pleasant surprise was full attired in protective gear. Literally from head (mask and face shield) to toes (booties). This made me feel very comfortable. Ive been going here for years and have not been disappointed with the friendliness of the personal and the professionalism and competence of the medical providers.

Greenberg was a great experience as far as dental appointments go. I had 5 teeth pulled today...which is not fun...but their staff was great and they all did a great job. The girl at the counter was super nice and very helpful. She has a great personality. The guy that did my x-rays was just as nice. The hygienist was great. She explained everything to me and was upfront about all costs and procedures. And the oral surgeon was very nice, explained everything he was doing as he did it and kept reassuring me that I was doing great and that he was almost done. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove all 5 teeth. I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist but they were all fantastic and I’ll trust them with any and all future issues.

Love the people here, everyone is very friendly and incredibly helpful. Dr. Tolson has a great personality that you just cant help to love. Thank you to the whole staff

I don’t know if the staff are really busy or they’re just not wanting to do there job. I called the office to confirm a dentist appointment but I could not get anyone on the phone. It couldn’t be that they were super busy I just think that they don’t want to work because they like to gossip or chatty. Do your damn job and answers the phone

I visited this location for the new patient special which consists of x-rays and a cleaning. I sat in the lobby for about 45 minutes waiting to be called back. It seemed as if patients who walked in after me were called ahead of me. After my x-rays were taken a different associate came in and informed me that the hygienists were fully booked for the day and that I would need to come back for a cleaning. After showing them their company website which says that the new patient special is completed in the same visit a hygienist suddenly became available. Debbie the hygienist was great which is the reason for my 3 stars. If not, it would be 1.

Great staff! I had a root canal done and it was quick and made as painless as possible.

It was no long wait time. They were very informative about each procedure. They fixed the problem the same day. It only took an hour for the entire visit and I came in as a walk in!!! I highly recommend this company! Fast and accurate service with outstanding customer service!

Long wait, dont like not being able to book apt. 6 months in advance. Otherwise personal were pleasant and very helpful. They went out of their way to be helpful.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had at an ortho appointment. They wouldnt even see us because we moved from another city (in floridia might I add.) The entire front staff was no help at all. They told me if I needed services that I should go back to Panama City 😠 wrong place for colored faces. I wish I could have given them a 0😠

At first the service was amazing and all of a sudden, it became harder and harder to schedule an appointment. I would always get different information from someone at the front desk, and I got a letter of dismissal because I couldnt reach them. Im grateful because the payments were affordable, take it from me do not opt in to auto pay because it will hit your card twice some months or three times. I switched to bestsmiles ortho they are amazing already loving everything about them.

The staff for the most part is wonderful, very courteous, helpful and friendly. The wait is long, though. I waited an hour, though there was a holdup with a referral I needed. Another woman remarked she’d been there an hour and a half and just left. They take walk-ins. The doctor was professional, explaining everything and answered questions. The quality of the work was fine.

This place is amazing the girls at the front desk are wonderful, they help every time with anything I need I’ve missed a few appts and called and they got me right In...... I had a root canal done and (Onyx, and Dr. cherian was wonderful! It was my first time going to this dentist. I had a bad toothache and I also have anxiety about doctors offices in general. When I got to the back, the dental assistant and the dentist were so sweet. They understood that I was nervous and talked to me and even apologized for my being afraid. They were very understanding and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I then had a consultation with the surgeon to be put under to have the problem teeth worked on and he understood my anxiety and talked me through everything. I am very happy with this dental practice.

I tried to make an appointment but was never able to get anyone on the phone so i walked in. The wait time wasnt too bad but the lack of masks by staff behind the counter was scary. The tech was very nice and efficient. The dentist was also nice BUT ..the exam room was filthy. I took pics because i was so shocked. I came in for a broken tooth that i assumed was going to need some work. After discussing what needed...fixing 2 teeth...the estimate was almost $5000! They tried to talk me into their discount program which is useless...still wanted almost all of it paid upfront! So....thousands of $$ in cash, referred to endodontist, no masks in a medical office AND the dirtiest dentist office Ive ever been in....ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am actually concerned about safety in there.

This location on nova WILL NOT answer the phone, you are better off walking in to schedule an appointment because you can call for 2 weeks straight and they will not respond, the other locations will schedule you but act like they don’t have the same medical records even though everything is electronic now. Seriously wasting my time...

The one in Daytona Beach, FL on S Nova Road is very unprofessional with the exception of the girl that made my original appointment and the one that took my X-Rays. The dentist did not seem to care or be concerned as she kept point to the top tooth when I told her several times it was my bottom tooth that need to be extracted. Then she pawned me off to the oral surgeon as she did not want to do her job only to find out that the oral surgeon does not take my insurance by another rude girl at the check out. I should have been told this prior to making and scheduling my appointment or at the time of my appoint by the dentist/staff when they referred me. I still have a cracked tooth that need to be extracted. I have to find another dentist and take x-rays all over again and hopefully my insurance will cover this one seeing that I just did it yesterday 01/13/2021. I should have been informed of all of this. Worst dentist/staff ever in the history of all my dental visits in different states and locations. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND GET TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN...…WANTED TO GIVE THEM ZERO STARS BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME..

Extremely Unorganized. Every time Im here I have to wait up to 2 hours after the time my appointment is scheduled just to be seen. Its pathetic how much they gossip and put forth there work promblems onto there patients.

I entered this practice with their emergency $29 special. I knew I had a painful tooth and it centered on a tooth that had a root canal. I was given an appointment to see Dr Charian, the endodontist there. He was really kirt and quick with me. He was not very gentle when he was looking at my teeth. I did not get a good feeling and in fact was scared to have him start a procedure on my mouth. I have never left an appointment with a medical practitioner but this did not seem to be a good fit for me. Sorry but you scared me. The office staff was gracious and kind.

Every time i need to either book an sobriety or cancel its a mission!! Nobody ever answered the phone, or you dont get a call back. I left a message early Monday November 2 and its November 4th and i have yet to receive a callback to reschedule my sons orthodontist sonriente. Its a complete sh*t show in that office!!!

Dr Nadine Ferbinteanu and her staff are amazing and go out of their way to work with my whole family. Works great with our kids and my husband and I.

Had a Pleasant experience with these guys today. My daughter was a walk-in with tooth pain. Although we couldn’t schedule her in the same office for her procedure they were prompt in getting her back and seen, and helped out as much as possible with where I need to go for her procedure. Very polite and nice nurse and Doctor. I would reccomend them and we will be back for future checkups.

I was called by this office and had my appt rescheduled by this office to a Dr Lawson.Upon arrival to my scheduled appt. I was misinformed and that I had the wrong Dr. scheduled.Confused. Standing there at your front desk feeling like it was my fault. And your staff could have cared less. I called and spoke with the office manager. I was angry bc no one apologized for THEIR mistake.What if i had arrived via Uber 17 dollars one way?34 to get home ...would you have reimburse me? Common courtesy has become extinct.Your front desk could use some remedial training in manners.

The staff was friendly. They told me what was going on. Unlike the Daytona office where I sat for one hour and not one person told me why I was waiting so long. I was early to the Port Orange office and was seen before my appointment time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I visited Greenberg Dental in Daytona Beach, FL on 7/27/20 for the first time. After check-in and a very short wait, I was given x-rays an an exam and informed I needed a root canal to fix my problem along with a print out of my charges and my next appointments. I arrived at 2 pm and left at 2:35 pm. I was amazed by the prompt and professional service. I highly recommend Greenberg Dental.

CERO STARS! This people don’t know how to be nice with their patients!!! My mom and my dad went there this morning, she (my mom) has hearing problems and she doesn’t speak English. They were treated like garbage! Really bad!!!!!! This place needs to hire new people!! I WILL NEVER TAKE THEM AGAIN TO THIS PLACE. Not recommended at all!

Dr. Cherian, who is the endodontist and his team are exceptional. This was my first encounter with this office. They administered a root canal retreatment without even needing to numb the area and at no time was pain experienced. He told me what I needed during the consult, corrected errors on my referral to him after a thorough exam including incorrect labeling of the tooth needing treatment, then worked me in two days later so we could be finished as soon as possible. This procedure typically takes two visits but he finished in one. Him and his assistant clearly work very well together, his scheduler is on point and he also does not find ways to over treat. I objectify this claim by noting I was referred to him for two procedures and he was very confident I only needed one, whereas he could have easily performed and billed a second procedure with no questions being asked. Out of all my dental appointments I have had in my lifetime, this is the first and only time I have been impressed. Thank you to Dr. Cherian and his amazing assistant and thank you to Alicia, his scheduler and collections specialist who is the one who found ways to get me in sooner than originally scheduled. The experience could not have been better.

It was my first time here and i had a really good experience everyone was polite i left coast dental because i found them rude. The dentist took his time and explained everything to me so i can have an understanding of whats going on and whats going to happen. I deffinately recommend this place to a few people after. THANK YOU once your fully open i will be back.

Boyfriend just went to get his teeth checked out after not going a dentist in years. Hes usually got bad anxiety around doctors and dentists, but the employees here were so kind and patient. They explained everything thoroughly and were very personalable. He says he feels great about coming back to this dentist, even if its an extraction. 5 stars c:

My temp crown had fallen off exposing the nerve. They worked me in and fixed my problem. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The doctor did great on the shot! Made me very comfortable. I highly recommend Greenberg Dental!!

I was extremely satisfied with my cleaning today. Sometimes I have trouble getting through to make an appointment but this time everything was great!

If you call to make an appt or have questions answered, at the Daytona office, no one EVER answers no matter what time of day you call. If you leave a message, they don’t call back until days later.

I had a scheduled appointment today 7/21/20 at 11 am as a new patient. I was 10 minutes early for appointment. When I walked in two receptionists were there with no masks although notices were posted on the front door. I asked if they were adhering to the mask rules as posted. They said yes but obviously they were not. Two patients came in and one going out with no masks. They never asked them to put on a mask. I was not willing to take any risks when a dental office cant follow the rules. I immediately cancelled the appointment and walked out. Now Im looking for a dentist that adheres to following the rules.

The service I received was very good, but i was there over 2 hours for a cleaning and check-up which I thought was way too long.

Experience at the Greenberg Dental on January 31st was very good. The best since Ive been going there for a couple years now. People were more pleasant and smiling. Big change from previous times. Keep up the good work ladies . Dr Nadine is very good and Ann, the hygienist is excellent.

Greenburg got me in and pulled my wisdom tooth. It was painless and I would go back for any dental work I need.

Fine with the service, extraction went well, doctor was EXCELLENT! Why a poor review?Very little, if any, COVID-19 protocols followed anywhere but in the operating area. No masks on people at the front desk, none at the check in/check out area, even the technician that took my x-ray had his pulled down below his nose and mouth although his face ended up about 8 inches from mine for a couple of seconds.If the people there has just worn masks, this review would’ve been five stars.Especially, in my opinion, the lack of a mask on the technician taking x-rays was absolutely inexcusable.

This place is helpful and professional from the front desk to the staff in general. Megan and Dr. F gave me the best dental experience I have ever had, she is great at her job all around.

The staff at front need to learn how to be more polite I went to ask a question there answer was I don’t work in the area. I will never come to this place a can only reason was here because my twin sister had appointment I won’t recommend this place to no body.

I am grateful that I was able to be seen as a walk in at Greenberg Dental when most offices were closed. The wait wasnt to long and everyone was very courteous. I needed emergency treatment and was in a lot of pain. The cost of service was low and affordable for patients without insurance. Thanks Greenberg Dental.

I love Greenberg dental. The staff is nice and informative. The only problem I have is that when I leave a message on the phone I seldom receive a call back. That is the answer servi c.f. as fault not Greenberg dental.

Dr. L was great, again. Although we dont like what he does (pulling teeth): You gotta love how fast and efficient he is.

You make an appointment and makes you wait for more than an hour. 2 of the the dentists have conflicting diagnosis with your tooth. Was recommended to be seen by an Endodontists and was told they would take care of it and nothing was done. Was scheduled for another visit which again has to wait more than an hour. Not a pleasant experience at all. Will not go back to this office at all.

Made us wait for a hour and a half after our appointment, just to find out they dont offer payment plans. Never again.

The staff is always friendly. They dental specialist are super fast. My son from coming into office and all wisdom teeth removed less than one hour!

Staff was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me so i understood. Very safe when it comes to covid. Must wear a mask in the office and seating is spread out with hand sanitizer you can use.

My sister was sent to this office to have oral surgery. Please let me start by saying she has been battling small cell lung cancer going into her third year now, through this she has had many Pet Scans and MRIs that have destroyed her beautiful smile. We came to this office to have the eight teeth she has left removed. The secretary that takes your insurance info and also schedules and takes payment was so very rude to her that it had my sister in tears. You have to deal with this rude and angry lady as right of passage to get into the dental chair. As I sat and waited for my sister I observed other patients coming to the office the most of them suffered the same rude angry disposition in one way or another.I do realize that it is not always easy dealing with the public but in a business like this one calls for one to have a kind and compassionate demeanor about them. You have patients that are frightened of being therein the first place and it just makes it harder to go through the procedure. It takes more energy to be rude and hateful than it does to be kind and courteous. Please do not let this woman continue to greet your patients. I hope she is not like this outside of work. She is very scary and mean.I have to say once you get past this point the staff and Dentists are very kind and companionate .

If I could give you a 0 star I would i call to make an emergency apt for my husband and asked what insurance you take and you said you took my husband’s insurance and when he got there he got turned Down because you didn’t take his insurance! Very bad with customer service and nasty

Staff was nice. Dr Cherry is wonderful. She makes you feel comfortable and she is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend her!

Unfortunately with my insurance plan this is the only group I can use the front office staff are the rudest people I have ever come across the managers in this office clearly are lacking in teaching customer service skill to their employees if your able to avoid this group I highly recommend it.
