Riley from Danny’s towing was the most professional, reliable service man. It is a shame that after waiting since 4:30 pm today he had to work and bring my car home safe at 1:00 am because my insurance company, State Farm, is incompetent and does not know how to treat towing professionals in a respectful manner. Thank you so much to the owner for sticking with us and Riley for going above and beyond at this hour. I highly recommend this company. And if you have problems and are dealing w State Farm, don’t blame Danny’s, be proactive and make the insurance company accountable.

Had this company unload 2 vehicles out of a semi trailer. They were here on time and very professional. The tow truck driver (Danny) was awesome. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs.

Dispatch quickly let me know theyd be there within 30 minutes-they showed up in 10 😁👍. Thankfully they have trucks with backseats and he said we could hop right in so we wouldnt get wet. We were on our way within a minute and drove us safely to our destination. We were unhitched and on our way in under a minute. THANK YOU AGAIN! Would definitely recommend!

I have first hand seen how Danny’s Towing & Wrecker Services work. All of the employees are very sweet and kind and do their job on a very professional level. They’re extremely great at answering phone calls. For every phone call received I’ve never seen it been ignored. Every call is picked up as soon as it comes through on their end. However Danny’s can get very busy which may explain why some people cannot get through. The minute any of the drivers get a call they drop what they’re doing and head to their call. Each and every single one of their workers love their job with a passion and strive to help other people put in stressing situations. Not to mention the drivers know what they’re doing on a whole different level. I have never seen such amazing work when it comes to towing and all other work involved. Danny’s is my absolute go to company because I have had previous experiences with other company’s that weren’t the best. So no matter every review. Everyone is different and has a different opinion on everything. From the customers end it may be a very stressful and that’s completely understandable. But however Danny’s always does what they can to help you out the most Whenever and Wherever. 💜💚💛

This wrecker service is a joke

I feel that I was lied to for hours! At 8:05 am.I called for a tow, fuel pump died at an interaction (told them that) dispatcher said it will be about 45 mins.ok thats fine, hour go by the I was told that SHE is on the way (driver), another hour goes by and was told that HE was cleaning up a wreck in port Orange that the driver will call me so he can say about how long it might be (no call), another hour goes by I called them again now someone else is on the way..Ridiculous! 6 hour wait at an intersection, unexceptable! 2pm my truck was on its way.

Fast, courteous and reasonably priced! They even gave us a ride home. The other companies I called said I would have to get a ride home. Gino was my driver and he was even polite to my 3 screaming kids. I would definitely recommend Dannys.

My wife and myself experienced what no car owner ever wants to experience, being broke down at 8pm on a Friday night no where close to home. Being a mechanic I was hoping I could fix the car right then and there but finally gave in and had my wife look for a tow company. She called Dannys and got a price quote. Now I use to drive a tow truck back home so I knew the price they gave was fair but we didnt schedule right then because Im stubborn and still thought I could get it back running.Well finally about 9:30 we gave in and called them back to set up the service. The gentleman we spoke to on the phone was very professional and understanding. I asked the question no tow company likes being asked, are they sending a flatbed or wheel lift? He told me a wheel lift and I told him my concerns but at the same time having been on the other end of the phone calls like that before I could tell by his answers he had nothing but confidence in his drivers abilities to get my car home safely.The driver showed up right on time and the truck was absolutely spotless. Him and his wife were also very professional and friendly which made a frustrating situation that much easier to deal with.If Im ever in the situation where I need road side assistance again I know without a doubt Dannys will be my first and only call and I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you again for your amazing service!

These guys are like the James Bond of towing, and Q totally equipped them. I did have a bit of a wait, but it was a holiday and they were up front about the estimated wait.This guy backs in, pushes some buttons on his Transformer truck and its all lifted and ready to go, puts magnetic blue tooth lights on the back of my car, and he was off - no chains, no wires, no BS.I hope I dont have to use them often, cause it sucks to have your car towed, but they made it less painful.

Great response for my calls twice within a week. Great customer service and they were quite reasonable. They arrived in a timely manner and were very polite and friendly. Id recommend them highly.

We tried using their fleet service called at 8:45a.m the guy stopped out and looked at it and said he would be back at 7p.m set up an appointment in return we had a no call no show waited an hour an 15 past the appointment call the shop . Around 8:15p:m I called the shop I was told he would find out what was going on and he would call me back never received a call back so I called back the next day and the woman said she was sorry and would find out what happened and call me right back . I gave it an hour and called back “ at this point I will never use them but wanted to hear what they had to say” she said I believe it was Danny was supposed to call me back and again apologized and said someone went to the doctor last night and someone else was going to handle the fleet service and she said I guess they just didn’t. And then tried setting me up an appointment the following day. The thing is when your small business owner you set up an appointment to get your equipment fixed at an odd time like 7 PM at night that was by their choice you wait all day and then you pretty much kill every other option to get your truck repaired in a timely manner and now I don’t get to go to work because of the situation if you didn’t want to do the job or don’t want to work just pass on the job and I can call somebody else don’t have me sitting here at 8 PM at night trying to figure out where you are it’s called respect I wouldn’t do that to anyone just a phone call would have been nice

This service is a joke, Good Sam notified them as I sat by the road for 2 hours ( ok maybe not their fault ) but, the driver shows up and says “ I’m sorry my emergency brake is broke so we are sending another truck, ok 30 minutes go by and I called the dispatcher who informed me they canceled the service because it was my fault that my vehicle off the road was on a slight grade 🤔 so call back Good service who’s calls Buddy’s towing, minutes later Buddy’s towing shows up and hauls my vehicle away.

I called a little before 9:30 this morning, the dispatcher told me the tow truck would be to me in about an hour, at 10:45 still no tow truck, I called the dispatcher back to see how much longer till they showed up she placed me on hold for over 4 minutes, I hung up and called back no one answered twice, at 11:30 I finally called the car shop that recommended this place they were able to get ahold of the dispatcher and was told they were on there way. When the driver got to me he apologized and explained what happened, I told him I appreciated the communication, and that maybe the female dispatcher should try that, and there customers would be happier if that happened...

I called Dannys Wrecker Service to get my car towed to a local service center. They explained to me that it would be $55, and I was fine with that, even though they were only towing it 0.9 miles.When the guy got there he was very polite, and we started doing the paperwork and form of payment. He had backed the truck up to my car, and it was roughly 10 foot away. All of the sudden the truck started to roll back towards my car, and he quickly had to run from the back of the truck, and jump in the drivers seat to hit the break, so it didnt completely demolish my vehicle. Luckily, he stopped it within about two feet of destroying my car. I went up to him, in shock, and half jokingly commented that he may want to put the parking break on, and he explained to me that the other truck was down, and that he got stuck with this truck, and the parking break didnt work. We went on with the paperwork, and the truck started to roll back towards my parked car again, and this time I just said that I would come up to the drivers door, so he could keep his foot on the break.When i arrived at the service station, who had actually recommended Dannys, I mentioned to them about my experience, and that they should maybe rethink sending people to Dannys next time. When i originally called Dannys, I told them that I had been given their number from a local service station, with a very good reputation, and asked the lady at Dannys if she had heard good things about the local service station, and she wasnt really interested in commenting either way, and seemed pretty annoyed with me asking. I explained that to the local service station, and they said that they would be recommending other towing companies from now on. The girl at the service stationed also mentioned to me that Dannys usually charges the local companies that send them stuff, on a regular basis, $35, and said that they messed with me on the price, especially since I was referred from a business, who sends them a lot of calls.I called Dannys Wrecker Service and asked the lady why I was getting charged that much for a tow, that was less than 1 mile, and I mentioned about my conversation with the lady at the Service Store. She wasnt the most enjoyable person that I had ever talked to, and seemed annoyed that I was asking. She said that she would ask Danny, and that she would get back to me, but that call never came. Ill definitely pass on ever using them again, and I definitely will recommend all of my friends and colleagues to go to, ANYONE BUT DANNYS TOWING and WRECKER SERVICE!!!

Dannys Wrecker Service came to the rescue when a family members motorcycle conked out on him as he was running an errand in the evening. The nice lady was polite and personable on the phone and got the wrecker there asap. They delivered the bike to our home since all the shops were closed.The drivers name is Tommy and he was super nice and polite. Really very helpful and after I asked, gave a great recommendation for a well respected shop to take it to for repair.Called their service again the next day and not only did they show up fast, but because Tommy realized I have back problems, used his foresight to bring another employee along to help load the bike so I wouldnt be inconvenienced and possibly hurt in the process.Tommy is Really Impressive and I have found a great and reliable towing service!Thank You for the great service!!

Do not let emergency roadside service use them. They were to come out to jump off dead battery. Called at 11 am. We called at 12:09 and we were told 10 minutes. We had a 20 minute drive to dealership for new battery that closed at 1 pm. I finally called them at 12:27 and said just cancel. The girl on the phone said ok and hung up. Do NOT use them or let your emergency roadside service use them. What if we had been on side of the road. Sounded very unprofessional and disorganized.

There are much better places to go trust me.

Today my husband had to pick me up from deland and when he was almost there his tire came loose. Stuck on 92 in deland. Needed to be towed back to holly hill .I called dannys thinking it would be a long wait and expensive. Got there in 20 minutes and it was very reasonable. This is why I always recommend them

Great response time and professional service was given to me. They were knowledgeable about hooking up our truck. My truck is a lot larger than most so a lot of towing companies wouldnt help in the past. Called Dannys and they were quick to respond and help me out. Will be recommending this towing company to my friends.

Ive never written a review in my life but felt like I had to on this occasion. We used roadside assistance which contacted this tow company. We were advised it would be approximately 30 to 45 minutes until the tow arrived. After an hour and a half went by I called to get an ETA because my wife, two young children and I were waiting in 90 degree heat. We were advised by Dannys towing that it would be only 20 mins. Another hour went by so we called a second time. They advised us it would only be 20 more minutes. After 30 minutes we tried to call again but the dannys towing employee blocked our phone number. We contacted our road side service company who stated they would cancel Dannys towing and have another tow company respond. Approximately 20 to 30 minutes after canceling Dannys towing they arrived on the scene with an attitude to pick up our vehicle.I would never recommend this company to anyone. They obviously do not have any standards that they hold themselves to. It seems more like someone bought a tow truck and handles the business out of their back yard.After writing this I went to look at the other reviews. It seems the owner or who ever replies as the owner of this business on these reviews makes excuses for himself and his business. He doesnt own up to the mistakes his business makes and trys to improve. Half the reason for these reviews are to inform potential customers of prior experiences and the other half is to critique the business on how they could try an improve. I highly suggest you train your employees on customer service and if you are 4 hours out from getting to a tow let the customer know instead of lying and telling them your 20 minutes away every hour that goes by. It become a real inconvenience to people.

My Mercedes was towed without any issues. The price was fair and the employees were kind. I did however have to wait a little while but the driver was honest and called me to let me know. I would recommend to my friends and family!

My car broke down, down the street from Walmart. I called ask how much would it be for a tow & the lady said $65. Waited 2hrs the dude came used big jumping cables the car started right up but the guy STILL charged me $65. Without the tow. I will NOT be using their services again!!!

Terrible service. My insurance company called them to change our flat and our spare also needed air. The insurance company notified them and they still showed up without services to fill air in our spare tire. They said that they would send another unit out and they never showed up. My wife called them an hour later and they told us that we would have to go through our insurance company to send another unit. Mind you they had our number but didnt bother to call us to tell us this important piece of information. Two hours on the side of 95 with 3 kids. Thank you Dannys.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t let them be used for emergency roadside service through your insurance company. My mother and I called our insurance roadside assistance around 4pm because I needed my tire changed and they told us someone would text my moms phone a confirmation when they would be there to change my tire. About 45 minutes later Danny’s Wrecker Service texted my moms number saying someone would be there approximately 5:24pm-5:39pm (keep in mind they have her number now). 6 o’clock rolls around and no one has shown up yet. Around this time our insurance company called my mom back to see if our roadside assistance was completed, she said no and was connected with an agent. We told the agent that no one from Danny’s has shown up yet when they said they would be here almost 30 minutes ago. The agent said she would look into it and see what was going on. She told us that Danny’s noted the guy would be running about 10 minutes late. My mom and I decided that was fine and expected to see someone any minute now. Another hour goes by and our insurance company called my mom back again to see if our assistance was completed. She said no because still, no one has bothered to show up yet or even contact us to let us know what’s going on. When my mom was connected with another agent she told her that no one showed up yet. This time when the agent looked into it she said that Danny’s noted the guy was experiencing “traffic delays.” The agent tried to get ahold of them but couldn’t get through to anyone. The agent offered to cancel the request for us but my mom said no incase they were right around the corner because we were waiting a while. Finally we decide to call Danny’s and see what was going on. The woman who answered the phone seemed absolutely clueless and had no idea what was going on. She said she didn’t receive a request from us or that no one contacted them about fixing my tire (which doesn’t make any sense because they sent my mom a confirmation text). She wasn’t really capable of answering our questions and she told us she would call us back and hung up, but of course, she didn’t.I’m not really sure what “traffic delays” they were experiencing because Danny’s is located approximately 10 miles from my house and it’s about a 19 minute drive, so I’m not really sure what would’ve made them an hour and a half late. Maybe one of the workers was coming from somewhere farther than that location but still an hour and a half. After about two hours of waiting we found another company to change the tire for us and the guy was there within 30 minutes and he was done in less than 10. It’s about 9pm now and no one from Danny’s got back to us or showed up.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My car was picked up and taken to the wrong auto dealership even after I gave them the name and address where it needed to go. Not only did they take it to the wrong dealership they didnt bother to tell me and would not take my calls. I went for a several hour period not knowing where my car even was. Their claims of being available 24/7 is a joke. Their mailbox is full, no way to leave a message and they dont bother to call back. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Explorer was picked up within 15 minutes of call to them. Asked for it to be picked up a certain way and they did that with No Problem! Fast, Courteous Service.

Had to wait 3 hours at 3 am in the morning with my baby asleep in the car and my girlfriend who had to be at work in the morning. They called me and told me I was 20 miles out of range. Guess my money wasnt worth their time.

They illegally towed a family members vehicle while they were in town to see the birth of their newest grand baby. Towed from a Daytona Beach condo complex and had the legal tag hanging plainly in view. The folks were preparing to leave at about 5am to see to rush to the hospital to be there for their daughter and surprise! Their vehicle was gone! This made them late to the hospital for the birth. The wrecker owner made all kinds of excuses and did not return their money to retrieve their car which by the way, they also damaged the stripping around the drivers window. This is a 2013 vehicle in like new condition. We have told other lifetime Daytona family members some who work at the largest auto mall in Daytona and guess what? This company was banned from their properties (all dealerships there) months ago for shady, sloppy and dishonest service. Do yourself a favor and call another wrecker service. NOT RECOMMENDED;-(

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I requested a lockout service at 8:45pm by agreeing to pay $55 for their service. The operator said they will attend me in 45mins-60mins. However I had to wait at the parking lot for 1hr 40 mins. During the wait I called them twice and they said they will be there shortly. When it passed the 1hr40min point, I decided to call again and the person said he wont be able to come and I have to call someone else to get help. Apparently he was attending a wreck on i95. I was extremely disappointed since I was supposed to be somewhere at 10:30pm and I missed my appointment due to this poor customer service. I called another service and the guy arrived in less than 20 minutes and they gave me text message updates on their ETA. I would have understood if Dannys gave me a proper heads up so I could have called someone else. I hope they will learn from this experience and try to improve their customer service to serve better.
