Buddy’s towing is the best! The price was great but the service was literally “THE BEST”. My tow truck driver Larry, who I now consider a friend, helped me on what I would call one of the worst weekends I’ve had in a long time and he helped turned it into one of the moments when you realize there are still really good people in the world… Larry treated me and my son like family, thank you Larry!!!!

We made it very clear to take our Mustang to the nearest Ford dealership. From there we could get picked up and a rental. We were stranded at a gas station calling every Ford dealership trying to find our car. Then trying to find a ride...Buddys Towing purposely took it to his yard and denied ever to have talked to Anyone... and the man on the phone wasnt THERE!!! So .. I had to apologize for the way I had reacted. I give them negative 100 for being greedy and uncaring.

The best towing company i have ever delt with.

Unbelievable company. I called at 7pm today and they said within 2 hours someone would come out and tow me into town from i95. 2 hours later I call and they said it would be another hour. 2 hours later I never hear back and can’t get anyone on the line. Literally stranded on i95 for 4+ hours thanks to this company. At the 4 hour mark I called another company and was picked up within 1 hour. Stay far away from this business if you care about your time.

I scheduled them to tow my car to a mechanic and after two weeks the mechanic told me they never got my car. Spoke to the owner about this issue and she was rude and blamed me saying i must have never scheduled the appointment? Very unprofessional to tell me I’m in the system when I’m not and then blame me.

I was left all night sitting on the highway waiting for these guys to come.? The next morning I called again to see what happened.? They said they had no idea I was waiting for them?? They said that th3 night dispatcher never did anything to help me, or let anyone know that we needed help. Finally they sent someone to pick me up and take me to a deli while I wait for the tow.

BIGGEST RIP OFF in town! Towed my car from an accident on I-95 and kept it days after the Police released the car to run up storage fees to at total of over $800. Inflated bill by adding $$ for such nonsense as Rental of tarp to cover car. Giving them five days to make this right. Have contacted an attorney and taking it to the BBB. They should not be allowed to rip off, hard working people just because. I will share this to FaceBook, Twitter, Snap Chat, Google and Tik Tok and I promise, you guys will regret ripping poor folks off!

My experience was great with buddy’s towing. Dispatch told me the driver would arrive in 30mins and the driver Phil came promptly. Phil was very helpful and entertaining on the ride to my destination.

Treated me like family! My mini-SUV gave out 4 hours from home while towing my CottageCamper which left me stranded & alone on 95. Kia dealership recommended I call Buddys towing. One call to Buddys and Lynn (dispatcher) gave me an awesome price to tow both my car & my little camper to the dealership AND offered to call me a local cab to avoid riding in the truck (becuz of Covid standards). Phil, the tow truck driver arrived shortly thereafter and got me all hooked up & secured. He also went above & beyond in helping me find a campground on short notice! Way above & beyond! They rescued me! Cant say enough about this whole team! THANK YOU LYNN & PHIL !!! I hope I never need you again! LOL

Absolutely the most unprofessional tow company in the area. Not only are the drivers thiefs they are all liars. They towed my truck and the driver stole about 20$ worth of change out of the console. And also stole 4 dewalt batteries and 2 chargers and a porter cable drill set. All said and told to be about 600$ worth of stuff.Then when confronted they all lied and covered for each other. Scum of the earth. I WILL be pressing charges

We are seniors with AAA Premier RV membership and after a Cocoa FL towing company called C&L refused to tow our broken down motor home (they apparently didnt want to drive all that way) Buddys Towing came out to help us.They were so friendly and genuinely caring. The driver, Eddie, I believe, was professional & very helpful compared to those other clowns! He got us towed directly home in no time! Thanks for the great service! I highly recommend this company.

Apparently Buddys Towing drivers come flying up behind you and will tailgate you even when youre already breaking the speed limit. And when you call the office to inform them of their drivers aggressive driving they try to justify it by saying oh theyre on their way to a call. Dont use these guys. Luckys is better if you need a tow.

An unbelievable 3 tows Within two months all three times I called Buddys Towing they are professional and caring today my flatbed driver was great the other day Larry had to tow my other car also awesome job I will never call another tow truck company I will depend on Buddys Towing and recommend him to my friends and family. Towed two vehicles simultaneously (one on the flatbed and one on the wheel lift) for a very reasonable rate. The wrecker driver was very nice and professional, and managed to place both vehicles in an extremely precise spot. He had to actually place the first car on the wheel lift on the side of the road in order to place the car on the flatbed in my garage, and then pick the first car back up and place it in my driveway. He couldve cut corners but he didnt, even when it got dark and started raining. He fully strapped everything down, every time. He took really great care of my cars. I dont think I got his name, but he was excellent, and easily deserves five stars.

These guys were awesome! After an RV mishap, Dave and Jesse came out at night, removed a shattered A/C unit, patched our roof, and got us roadworthy again. And were extremely competent and friendly. Great job!

One of our service vans broke down in Port Orange. Buddys towed it to a local repair shop with enough time to have the repairs done before the shop closed. Great service and didnt gouge me on the price!! Highly recommend.

This company is amazing. I needed my fifth wheel towed at 10pm and when nobody else could or would the awesome dispatch women had her guy out to us and Eddie the tow truck driver hooked up with no issues and maneuvered our fifth wheel down a sketchy dirt road with ease. Amazing company!!!!!!!!!

Mr and Mrs Criner; Let me address your review by saying I am sorry that my driver was too close to your vehicle (and he was not just enroute to a regular tow but an accident tow) As far as my dispatcher, I listened to the recording and although it does not excuse my drivers actions, as she stated, he was in route to a FHP call which had lane blockage and possible injuries that is why he was going faster than normal. I would appreciate if you had called the office and requesting a callback from the manager instead of posting your aggravation on the web. Buddys Towing has been in business for over 30 years and we pride our self in customer service. Given the chance I am sure we could have resolved this issue at the time. Tow trucks are considered emergency vehicles and need to be given the same respect you would any other emergency vehicle (id Police Ambulance). Again, I apologize for this situation (as did my dispatcher) and we will try in the future to be more respectful.

Got there and they told me they couldnt do it because they thought my RV was smaller. Then told me they could but they had to winch it out which was an additional fee. Even after i got another company to winch it out i called them back to give them business and the lady got mad that i was dealing with another company and hung up in my face. Kinda dumb to turn down money after YOU told me you couldnt do it originally and i still tried to give you business.

I was driving home with my 4 ways on, and one of these drivers almost rear ended my car, then passed me on a turn with a double yellow line, was it necessary to put peoples lives at risk, since I was directly in front of me at the light! Wish I could put negative stars.

5 stars to the gentleman that towed my car. He was such a nice guy and helpful beyond our initial service expectation. If all others representing this establishment provided the same level of customer service my review wouldve been 5 starts entirely.1 start to Lynn, the receptionist that answered the phone and hung up twice. She first hung up while asking her for a quote and the second time she hung up was during the payment process (although the impression she gave initially wasnt favorable, we only needed a cheap tow for a vehicle being sold for parts so our standards for service werent very high). She also neglected to mention that they do not take American Express when she was asked ahead of time if they took credit cards as a form of payment (had she mentioned it ahead of time we couldve been better prepared without having to rearrange our payment plans at the very last minute). If all employees performed their job like she did, I wouldve given the establishment as a whole 1 star. I also wouldnt, unfortunately, call again if I needed towing because I typically receive better overall customer service from triple A.

Was in a,bad accident .The driver Eddie was so kind put me in his truck as he loaded my car to their impound . The next day when I called the lady who,answered the phone 1st question was am,I ok. I was surprised most just care about the money . Explained over what I needed to do and was very curious and repeated when I needed . Thank you Buddys Towing for making a bad situation a lot easier

Did a great job for us when when we had some car trouble. Very professional and reasonable.

Unprofessional and rude customer service. Cussed at me because their driver was inconvenienced having paid for the gas, but i had already walked myself in a bad storm to the gas station and got back 30 minutes before they were suppose to be there. I seriously hope my insurance company never uses them again, boo hoo you paid for some gas you can put in your car while im walking in a hurricane. At the very least the person answering the phone should be fired, no customer service skills, you NEVER cuss at a customer especially when you were snotty when i called the first time. Got stranded in middle of night. Telephone operator was half asleep and unintelligible. Called me back to tell me their driver had to go to an accident. Guess they only have one tow truck driver.
